本发明提供一种两路充电的无人机电力系统,包括双并管理芯片、与所述双并管理芯片输入接口连接且相互并联的两供电系统和与所述双并管理系芯片的输出接口连接的系统总电,还包括用于检测荷载量的综控芯片,所述供电系统中包括充电电池,所述综控芯片与所述的两供电系统均通信连接,并将荷载量作为充电量控制信号传输至所述供电系统以控制所述充电电池的最大充电量,所述系统总电连接无人机的荷载装置以提供运输荷载的电力。本申请具有冗余的供电系统,从而具有更强的抗风险能力,所述综控芯片根据负载控制供电电池的充电量,在防止电池过充和过放的同时还能使电池保持最佳的蓄能状态,有助于延长电池的使用寿命。

Description

一种两路充电的无人机电力系统
技术领域
本发明涉及无人机技术领域,特别涉及一种两路充电的无人机电力系统。
背景技术
近年来无人直升机在消防救火巡检中大放异彩,但是:1、现有的飞机无冗余供电系统,如果发生意外情况,整个航电系统就会断电,导致炸机风险;2、现有无人机通过发电机给电池充电,同时电池对外输出,从而电池一直处于充电状态,有过充的风险;3、无人机可能会挂在不同重量的负载,使运输其所需的能耗不尽相同,故对电池的需求也不一样,因此当发电机对电池充电时,无法根据挂载需求来确定给电池充多少电,使电池有过充的风险。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种两路充电的无人机电力系统,以解决上述技术问题。
本发明实施例提供一种两路充电的无人机电力系统,包括双并管理芯片、与所述双并管理芯片输入接口连接且相互并联的两供电系统和与所述双并管理系芯片的输出接口连接的系统总电,还包括用于检测荷载量的综控芯片,所述供电系统中包括充电电池,所述综控芯片与所述的两供电系统均通信连接,并将荷载量作为充电量控制信号传输至所述供电系统以控制所述充电电池的最大充电量,所述系统总电连接无人机的荷载装置以提供运输荷载的电力。
进一步地,每一所述供电系统均包括依次连接的发电机、充电管理芯片和所述的充电电池,两所述充电电池分别通过对应的充电管理芯片连接所述双并管理芯片的两个不同输入接口,所述发电机用于通过充电管理芯片为对应的充电电池充电。
进一步地,所述充电管理芯片中包括充电量控制电路、防过充电路、稳压电路和选择开关,所述充电量控制电路、防过充电路并联后电连接充电电池和选择开关,所述发电机与对应的充电管理芯片中的选择开关电连接,所述综控芯片与两所述充电管理芯片中的充电量控制电路通信,所述充电电池通过所述稳压电路连接双并管理芯片的输入接口。
进一步地,所述防过充电路允许的最大充电量为所述充电电池的额定电容量,所述充电量控制电路允许的最大充电量在减去运输荷载消耗的电容量后剩余的电容量处于预设范围内。
进一步地,所述的预设范围为充电电池额定电容量的40%~60%。
进一步地,所述充电量控制电路允许的最大充电量小于充电电池的额定电容量。
进一步地,所述充电量控制电路允许的最大充电量为充电电池额定电容量的75%~85%。
进一步地,所述充电管理芯片还包括用于监控充电电池电容量的监控电路,所述监控电路连接所述发电机和选择开关,用于在所述充电电池的电容量低于设定阈值时激活所述发电机发电和激活所述选择开关变成第一状态或者第二状态;在所述充电量控制电路接收到所述充电量控制信号时,所述选择开关处于第二状态,使所述发电机、充电量控制电路、充电电池电导通;在所述充电量控制电路未接收到所述充电量控制信号时,所述选择开关处于第一状态,使所述发电机、防过充电路、充电电池电导通。
进一步地,所述设定阈值为充电电池额定电容量的40%~50%。
进一步地,所述系统总电通过所述综控芯片连接所述荷载装置,两供电系统相同。
本发明的技术效果:1、具有冗余的供电系统,从而具有更强的抗风险能力;2、所述综控芯片根据负载控制供电电池的充电量,在防止电池过充和过放的同时还能使电池保持最佳的蓄能状态,有助于延长电池的使用寿命。

为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合附图对本发明实施方式作进一步地描述。
实施例1:
请参照图1,本实施例提供了一种两路充电的无人机电力系统,包括双并管理芯片4、与所述双并管理芯片4输入接口连接且相互并联的两供电系统A和与所述双并管理系芯片4的输出接口连接的系统总电5,还包括用于检测荷载量的综控芯片6,所述供电系统A中包括充电电池3,所述综控芯片6与所述的两供电系统A均通信连接,并将荷载量作为充电量控制信号传输至所述供电系统A以控制所述充电电池3的最大充电量,所述系统总电5连接无人机的荷载装置以提供运输荷载的电力。
所述双并管理芯片4用于管理两供电系统A,正常情况下,所述双并管理芯片4选择其中一供电系统A为无人机提供电力,当该供电系统A出现故障时,所述双并管理芯片4则马上启动另一供电系统A继续为无人机提供电力,或者在当负载过重或者飞行阻力较大(如遇到风暴)时,所述双并管理芯片4则同时启动两供电系统A为无人机提供电力。本实施例中,两供电系统A可以相同,也可以不同。本实施例所述的双并管理芯片4为常规芯片,在此不做赘述。
所述充电电池3优选为锂电池,锂电池相比铅酸电池,体积小、重量轻。
所述综控芯片6可以包括用于检测负载重量的压力传感器、用于将负载量转换为对应的充电量控制信号的转换器和用于将充电量控制信号传递/发送至所述供电系统A的天线,所述供电系统A在接收到该充电量控制信号后,对充电电池3进行充电,使充电电池3的电量保持在理想范围内,防止充电电池3过充或者过放,以延长充电电池的使用寿命。
请参照图1,每一所述供电系统A均包括依次连接的发电机1、充电管理芯片2和所述的充电电池3,两所述充电电池3分别通过对应的充电管理芯片2连接所述双并管理芯片4的两个不同输入接口,所述发电机1用于通过充电管理芯片2为对应的充电电池3充电。
请参照图2,所述充电管理芯片2中包括充电量控制电路21、防过充电路22、稳压电路23和选择开关24,所述充电量控制电路21、防过充电路22并联后电连接充电电池3和选择开关24。
所述充电电池3通过所述稳压电路23连接双并管理芯片4的输入接口,通过所述稳压电路23来确保所述充电电池3能够稳定的输出,减小输出的波动,提高航点系统工作的稳定性。
所述发电机1与对应的充电管理芯片2中的选择开关24电连接,所述选择开关24用于选择所述发电机1对充电电池3充电的最大充电量。
所述综控芯片6与两所述充电管理芯片2中的充电量控制电路21通信,以此来让所述选择开关24做出选择。
具体地,所述防过充电路22允许的最大充电量为所述充电电池3的额定电容量,所述充电量控制电路21允许的最大充电量在减去运输荷载消耗的电容量后剩余的电容量处于预设范围内,本实施例中,所述的预设范围为充电电池3额定电容量的40%~60%,从而避免充电电池3过放。类似于长期使人保持满负荷状态会损害身体健康,使充电电池3长期保持在额定电容量状态同样会损害充电电池的使用寿命,本实施例中,所述充电量控制电路21允许的最大充电量小于充电电池3的额定电容量,优选,所述充电量控制电路21允许的最大充电量为充电电池3额定电容量的75%~85%。
所述充电管理芯片2还包括用于监控充电电池3电容量的监控电路25,所述监控电路25连接所述发电机1和选择开关24,用于在所述充电电池3的电容量低于设定阈值时激活所述发电机1发电和激活所述选择开关24变成第一状态或者第二状态,如:所述设定阈值为充电电池3额定电容量的40%~50%。在所述充电量控制电路21接收到所述充电量控制信号时,所述选择开关24处于第二状态,使所述发电机1、充电量控制电路21、充电电池3电导通;在所述充电量控制电路21未接收到所述充电量控制信号时,所述选择开关24处于第一状态,使所述发电机1、防过充电路22、充电电池3电导通。
在本实施例中,所述发电机1并不是一直对所述充电电池3进行充电,而是间歇性的对充电电池3进行充电,如在起飞前或者刚起飞时所述发电机1对供电电池3进行充电,中途若遇到风暴等突发状态导致供电电池3的电量消耗过大时,为了避免充电电池3过放和防止出现坠机等事故,则在飞行的过程中再次启动发电机1对充电电池进行充电,并且根据实际情况,对充电电池3具有不同的最大充电量,以使充电电池保持最佳的蓄电性能。
本实施例中,所述系统总电通过所述综控芯片连接所述荷载装置。
综上所述,本发明中的无人机电力系统设计有冗余的供电系统,从而具有更强的抗风险能力,能应对无人机在执行任务过程中可能出现的各种断电、掉电情况;同时,通过综控芯片根据负载控制供电电池的充电量,在防止电池过充和过放的同时还能使电池保持最佳的蓄能状态,有助于延长电池的使用寿命。

1.一种两路充电的无人机电力系统,其特征在于:包括双并管理芯片、与所述双并管理芯片输入接口连接且相互并联的两供电系统和与所述双并管理芯片的输出接口连接的系统总电,还包括用于检测荷载量的综控芯片,所述供电系统中包括充电电池,所述综控芯片与所述的两供电系统均通信连接,并将荷载量作为充电量控制信号传输至所述供电系统以控制所述充电电池的最大充电量,所述系统总电通过所述综控芯片连接无人机的荷载装置以提供运输荷载的电力;
每一所述供电系统均包括依次连接的发电机、充电管理芯片和所述的充电电池,两所述充电电池分别通过对应的充电管理芯片连接所述双并管理芯片的两个不同输入接口,所述发电机用于通过充电管理芯片为对应的充电电池充电。
2.如权利要求1所述的两路充电的无人机电力系统,其特征在于:所述充电管理芯片中包括充电量控制电路、防过充电路、稳压电路和选择开关,所述充电量控制电路、防过充电路并联后电连接充电电池和选择开关,所述发电机与对应的充电管理芯片中的选择开关电连接,所述综控芯片与两所述充电管理芯片中的充电量控制电路通信,所述充电电池通过所述稳压电路连接双并管理芯片的输入接口。
3.如权利要求2所述的两路充电的无人机电力系统,其特征在于:所述防过充电路允许的最大充电量为所述充电电池的额定电容量,所述充电量控制电路允许的最大充电量在减去运输荷载消耗的电容量后剩余的电容量处于预设范围内。
4.如权利要求3所述的两路充电的无人机电力系统,其特征在于:所述的预设范围为充电电池额定电容量的40%~60%。
5.如权利要求3所述的两路充电的无人机电力系统,其特征在于:所述充电量控制电路允许的最大充电量小于充电电池的额定电容量。
6.如权利要求5所述的两路充电的无人机电力系统,其特征在于:所述充电量控制电路允许的最大充电量为充电电池额定电容量的75%~85%。
