Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
In the prior art, when a configurator needs to configure a target tariff package, a fixed package template is used for configuration to obtain the required target tariff package. However, the configuration elements provided by the fixed package template are limited, only the conventional fee package can be configured, and the configuration of the personalized fee package cannot be realized, so that the configured fee package cannot meet the requirements. Meanwhile, since the fixed package template is maintained in the code and database, when a configurator modifies the fixed package template to obtain a target tariff package, the code and the database need to be modified, resulting in high tariff configuration cost and high maintenance cost. And for the related data table which cannot be configured by using the fixed package template and needs to be manually operated in the database by configuration personnel, the risk is higher.
Therefore, in order to solve the above problems, the technical idea of the present invention is to obtain a tariff package similar to a target tariff package when the target tariff package needs to be configured, and clone the tariff package to obtain a cloned tariff package. And adjusting the tariff structure of the tree structure corresponding to the cloned tariff package, namely adding, deleting and dragging tariff elements to realize flexible configuration of the tariff package, so that the diversity of the configuration types of the tariff package is ensured, the personalized configuration of the tariff package is realized, and the configured target tariff package can meet the requirements. And the building block type tariff configuration is realized, the coverage scene is wider, the configuration mode is more flexible, the manual configuration rate can be effectively reduced, the accuracy rate of tariff package configuration is improved, and the tariff configuration cost and the maintenance cost are reduced.
The following describes the technical solutions of the present disclosure and how to solve the above technical problems in detail by specific examples. Several of these specific examples may be combined with each other below, and some of the same or similar concepts or processes may not be repeated in some examples. Examples of the present disclosure will now be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a scene schematic diagram of a package configuration method provided in an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, when a configurator needs to configure a new tariff package, that is, a target tariff package, a tariff prototype similar to the target tariff package is selected from package tariffs displayed by an electronic device 101, and the tariff prototype is adjusted to obtain the target tariff package. The target tariff package is stored in the tariff verification library 102, and the target tariff package in the tariff verification library is subjected to charging simulation to determine whether the simulated charging condition of the target tariff package meets expectations. Upon determining compliance with expectations, the target tariff package is saved to the production repository 103 for distribution so that the user may use the target tariff package.
Optionally, the electronic device 101 includes a computer (e.g., a desktop computer, a notebook computer, etc.), a server, etc. having data processing capability.
Alternatively, the tariff verification library 102 and the production center library 103 may be databases or the like.
Fig. 2 is a first schematic flow chart of a package configuration method according to an embodiment of the present invention, where an execution main body of the embodiment may be an electronic device. As shown in fig. 2, the method includes:
s201, acquiring a to-be-processed charge package, wherein the to-be-processed charge package comprises a plurality of charge elements.
In this embodiment, when a new tariff package, that is, a target tariff package, needs to be configured, a related person searches for a tariff prototype similar to the target tariff package, and the electronic device obtains the tariff prototype similar to the target tariff package, which is searched by the related person, and determines the to-be-processed tariff package corresponding to the target tariff package.
Wherein the price package to be processed comprises a plurality of price elements. The tariff element includes one or more of an event element, a condition element, a charging processing element, and a preference element.
Specifically, the event element may distinguish a service type (e.g., a service type of voice, traffic, short message, etc.), which is composed of one or more of a condition element, a charging processing element, and a preference element.
Specifically, the condition element indicates an execution condition of the tariff package, for example, a stop and reserve number, an office stop, an expired stop, a sales number, a non-charging condition of the tear-down state, and specifically, the condition element includes a simple condition (for example, a stop and reserve number, an office stop, an expired stop, a sales number, a non-charging condition of the tear-down state, and the like), a combination condition, and the like. The combination condition may include a plurality of simple conditions.
Specifically, the charging processing element represents a charging rule of the tariff package, for example, a price of 1MB flow, a price of 1 short message, and the like.
Specifically, the benefit element represents a benefit condition of the tariff package, for example, the price of the tariff package corresponding to the user who uses the tariff package for the first time is 8 folds.
It is understood that the price package to be processed corresponds to an assembly, and the price elements such as the event element, the condition element, the billing processing element, the preferential element and the like correspond to the assembly material of the assembly. In addition, the tariff elements such as the event element, the condition element, the charging processing element, the preferential element, and the like, namely the tariff element template, are defined and stored by the relevant personnel according to the actual requirements, so that the tariff elements can be directly utilized when the electronic equipment configures the tariff package.
In this embodiment, optionally, in order to avoid affecting the resource prototype template, a cost prototype, that is, a to-be-processed cost package may be cloned, that is, the to-be-processed cost package is copied, so as to obtain a clone cost package corresponding to the to-be-processed cost package, so as to perform package configuration by using the clone cost package, that is, perform cost element configuration processing on the clone cost package corresponding to the to-be-processed cost package, and thus, the to-be-processed cost package itself is not modified.
In addition, optionally, when the configurator does not find the required tariff prototype, it may find a similar tariff element, i.e. a tariff element template, and add it to the clone version corresponding to the original model or the clone template, thereby obtaining a corresponding tariff prototype.
Further, optionally, the format of the tariff package, e.g. the format of the display of the pending tariff package, may be a tree structure (as shown in fig. 3). When the tariff package and/or the tariff element are used, this can be done by means of a code of the tariff package and/or a code of the tariff element. For example, when cloning a to-be-processed fee package, a script file corresponding to a code of the to-be-processed fee package is obtained to obtain a configuration script file corresponding to the to-be-processed fee package, and the configuration script file is cloned. To obtain a cloned package of pending tariffs.
The script file may be SQL (Structured Query Language).
Further, optionally, after obtaining the clone version of the price package to be processed, that is, after cloning the price package, the code of the price package to be processed of the clone may be replaced, that is, the code of the price package to be processed of the clone is adjusted, so as to distinguish the cloned price package to be processed from the price package to be processed.
Alternatively, the clone tariff package, i.e. the corresponding script file, may be executed to the parameter table under ucr _ param _ config user. Correspondingly, when the to-be-processed tariff package of the clone needs to be displayed, the parameter table under the ucr _ param _ config user can be read and displayed, that is, the to-be-processed tariff package of the clone, that is, the clone tariff package, is displayed through the tree structure.
S202, carrying out tariff element configuration processing on the tariff package to be processed to obtain the target tariff package.
In this embodiment, when obtaining a to-be-processed fee package, that is, a cloned to-be-processed fee package, the fee element configuration processing is performed on the to-be-processed fee package, that is, the fee element in the to-be-processed fee package is adjusted, so that the adjusted to-be-processed fee package meets the service requirement, thereby obtaining a target fee package required by a configurator.
In addition, optionally, after the to-be-processed fee package is obtained, the to-be-processed fee package can be displayed through the tree structure so that a configurator can judge whether the to-be-processed fee package meets the requirement, if the to-be-processed fee package meets the requirement, the to-be-processed fee package can be directly used as the target fee package without being adjusted.
S203, carrying out structural verification on the target tariff package to obtain a package verification result corresponding to the target tariff package, and storing the target tariff package when the package verification result is determined to be successful in structural verification.
In this embodiment, after the target tariff package is obtained, the target tariff package is structurally verified to determine whether the structure of the target tariff package is correct, that is, whether the structure is incomplete or abnormal, so as to obtain a package verification result corresponding to the target tariff package.
And the package checking result comprises structure checking success and structure checking failure. And when the package verification result corresponding to the target charge package is that the structure verification is successful, the structure of the target charge package is normal and the target charge package can be normally used, and the target charge is stored. And when the package verification result corresponding to the target tariff package is a structural verification failure, indicating that the structure of the target tariff package is abnormal, namely the target tariff package has the problem of structural incompletion or abnormality, and outputting corresponding prompt information to enable a configurator to modify the target tariff package.
Optionally, when the target tariff package is saved, the target tariff package may be saved to a first target location, and the first target location may be set according to a requirement, for example, the first target location is a tariff verification repository.
In addition, optionally, when the target tariff package is saved, the corresponding configuration record and the script file are saved.
The configurator can perform various modification operations until the required target tariff package is obtained, and a configuration record of the target tariff package is generated after storage.
In addition, optionally, when the target tariff package is saved to the first target location, the target tariff package may be saved after receiving a submission instruction input by the user.
Further, optionally, the non-submitted charges can be modified and stored for multiple times, the charges cannot be changed after being submitted, the configuration record state is circulated, and the landing script file is executed to the charge verification library.
From the above description, when a tariff package, i.e. a target tariff package, needs to be configured, a tariff prototype similar to the target tariff package is obtained first, namely the pending tariff package, for determining the target tariff package by using the pending tariff package, namely, the price element configuration processing is carried out on the price package to be processed so as to adjust the price element in the price package to be processed, thereby obtaining the target price package meeting the user requirement, when the target price package is obtained, whether the structure of the target price package is correct or not needs to be judged, the target price package is subjected to structured check, so as to obtain a package verification result corresponding to the target tariff package, and when the package verification result is determined to be the structure verification success, the structure of the target tariff package is correct and can be used, the target tariff package is saved so that the relevant user can utilize the target tariff package. When the target fee package is configured, a fee prototype similar to the target fee package is selected, and the fee elements in the fee prototype are configured and adjusted to obtain the required target fee package instead of being configured by using a fixed package template without being limited by the fixed package template, so that the diversity of the configuration types of the fee package is ensured, the flexibility is higher, the configured fee package can better meet the requirements, and the user experience is improved.
Fig. 4 is a second flowchart of a package configuration method according to an embodiment of the present invention, and on the basis of the embodiment of fig. 2 in this embodiment, when performing structural verification on a target tariff package, structural verification may be performed based on a related verification rule, which will be described below with reference to a specific embodiment. As shown in fig. 4, the method includes:
s401, acquiring a to-be-processed fee package, wherein the to-be-processed fee package comprises a plurality of fee elements.
S402, carrying out tariff element configuration processing on the tariff package to be processed to obtain the target tariff package.
In this embodiment, when performing the configuration processing of the tariff element on the to-be-processed tariff package, that is, when adjusting the tariff element in the to-be-processed tariff package, the tariff element may be added, deleted, and/or dragged, so as to adjust the tariff element in the to-be-processed tariff package, that is, to adjust the structure of the to-be-processed tariff package.
Specifically, when the tariff element is added, the tariff element to be added is obtained and added to the tariff package to be processed. I.e. when the configurator selects to add a node, i.e. a tariff element, the electronic device displays a list of elements containing the tariff element. The configurator selects the required tariff element from the list of elements. The electronic equipment acquires the tariff elements selected by the configurator, determines the tariff elements as to-be-added tariff elements, and adds the to-be-added tariff elements to the to-be-processed tariff package. For example, if an in-person call voice packet needs to be configured, a corresponding tariff prototype, i.e. a to-be-processed tariff package, is obtained and displayed. After determining that the condition element with the called number being 6-digit short number is determined by the tariff prototype, the configurator selects the condition element with the called number being 6-digit short number from the list of condition elements displayed by the electronic device after clicking an 'add' button on the position of the tariff prototype where the condition element is to be added, so that the electronic device adds the condition element with the called number being 6-digit short number to the tariff prototype.
Specifically, when the tariff element is deleted, the tariff element to be deleted is obtained, and the tariff element to be deleted is deleted from the tariff package to be processed. Namely, when the configurator needs to delete the tariff elements in the tariff package to be processed, the configurator selects the corresponding tariff elements and selects the corresponding deletion options. And the electronic equipment takes the tariff element selected by the configurator as the tariff element to be deleted and deletes the tariff element.
Specifically, when dragging the tariff element, the tariff element is moved in response to a movement operation applied to the tariff element in the to-be-processed tariff package (as shown in fig. 5). Namely, when a configurator needs to move the position of the tariff element in the tariff package to be processed, the tariff element needing to be moved is selected and moved to the specified position in the tariff package to be processed, so as to realize the dragging of the tariff element, and further realize the adjustment of the tariff package to be processed.
In this embodiment, the mobile tariff element, i.e. the dragging of the tariff package, is a tariff prototype, i.e. an internal structure dragging of the to-be-processed tariff package. Different scripts can be generated by changing the positions of the tariff elements, so that tariff packages with different structures are obtained, and the regulation of the tariff packages is realized.
In the embodiment, when the tariff element configuration processing is performed on the tariff package to be processed, the tariff element can be added, deleted and dragged, so that the flexible adjustment of the tariff package to be processed is realized, and the limitation of the configuration element provided by the tariff package to be processed is avoided, thereby ensuring the diversity of the configured tariff package and improving the use satisfaction of the user.
In any embodiment, optionally, before performing structural verification on the target tariff package, attribute verification may be performed on the target tariff package, and after the verification is successful, the structural verification is continuously performed on the target tariff package, which includes the specific processes:
and performing attribute verification on the target tariff package to obtain an attribute verification result. And when the attribute verification result is determined to be that the attribute verification is successful, performing structured verification on the target tariff package.
Specifically, after the target tariff package is obtained, the user can modify and adjust the related information of the target tariff package. In order to ensure the normalization and accuracy of the obtained target tariff package, the attribute verification of the adjustment information corresponding to the target tariff package, that is, the content modified by the user, may be performed to obtain the attribute verification result corresponding to the target tariff package.
And the attribute checking result comprises attribute checking success and attribute checking failure. And when the attribute verification result corresponding to the target tariff package is that the attribute verification is successful, indicating that the contents modified by the user all meet the specification, namely the contents are correct, and continuously performing structured verification on the target tariff package.
In addition, optionally, when the attribute verification result corresponding to the target tariff package is an attribute verification failure, which indicates that the content modified by the user does not meet the specification, corresponding prompt information is output to prompt the configuration staff to modify the content.
Correspondingly, the attribute verification is carried out on the target tariff package to obtain an attribute verification result, and the attribute verification result comprises the following steps:
and acquiring adjustment information corresponding to the target tariff package and acquiring an attribute verification rule corresponding to the adjustment information. And performing attribute verification on the adjustment information according to the attribute verification rule to obtain an attribute verification result.
Specifically, adjustment information corresponding to the target tariff package is obtained, the adjustment information indicates content, namely a field, modified by a configuration person, an attribute check rule corresponding to the adjustment information is obtained, so that the attribute check rule is used for performing attribute check on the adjustment information, and whether the adjustment information meets the rule is determined, and an attribute check result is obtained.
In addition, optionally, attribute check may be performed on the length and specific value of the field. Meanwhile, the attribute verification further includes business verification, for example, a special selection value is verified, that is, whether a preset non-standard option exists in an option corresponding to a certain field, for example, if an option with a name of "unlimited" exists in the options, it is determined that the attribute verification result is that the attribute verification fails.
In addition, optionally, not only a single field can be checked, but also linkage check can be performed between fields. Specifically, the supporting linkage modification scene includes: tariff name, tariff description, balance, sharing, role, account item, cumulant, resource amount, lease modification.
S403, based on a preset package structure check rule, checking the tree structure of the target price package to determine a package check result corresponding to the target price package.
In this embodiment, when performing structural verification on the target tariff package, a preset package structure verification rule corresponding to the target tariff package is obtained, and the preset package structure verification rule is used to verify the tree structure of the target tariff package, so as to determine whether the structure of the target tariff package is incomplete or abnormal, thereby determining a package verification result corresponding to the target tariff package.
The preset package structure check rule can check the price package, that is, whether a tree structure corresponding to the price package has a specific price element, for example, whether an event element exists in the target price package is judged, and when the event element does not exist, the package check result corresponding to the target price package is determined to be a structure check failure. And when the verification result exists, determining that the package verification result corresponding to the target tariff package is successful in structure verification.
Optionally, the preset package structure check rule may check whether the condition element defined by the condition exists in the price package, and whether the no-cost/preferential calculation logic exists in the price package.
Further, optionally, when the preset package structure check rule is used to check the tree structure of the target tariff package, if multiple items of content need to be checked, when the checked structures are all structure checks successfully, it is determined that the package check result corresponding to the target tariff package is a structure check success, that is, the target tariff package is stored.
S404, when the package verification result is determined to be that the structure verification is successful, the target tariff package is stored.
In this embodiment, optionally, as shown in fig. 6, after the target tariff package is obtained, a charging simulation is performed on the target tariff package to obtain a simulation result. And comparing the simulation result with a standard result corresponding to the target tariff package to obtain a tariff verification result corresponding to the target tariff package.
Specifically, by ordering a target price package, a charging bill and user data are created according to the content of the target price package; and packaging the mirror image of the production pricing to a price verification environment, and operating a corresponding pricing program to simulate the charging process of a production user so as to realize the verification of the target price package and obtain a simulation result corresponding to the target price package, wherein the simulation result represents the amount of money required to be paid by the user when the target price package is tested, namely the actual charging condition of the target price package. And acquiring a standard result corresponding to the target tariff package, wherein the standard result represents an expected charging request for using the target tariff package. And comparing the simulation result corresponding to the target tariff package with the standard result to determine whether the simulation charging condition, namely the actual charging condition is in accordance with expectation. Thereby obtaining the price verification result corresponding to the target price package.
Wherein, the tariff verification result comprises an expectation-meeting and an expectation-not-meeting.
Specifically, when the tariff verification result is an expectation, which indicates that the simulated charging condition of the target tariff package is an expectation, the target tariff package may be stored to a second target location (e.g., a central repository is generated), i.e., the target tariff package may be issued.
Specifically, when the price verification result is that the price is not in accordance with the expectation, which indicates that the simulated charging condition of the target price package is not in accordance with the expectation, and the target price package has an unreasonable problem, corresponding prompt information is output, so that related personnel can continuously adjust the target price package.
In addition, optionally, when the target tariff package, that is, the script file corresponding to the target tariff package, is saved to the first target location/the second target location, the configuration record state is transferred.
In addition, optionally, after the target tariff package is obtained, secondary cloning, namely copying, can be performed on the target tariff package to obtain a cloned target tariff package. And replacing the codes (such as codes corresponding to the tariff elements) in the cloned target tariff package with corresponding standard codes, wherein the standard codes are codes used in practical application to obtain the practical tariff package meeting the practical production requirement. Correspondingly, when the charging simulation is carried out, the charging simulation can be carried out on the actual tariff package. Meanwhile, the target tariff package can be used as a tariff package template for subsequent tariff configuration.
In this embodiment, after the target tariff package is obtained, a charging simulation is performed on the target tariff package to obtain an actual charging condition corresponding to the target tariff package, and whether the actual charging condition meets expectations is determined. And when the actual charging condition of the target tariff package is determined to meet the expectation, the target tariff package is issued, so that the accuracy and the reasonability of the target tariff package are ensured.
