Background
The terminal block is a common connection component, which is widely applied to various fields of communication products, industrial equipment integrated between equipment, power industry, industrial control and the like, and can not only improve the reliability and safety of a power system, but also enable the industrial equipment to achieve high automation.
The prior plug wire terminal block structure comprises an insulating base, a conductive elastic sheet and a metal terminal, wherein the insulating base is provided with a wire inlet hole for plugging a wire, the conductive elastic sheet is arranged inside the insulating base, and the metal terminal is fixed on the insulating base and is electrically connected with the conductive elastic sheet.
However, in the conventional wire insertion terminal block structure, after the wire is inserted from the wire insertion hole, the wire is often inclined to expose the insulating base, thereby affecting the use safety; the inclination of the wire also causes the sliding of the conductive spring and the metal terminal, thereby preventing the electrical connection between the wire and the metal terminal.
In view of the above, the present inventors have made intensive studies and have made an effort to solve the above-described problems in combination with the application of the theory, aiming at the above-described drawbacks of the prior art, and have made an object of improvement by the present inventors.

An object of the present invention is to provide a plug wire terminal block structure, in which a wire is not exposed after being plugged into a wire inlet hole, and a conductive spring plate can be stably confined in a cavity, so that the use safety is further improved.
In order to achieve the above-mentioned purpose, the present invention provides a wire-plugging terminal stand structure for inserting a wire, comprising an insulating base, a conductive spring and a metal terminal, wherein the insulating base has a cavity, the insulating base has a wire-plugging hole for inserting the wire, a wire arm is formed at one side corresponding to the wire-plugging hole, a caulking groove is formed at the other side of the wire-plugging hole, and a fixing part is formed in the cavity; the conductive elastic sheet is arranged in the accommodating cavity corresponding to the fixing part and is provided with a clamping arm formed in the wire inlet hole; the metal terminal comprises a vertical plate, one end of the vertical plate is connected with a pin, the pin is embedded corresponding to the caulking groove and formed on the side edge of the clamping arm, and the vertical plate and the wire arm are jointly stopped on one side edge of the conductive elastic sheet and one side edge of the wire.
The invention also has the following effects that the step blocks of the wire arm and the step grooves of the vertical plate are mutually overlapped to form a stable structure so as to effectively prevent the metal terminal from falling out of the insulating base. By arranging the through holes at the bending positions of the vertical plate and the transverse plate, the bending and forming during the manufacturing and processing are facilitated. The reinforcing ribs are arranged on the vertical plates, so that the structural strength of the vertical plates is improved. The fixing force of the pins to the wires is increased by the arrangement of the teeth. The clamping teeth are used for clamping the end parts of the clamping arms, so that the transition deformation of the clamping arms can be prevented. The metal terminal is simple in structure, easy to manufacture and low in cost.
