Claims (10)

1. A method for generating a service instruction is applied to a server and comprises the following steps:
acquiring communication message data;
performing intention identification on the communication message data to obtain service information corresponding to the communication message data;
and acquiring an alternative service instruction according to the service information.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein obtaining the alternative service instruction according to the service information comprises:
acquiring a first instruction writing rule corresponding to the service information;
and generating the alternative service instruction through the first instruction writing rule.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein obtaining the first command writing rule corresponding to the service information comprises:
searching alternative service information which is the same as the service information in a preset service system information database; the business system information database stores a plurality of corresponding relations between the alternative business information and the business system information;
under the condition that the alternative service information which is the same as the service information is found, service system information corresponding to the alternative service information is obtained;
acquiring a second instruction writing rule of the service system information;
and determining the second instruction writing rule as the first instruction writing rule corresponding to the service information.
4. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein after acquiring the alternative service instruction according to the service information, the method further comprises:
acquiring a user service instruction corresponding to the alternative service instruction;
and sending the user service instruction to a service system corresponding to the user service instruction, and triggering the service system to execute the user service instruction.
5. An apparatus for generating a service instruction, applied to a server, includes:
the communication message data acquisition module is configured to acquire communication message data;
the intention identification module is configured to identify the intention of the communication message data and obtain service information corresponding to the communication message data;
and the alternative service instruction acquisition module is configured to acquire an alternative service instruction according to the service information.
6. The apparatus according to claim 5, wherein the alternative service instruction obtaining module is configured to obtain an alternative service instruction according to the service information by:
acquiring a first instruction writing rule corresponding to the service information;
and generating the alternative service instruction through the first instruction writing rule.
7. The apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the alternative service instruction obtaining module is configured to obtain the first instruction writing rule corresponding to the service information by:
searching alternative service information which is the same as the service information in a preset service system information database; the business system information database stores a plurality of corresponding relations between the alternative business information and the business system information;
under the condition that the alternative service information which is the same as the service information is found, service system information corresponding to the alternative service information is obtained;
acquiring a second instruction writing rule of the service system information;
and determining the second instruction writing rule as the first instruction writing rule corresponding to the service information.
8. The apparatus of any one of claims 5 to 7, further comprising:
the user service instruction acquisition module is used for acquiring a user service instruction corresponding to the alternative service instruction;
and the sending module is used for sending the user service instruction to a service system corresponding to the user service instruction and triggering the service system to execute the user service instruction.
9. An electronic device comprising a processor and a memory storing program instructions, wherein the processor is configured to perform the method for generating service instructions of any of claims 1 to 4 when executing the program instructions.
10. A readable storage medium storing program instructions, which when executed perform the method for generating service instructions of any of claims 1 to 4.
