A terminal block is a common connection component, and has been widely used in various fields such as communication products, industrial equipment integrated among equipment, power industry, industrial control, and the like, and it not only can improve reliability and safety of a power system, but also can make industrial equipment achieve high automation.
The conventional plug terminal block structure comprises an insulating base, a conductive elastic sheet and a metal terminal, wherein the insulating base is provided with a wire inlet hole for plugging a wire, the conductive elastic sheet is arranged in the insulating base, and the metal terminal is fixed on the insulating base and electrically connected with the conductive elastic sheet.
However, in the conventional wire plugging terminal block structure, after the wire is inserted from the wire inlet hole, the wire is often inclined to expose the insulating base, thereby affecting the safety of use; the inclination of the conductive wire may also cause the conductive elastic piece and the metal terminal to slide, thereby hindering the electrical connection between the conductive wire and the metal terminal.
In view of the above, the present inventors have made extensive studies to solve the above problems in view of the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art, and have reached an object of the present invention.
Disclosure of Invention
An object of the present invention is to provide a plug terminal block structure, in which a conductive wire is not exposed after being plugged into a wire inlet hole, and a conductive elastic sheet can be stably confined in a cavity, so as to further increase the safety of use.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a plug terminal block structure for plugging a wire, comprising an insulating base, a conductive elastic sheet and a metal terminal, wherein the insulating base is provided with a containing cavity, the insulating base is provided with a wire inlet hole communicated with the containing cavity and used for plugging the wire, a wire arm is formed on one side edge corresponding to the wire inlet hole, a caulking groove is formed on the other side edge of the wire inlet hole, and a fixing part is formed in the containing cavity; the conductive elastic sheet is arranged in the cavity corresponding to the fixing part and is provided with a clamping arm formed in the wire inlet hole; the metal terminal comprises a vertical plate, one end of the vertical plate is connected with a pin, the pin is embedded in the caulking groove and is formed on the side edge of the clamping arm, and the vertical plate and the wire arm stop at one side edge of the conductive elastic sheet and the wire together.
The invention also has the following effect that a stable structure is formed by mutually lapping the step block of the wire arm and the step groove of the vertical plate so as to effectively prevent the metal terminal from falling out of the insulating base. The through holes are arranged at the bending positions of the vertical plate and the transverse plate, so that the bending forming during manufacturing and processing is facilitated. The reinforcing ribs are arranged on the vertical plates, so that the structural strength of the vertical plates is improved. The retaining force of the pin to the lead is increased by the arrangement of the teeth. The clamping teeth are used for clamping the end part of the clamping arm, so that the clamping arm can be prevented from being excessively deformed. The metal terminal is simple in structure, easy to manufacture and low in cost.

Referring to fig. 1 to 6, the present invention provides a plug terminal block structure, which mainly includes an insulating base 10, a conductive elastic sheet 20 and a metal terminal 30.
The insulating base 10 is made of plastic and other materials with good insulating property, and is substantially a flat body, the insulating base 10 of the embodiment mainly includes two cavities 11 respectively formed on the left and right sides of the insulating base 10, each cavity 11 has a window 111, a wire inlet 12 respectively communicating with each cavity 11 is arranged above the insulating base 10, a wire arm 13 is formed on one side corresponding to each wire inlet 12, and the wire arm 13 is formed on the side of the window 111. In addition, a caulking groove 14 is formed on the other side of the lower half of the wire inlet 12, and the caulking groove 14 separates the wire arm 13 from the insulating base 10. In addition, a fixing portion 15 is formed inside each of the receiving cavities 11 away from the wire inlet 12, and the fixing portion 15 of the present embodiment mainly includes a spring bracket 151 and a spring receiving groove 152 formed between the outer periphery of the spring bracket 151 and the insulating base 10.

The conductive elastic piece 20 is made of copper or its alloy with good conductivity, and is installed in the cavity 11 corresponding to the fixing portion 15, the conductive elastic piece 20 of the present embodiment mainly includes a fixing arm 21, an arc segment 22 extending from the fixing arm 21, and a clamping arm 23 extending from the arc segment 22, wherein the arc segment 22 is embedded in the elastic piece accommodating groove 152 and clamped between the elastic piece bracket 151 and the insulating base 10, the clamping arm 23 extends through the release piece insertion hole 17 and its end is formed in the wire feeding hole 12, and the fixing arm 21 extends vertically downward and is formed at one end of the transverse slot 16.
The metal terminal 30 is made of copper or its alloy with good conductivity, and mainly includes a horizontal plate 31 and a vertical plate 32 extending from the horizontal plate 31, two ends of the vertical plate 32 are respectively connected with a pin 33, wherein the horizontal plate 31 is embedded corresponding to the horizontal slot 16, and the ends of the fixing arms 21 are electrically connected to the left and right ends of the horizontal plate 31, each pin 33 is embedded corresponding to the embedding slot 14 and is hidden in the insulating base 10, each pin 33 is formed on the side of each clamping arm 23, and the vertical plate 32 and the wire arm 13 are stopped on one side of the conductive elastic sheet 20 and one wire 9 (as shown in fig. 7).
Furthermore, a plurality of through holes 34 are arranged at intervals at the connecting and bending position of the horizontal plate 31 and the vertical plate 32, so as to facilitate the bending formation of the vertical plate 32 and the horizontal plate 31 during the manufacturing process. Further, the wire arm 13 is integrally formed with the insulating base 10, and a free end 131 is disposed on a side of the wire arm 13 away from the insulating base 10, a step block 132 (as shown in fig. 5) is disposed on an end surface of the free end 131, and the vertical plate 32 is disposed with a step groove 321 overlapping the step block 132 at a position corresponding to the step block 132, so as to effectively prevent the metal terminal 30 from falling out of the insulating base 10.
Furthermore, the plug terminal block structure of the present invention further includes a release member 40, wherein the release member 40 is inserted corresponding to the release member insertion hole 17 and is used for pushing the clamping arm 23 to generate elastic deformation, so as to pull the wire 9 out of the insulating base 10. The releasing member 40 mainly includes a block 41 and a wedge 42 extending downward from the block 41; a limiting portion 171 (as shown in fig. 6) is disposed inside the release insertion hole 17 of the insulating base 10 for limiting the downward movement of the block 41; in addition, a stop plate 172 is disposed inside the release element insertion hole 17 of the insulating base 10, and a stop portion 421 is disposed inside the middle section of the wedge 42 to be engaged with the stop plate 172, so as to prevent the release element 40 from being separated from the insulating base 10.
Referring to fig. 7, when the portable electronic device is used, a conductive wire 9 is inserted into the wire inlet 12, the side edge of the conductive wire 9 is guided by the conductive wire arm 13 to move, and after the front end of the conductive wire 9 reaches the position of the clamping arm 23, the clamping arm 23 is elastically deformed correspondingly, and clamps and holds the conductive wire 9 together with the pin 33, because the conductive wire 9 and the conductive elastic piece 20 are stopped by the vertical plate 32 and the conductive wire arm 13, the conductive elastic piece 20 is not exposed, and can be stably retained in the cavity 11, so that the safety of use is further improved.

Claims (11)

1. A plug terminal block structure for inserting a wire, comprising:
the insulation base is provided with a containing cavity, the insulation base is provided with a wire inlet hole which is communicated with the containing cavity and is used for inserting the wire, a wire arm is formed on one side edge corresponding to the wire inlet hole, an embedding groove is formed on the other side edge of the wire inlet hole, and a fixing part is formed in the containing cavity;
