Referring to fig. 7, in some embodiments, the moveable member 420 and the prosthesis 410 are not connected to each other, but rather are of a split design; the repairing device 410 has a mating surface 418, and when the movable member 420 moves along the fastening member 320 in a direction approaching the fixing frame 311, the movable member 420 can slide along the mating surface 418, and the clamping portion 411 moves to be clamped and matched with the inner wall of the bottom case 100.
Further, the prosthesis body 412 is provided with a mating face 418; when the device is used, the positioning part 413 of the repairing device 410 is firstly arranged on the fastening part 320, the moving part 420 is matched with the repairing device body 412 of the repairing device 410, specifically, the moving part 420 is contacted with the matching surface 418 arranged on the repairing device body 412, the fastening part 320 is rotated, the moving part 420 moves towards the direction close to the fixed frame 311 along the fastening part 320, the moving part 420 slides along the matching surface 418, the repairing device body 412 is overturned relative to the positioning part 413, even if one end of the repairing device body 412, which is provided with the clamping part 411, is lifted, the angle of the included angle alpha between the extending surface of the positioning part 413 and the extending surface of the repairing device body 412 is reduced, and the clamping part 411 can move to be matched with the inner wall of the bottom box 100 in a clamping manner.
In this embodiment, the under box prosthesis 400 further includes a fitting member 430, the fitting member 430 is used for fitting with the fastener 320, and one end of the prosthesis 410 away from the clamping portion 411 can abut against the fitting member 430; when the bottom box restorer 400 is arranged on the fastener 320, the fitting piece 430, the restorer 410 and the movable piece 420 are sequentially arranged on the fastener 320 respectively, wherein the fitting piece 430 is arranged between the positioning piece 413 and the fixed frame 311 of the restorer 410 and clamped by the restorer 410 and the fixed frame 311; thus, the repair device 410 can be reliably engaged with the fixing frame 311 through the engaging member 430, and the versatility of the back box repair device 400 for various wall opening products 300 is improved.
Further, the fitting member 430 has a fitting hole 434, and the fastening member 320 passes through the fitting hole 434 and then is sequentially fitted with the prosthesis 410 and the movable member 420.
The shape of the fitting 430 can be according to the arrangement, and the fitting 430 of this embodiment includes a first plate 431 and a second plate 432 connected at an angle, wherein a fitting space 433 is formed between the first plate 431 and the second plate 432, a fitting hole 434 is opened on the first plate 431, and under the condition that the fitting 430 and the prosthesis 410 are both arranged on the fastener 320, the positioning member 413 of the prosthesis 410 is arranged in the fitting space 433, so as to reliably position the prosthesis 410 by using the first plate 431 and the second plate 432, thereby ensuring the reliability of the fitting of the prosthesis 410 with the fixing frame 311 through the fitting 430.
The angle between the first plate 431 and the second plate 432 may be 90 °, 80 °, 110 °, etc., and is not particularly limited.
The shape of the movable member 420 can be set as required, the movable member 420 of the present embodiment includes a third plate 422 and a fourth plate 423 that are connected at an angle, and the third plate 422 is provided with a threaded hole 421; when the repairing device 410 and the moving member 420 are both disposed on the fastening member 320, the fourth plate 423 contacts with the mating surface 418, and when the moving member 420 moves along the fastening member 320 toward the direction close to the fixing frame 311, the fourth plate 423 slides along the mating surface 418 and pushes the repairing device body 412 to rotate relative to the positioning member 413, and an angle of an included angle α between an extending surface of the positioning member 413 and an extending surface of the repairing device body 412 is reduced, so that the engaging portion 411 can move to engage with the inner wall of the bottom case 100.
The assembly process of the wall opening device 010 of the present embodiment includes: arranging the bottom box 100 in a wall body, and arranging two bottom box repairers 400 on two fasteners 320 arranged on a wall opening product body 310 respectively; specifically, after each fastener 320 passes through a positioning hole 417 arranged on a positioning part 413 of the repair device 410 of the corresponding bottom box repair device 400, the fastener 320 is in threaded fit with a movable part 420 of the corresponding bottom box repair device 400; the wall opening product 300 provided with the bottom box restorer 400 is arranged in the bottom box 100, the wall opening component 200 to be assembled is arranged in the bottom box 100, the clamping parts 411 of the restorers 410 of the two bottom box restorers 400 are distributed towards two opposite inner walls of the bottom box 100, the two fasteners 320 are rotated, the corresponding movable parts 420 move towards the direction close to the fixing frame 311 along the fasteners 320, the clamping parts 411 move to be matched with the corresponding inner walls of the bottom box 100 in a clamping mode, and then the assembly of the wall opening device 010 can be completed.
