To avoid interference between the fastener 320 and the prosthetic device 410, referring to fig. 4, the prosthetic device 410 is provided with a relief hole 416 for relieving the fastener 320; specifically, the hole 416 is dodged to the restorer body 412, when the end box restorer 400 is used to set the wall product 300 in the end box 100, after the fastener 320 passes through the positioning hole 417, the threaded hole 421 set by the movable piece 420 is in threaded fit with the movable piece 420, and can pass through the dodging hole 416, when the movable piece 420 moves along the fastener 320 towards the direction close to the fixed frame 311, one end of the fastener 320 away from the fixed frame 311 stretches into the dodging hole 416, and further, the fastener 320 and the restorer body 412 are prevented from mutually propping to interfere with the buckling and rotation of the restorer body 412 relative to the positioning piece 413, so that the clamping part 411 set by the restorer body 412 can be ensured to reliably move to be in clamping fit with the inner wall of the end box 100.
Referring to fig. 7, in some embodiments, the movable member 420 and the prosthetic 410 are not connected to each other, but are of a split design; the repairing device 410 has a mating surface 418, and when the movable member 420 moves along the fastening member 320 in a direction approaching the fixing frame 311, the movable member 420 can slide along the mating surface 418, and the locking portion 411 moves to be locked and engaged with the inner wall of the bottom case 100.
Further, the prosthetic body 412 is provided with a mating surface 418; when in use, the positioning piece 413 of the repairing device 410 is arranged on the fastening piece 320, then the movable piece 420 is arranged on the fastening piece 320, the movable piece 420 is matched with the repairing device body 412 of the repairing device 410, specifically, the movable piece 420 is contacted with the matching surface 418 arranged on the repairing device body 412, the fastening piece 320 is rotated, the movable piece 420 moves along the fastening piece 320 towards the direction close to the fixing frame 311, then the movable piece 420 slides along the matching surface 418, and further the repairing device body 412 overturns relative to the positioning piece 413, even if one end of the repairing device body 412, which is provided with the clamping part 411, is lifted, the angle of an included angle alpha between the extending surface of the positioning piece 413 and the extending surface of the repairing device body 412 is reduced, and the clamping part 411 can move to be clamped and matched with the inner wall of the bottom box 100.
In this embodiment, the bottom box healer 400 further includes a mating member 430, the mating member 430 is configured to mate with the fastener 320, and an end of the healer 410 remote from the clamping portion 411 can abut against the mating member 430; when the bottom box repairing device 400 is arranged on the fastening piece 320, the matching piece 430, the repairing device 410 and the moving piece 420 are sequentially arranged on the fastening piece 320 respectively, wherein the matching piece 430 is arranged between the positioning piece 413 of the repairing device 410 and the fixing frame 311 and is clamped by the repairing device 410 and the fixing frame 311; thus, the prosthetic appliance 410 can be reliably engaged with the fixing frame 311 by the engaging member 430, and the versatility of the bottom box prosthetic appliance 400 for various wall opening products 300 can be improved.
Further, the engaging member 430 is provided with an engaging hole 434, and the fastener 320 is engaged with the prosthetic appliance 410 and the movable member 420 sequentially after passing through the engaging hole 434.
The shape of the fitting member 430 may be set according to the setting, where the fitting member 430 of the present embodiment includes a first plate 431 and a second plate 432 connected at an angle, where a fitting space 433 is formed between the first plate 431 and the second plate 432, the first plate 431 is provided with a fitting hole 434, and in the case where the fitting member 430 and the prosthetic device 410 are both set on the fastening member 320, the positioning member 413 of the prosthetic device 410 is disposed in the fitting space 433, so that the prosthetic device 410 is reliably positioned by using the first plate 431 and the second plate 432, and thus the reliability of the prosthetic device 410 fitting with the fixing frame 311 through the fitting member 430 is ensured.
The angle between the first plate 431 and the second plate 432 may be 90 °, 80 °, 110 °, etc., and is not particularly limited herein.
The shape of the movable member 420 can be set according to the requirement, the movable member 420 of the present embodiment includes a third plate 422 and a fourth plate 423 which are connected in an angle, and the third plate 422 is provided with a threaded hole 421; when the healer 410 and the movable member 420 are both disposed on the fastener 320, the fourth plate 423 contacts the mating surface 418, and when the movable member 420 moves along the fastener 320 in a direction approaching the fixed frame 311, the fourth plate 423 slides along the mating surface 418 and pushes the healer body 412 to rotate relative to the positioning member 413, and an angle of an included angle α between an extending surface of the positioning member 413 and an extending surface of the healer body 412 is reduced, so that the clamping portion 411 can move to be clamped and matched with an inner wall of the bottom case 100.
The assembly process of the wall opening device 010 of the embodiment includes: the bottom box 100 is arranged in a wall body, and two bottom box repairers 400 are respectively arranged on two fasteners 320 arranged on the wall opening product body 310; specifically, after each fastener 320 is passed through the positioning hole 417 provided in the positioning piece 413 of the prosthetic device 410 of the corresponding bottom box prosthetic device 400, the fastener 320 is screwed with the movable piece 420 of the corresponding bottom box prosthetic device 400; the wall opening product 300 provided with the bottom box repairing device 400 is arranged in the bottom box 100, namely, the assembled wall opening assembly 200 is arranged in the bottom box 100, so that the clamping parts 411 of the repairing devices 410 of the two bottom box repairing devices 400 are distributed towards the two opposite inner walls of the bottom box 100, the two fastening pieces 320 are rotated, the corresponding movable pieces 420 move along the fastening pieces 320 towards the direction close to the fixing frame 311, and the clamping parts 411 move to be matched with the corresponding inner walls of the bottom box 100 in a clamping way, and the assembly of the wall opening device 010 can be completed.
In summary, the wall opening device 010 provided by the present invention can utilize the bottom box repairing device 400 to install the wall opening product 300 on the bottom box 100, and the bottom box repairing device 400 is easy to install, so that the wall opening product 300 is convenient to be installed on the bottom box 100.

the extending surface of the locating piece and the extending surface of the repairing device body are arranged at an included angle, and under the condition that the movable piece moves along the fastener towards the direction close to the fixing frame, the movable piece can be matched with the repairing device body, so that the included angle between the extending surface of the locating piece and the extending surface of the repairing device body is reduced, and the clamping part moves to be matched with the inner wall of the bottom box in a clamping mode.
