Abstract

The invention discloses a method and a system for positioning and eliminating a process level network storm of an intelligent substation, wherein the multicast MAC address and the APPID of each virtual link transmitted in the process level network are unique; the process layer network switch compares the white list with the multicast MAC address and the APPID of the GOOSE and SV messages by analyzing, the switch forwards the messages when matching, when the star process layer network has a looped network due to wrong wiring, the multicast MAC address and the APPID which are input into the white list by the port of each switch are unique, the messages with the same multicast MAC address or the same APPID can be input into the switch from one port, and the port with the wrong wiring is not matched with the white list of the port or matched with the white list but has no message forwarding condition, thereby achieving the purpose of eliminating storm. The accurate position of the looped network caused by the wrong wiring can be accurately positioned through the alarm information of the message input and output by the port error or the alarm information of the message absent in the port white list.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of process level networks of intelligent substations, and particularly relates to a method and a system for positioning and eliminating process level network storms of an intelligent substation.
Background
The intelligent substation process layer network adopts a star network structure, is mainly used for transmitting GOOSE, SV and other multicast messages, and mainly adopts static multicast and VLAN modes to forward and control flow of the multicast messages. VLAN and static multicast can only control the forwarding range of multicast packets and cannot identify whether a packet is a legitimate packet at an input port. When the switch is connected in error, network storm is inevitably caused, so that GOOSE and SV messages cannot be transmitted normally, and finally, the protection function exits, and the remote control command cannot be executed. Will bring huge potential safety hazard for the transformer substation.
Because GOOSE and SV messages transmitted by the process layer network have unique and definite multicast addresses, it is not suitable for filtering the input ports of multicast messages by port source MAC address filtering, because the source MAC address filtering process layer multicast messages will have to definite the source MAC address of each process layer device. In current process level network configuration process, need not know the source MAC address, adopt the source MAC address to filter the configuration degree of difficulty with greatly increased process level network, simultaneously, can't ensure source MAC address unanimous with former equipment when changing process level equipment, additionally increase work load again, be unfavorable for subsequent operation maintenance very much, consequently, this technique can't obtain popularization and application at process level network.
At present, no technology for forwarding control through multicast messages of a process layer GOOE and an SV exists, so that when a looped network storm occurs in a process layer network, faults cannot be effectively positioned and eliminated, and operation and maintenance are difficult.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a method and a system for positioning and eliminating a process level network storm of an intelligent substation, which can accurately position, reduce operation and maintenance workload and improve operation and maintenance efficiency when a loop fault is formed in the process level network.
In order to achieve the purpose, the scheme of the invention is as follows:
in the first aspect, a method for positioning and eliminating a process level network storm of an intelligent substation is provided, wherein a multicast Media Access Control (MAC) address and an application identifier (APPID) of a message of each virtual link transmitted by a process level network are unique;
each port of the process layer network switch is configured with an input white list and an output white list, and the input white list and the output white list comprise: multicast MAC address, APPID or multicast MAC address and APPID; the multicast MAC address and the APPID which are input into the white list by the port of each switch are unique;
analyzing multicast MAC addresses and APPID of input messages and output messages of the ports of the switch;
comparing the multicast MAC address and the APPID of the input message obtained by analysis with the multicast MAC address and the APPID in the white list input by the corresponding switch port, and forwarding the message by the switch when the comparison is consistent; when the comparison is inconsistent, the switch discards the input message without forwarding, generates alarm information of the port error input message and sends the alarm information to the upper computer;
comparing the multicast MAC address and the APPID of the output message obtained by analysis with the multicast MAC address and the APPID in the output white list of the corresponding switch port, and forwarding the message by the switch when the comparison is consistent; when the comparison is inconsistent, the switch discards the output message without forwarding, and generates alarm information of port error output message to be uploaded to the upper computer;
in a set detection period, a certain item in a white list of the switch port is forwarded without a message, and alarm information for generating the white list of the switch port without the message is uploaded to an upper computer;
and positioning the looped network determined position caused by wrong wiring according to the alarm information.
The message comprises a substation event GOOSE message and a sampling value SV message of the general object.
When the star process layer network appears a ring network due to wrong wiring, the multicast MAC address and the APPID in the port input white list of each switch are unique, the message of the same multicast MAC address or the same APPID is only input into the switch from one unique port, and the message of the same multicast MAC address or the same APPID cannot be simultaneously input into the switch from two ports or a plurality of ports. Therefore, the miswired port is not matched with the port white list or matched with the white list but has no message forwarding condition, thereby achieving the purpose of eliminating storm.
Further, the alarm information includes an alarm type, an alarm generation time, a name of the switch, a port number, a multicast MAC address, and APPID information.
Further, the alarm type includes a port error input message type and a no message forwarding type in a certain entry detection period in a port white list.
Furthermore, the alarm information sent by the switch is sent by the manufacturing message specification MMS, and the alarm information sent by the switch can also be sent by the simple network management protocol SNMP or GOOSE message.
Further, messages except the input/output white list of the port of the switch are discarded, and error input or output alarm information is generated and sent up.
In a second aspect, a system for locating and eliminating a process level network storm of an intelligent substation is provided, which includes:
the port white list configuration module is used for configuring an input white list and an output white list for each port of the process layer network switch, wherein the input white list and the output white list comprise: multicast MAC address, APPID or multicast MAC address and APPID; the multicast MAC address and the APPID in the port input white list of each switch are unique;
the white list comparison module is used for comparing the multicast MAC address and the APPID of the input message obtained by analysis with the multicast MAC address and the APPID in the white list input by the corresponding switch port, comparing the multicast MAC address and the APPID of the output message obtained by analysis with the multicast MAC address and the APPID in the white list output by the corresponding switch port, and forwarding the message by the switch when the comparison is consistent;
the alarm module is used for discarding and not forwarding the input message and the output message by the switch when the comparison is inconsistent, generating alarm information of port error input and output messages and sending the alarm information to the upper computer; in a set detection period, a certain item in a white list of the switch port is forwarded without a message, and alarm information for generating the white list of the switch port without the message is uploaded to an upper computer;
and the positioning module is used for positioning the looped network determined position caused by wrong wiring according to the alarm information.
After the configuration file is adopted, the beneficial effects of the invention are as follows: the method has the advantages that the method that the white lists are arranged at the input port and the output port of the process layer network switch is used, the legality of the input message and the output message is checked, the port message with wrong wiring is ensured to be incapable of being normally forwarded, accordingly, network storms are eliminated, the fault position is located in a mode that the message is input by the upper port in a wrong mode or the white list message flow of the port is sent, the operation and maintenance workload is effectively reduced, and the operation and maintenance efficiency is improved. The method effectively solves the problems that the storm of the process level network of the intelligent substation cannot be accurately positioned and eliminated, improves the operation and maintenance management level of the process level network of the intelligent substation, and accords with the development trend of automatic operation and maintenance of the intelligent substation.

Detailed Description
The invention is further described below with reference to the figures and examples. The following examples are only for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention more clearly, and the protection scope of the present invention is not limited thereby.
The definitions of the terms in the present application are as follows:
GOOSE (Generic Object Oriented Substation Event); SV (sampled value); MAC (Media Access Control); APPID (application identification); MMS (Manufacturing Message Specification); SNMP (Simple Network Management Protocol); IED (Intelligent Electronic Device).
The following examples 1 and 2 are described using the network wiring and GOOSE \ SV forwarding relationship of fig. 1. Assuming that a multicast MAC address of a message sent by the intelligent electronic device IED3 in fig. 1 is 01-0C-CD-01-00-01 and APPID is 0x1001, a multicast forwarding path in fig. 1 is:

The function of the input and output white list of each port is to allow the transmission of messages in the white list, and any message outside the white list is discarded and processed.
Example 1
When the process level network misconnection of FIG. 1 is the case of FIG. 2, port 3 of switch SW2 is misconnected to port 4 of SW3 because port 3 of SW2 has an input white list of null and an output white list of 01-0C-CD-01-00-01,0x 1001; the port 4 of the SW3 has an empty input white list and an output white list of 01-0C-CD-01-00-01,0x 1001. Therefore, the messages 01-0C-CD-01-00-01 and 0x1001 input from the SW2 port 3 to the SW3 port 4 are not in the input white list of the SW3 port 4, and the messages except the port input and output white list are discarded, so that the messages input to the switch from the SW3 port 4 are empty, and therefore, the network storm caused by the loop is effectively avoided. The SW3 port 4 generates and sends the port abnormal input alarm when discarding the input 01-0C-CD-01-00-01,0x1001 message, the alarm information includes: switch name (SW3), port (4), multicast MAC address (01-0C-CD-01-00-01), APPID (0x1001), alarm time and other information. The content outside the parentheses is the information classification name, and the content inside the parentheses is the actual value.
Example 2
When the process level network error wiring of FIG. 1 is the case of FIG. 3, port 3 of SW2 is erroneously connected to port 2 of SW1 because port 3 of SW2 has an input white list of null and an output white list of 01-0C-CD-01-00-01,0x 1001; the port 2 of the SW1 has an input white list of 01-0C-CD-01-00-01 and 0x1001 and an output white list of null. The messages 01-0C-CD-01-00-01,0x1001 input from the SW2 port 3 to the SW1 port 2 are in the white list input to the SW1 port 2, so that the messages can be normally forwarded in the SW 1.
However, it should be noted that the switch itself does not generate messages, and only the accessed IED3 will continuously output 01-0C-CD-01-00-01,0x1001 messages to port 2 of SW3, and forward to port 1 of SW3, and then to port 2 of SW 1. In the connection of fig. 3, the connection between SW3 port 1 and SW1 port 2 is replaced by the connection from SW2 port 3 to SW1 port 2, and at this time, although the white list configuration of SW2 port 3 can output 01-0C-CD-01-00-01,0x1001 to SW1 port 2, since IED3 which can actually output 01-0C-CD-01-00-01,0x1001 is excluded from the loop, no message is transmitted in the loop, therefore, the judgment time of SW1 port 2 after a fixed time is determined, the judgment time can be set to 1-120 s, the message of 01-0C-CD-01-00-01,0x1001 is identified, and an alarm is generated to prompt the user, and the alarm information includes: alarm type (white list is not forwarded), alarm time, switch name (SW1), switch port (2), multicast MAC address (01-0C-CD-01-00-01), APPID (0x1001), the content outside the brackets is information classification name, and the content inside the brackets is actual value. The same SW1 port 3, SW2 port 1, SW2 port 2 and SW2 port 3 will also generate white list alarm without forwarding, and the alarm information will not be described again.
Example 3
A system for locating and eliminating process level network storms of an intelligent substation comprises:
the port white list configuration module is used for configuring an input white list and an output white list for each port of the process layer network switch, wherein the input white list and the output white list comprise: multicast MAC address, APPID or multicast MAC address and APPID; the multicast MAC address and the APPID which are input into the white list by the port of each switch are unique;
the white list comparison module is used for comparing the multicast MAC address and the APPID of the input message obtained by analysis with the multicast MAC address and the APPID in the white list input by the corresponding switch port, comparing the multicast MAC address and the APPID of the output message obtained by analysis with the multicast MAC address and the APPID in the white list output by the corresponding switch port, and forwarding the message by the switch when the comparison is consistent;
the alarm module is used for discarding and not forwarding the input message and the output message by the switch when the comparison is inconsistent, generating alarm information of port error input and output messages and sending the alarm information to the upper computer; in a set detection period, forwarding a certain item in a white list of the port of the switch without a message, and generating alarm information of the white list of the port without the message and sending the alarm information to an upper computer;
and the positioning module is used for positioning the looped network determined position caused by wrong wiring according to the alarm information.

comparing the multicast MAC address and the APPID of the output message obtained by analysis with the multicast MAC address and the APPID in the output white list of the corresponding switch port, and forwarding the message by the switch when the comparison is consistent; when the comparison is inconsistent, the switch discards the output message without forwarding, generates alarm information of port error output message and sends the alarm information to the upper computer;
in a set detection period, a certain item in a white list of the switch port is forwarded without a message, and alarm information for generating the white list of the switch port without the message is uploaded to an upper computer;
