The specific embodiment of the vision protection device applied in the present invention is basically the same as the following embodiments of the vision protection method, and is not described herein again.
According to the hardware structure, various embodiments of the present invention are proposed.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of a first embodiment of the vision protection method of the present invention, the vision protection method includes:
step S10, receiving audience information in front of the display device monitored by the external detection device through the USB;
the display devices include, but are not limited to, the following: televisions, computers, projectors, etc. The audience information may be vital signs of the audience such as height, body shape, heart rate, body temperature and the like, viewing parameters such as distance, time, position, angle and the like when the audience watches the display device, environmental data such as ambient temperature, brightness, humidity and the like when the audience watches the display device, and any other data which can represent that the audience watches the display device and is related to eyesight protection. The camera can be used for monitoring audience information in front of the display equipment, the video and the image in front of the display equipment are shot through the camera, and information such as the body type and the watching position of the audience can be extracted from the shot video and image. At present, televisions with eyesight protection functions based on cameras exist in the market, and when the camera on the television detects that a child is too close to the television, the eyesight of the child is protected by reducing backlight of the television or closing a display screen. However, this method requires the user to buy the tv with the camera again, which is costly for the user and has a low purchase intention. Although a display device such as a computer, a mobile phone, a tablet, etc. which is already provided with a camera can directly call the existing camera to detect audience information, in consideration of the problems of privacy and safety of the camera, huge data processing amount, and more display devices such as a television or a projector which are not provided with the camera, the embodiment of the invention provides a method for monitoring the audience information in front of the display device by using an external detection device, and the external detection device is selected to monitor the audience information. On the other hand, most display devices are equipped with a USB interface, and further, the external detection device in the embodiment of the present invention is connected to the display device through the USB interface and performs data transmission. Audience information is detected through external detection equipment, so that the display equipment is not required to be equipped with the detection equipment, a user can independently purchase the detection equipment and use the eyesight protection function, and the use cost of the eyesight protection function is reduced. The external detection device for detecting data may be an infrared sensor, a photosensitive sensor, an ultrasonic sensor, a fingerprint recognition device, a voice control device, other sensors or devices for detecting audience information, or a combination of a plurality of sensors or devices. Specifically, for example, the external photosensitive sensor can detect the ambient brightness around the display device watched by the audience, and when the ambient brightness is too dark, the backlight brightness of the display device is reduced, so that the eyesight of the audience is protected to a certain extent, and for example, by the external voice control identification device, only a user who inputs a voice control startup password is allowed to open the display device, so that a child who does not input the voice control password is limited to watch the display device, and for example, a human body infrared signal in front of the display device can be detected by the infrared sensor, according to the characteristic that the human body temperature is higher than the ambient temperature, people and objects are distinguished, according to the form of the human body infrared signal, whether the person is an "adult" or a "child" is determined, according to the distribution of the infrared signal, the position where the person is located, further, the distance from the display device is determined, when the infrared sensor detects that the person is an excessively close to the display device, the display screen is turned off to protect the child's vision.
Further, the present invention provides another embodiment, wherein the step of receiving the audience information in front of the display device monitored by the external detection device through the USB includes:
audience information in front of the display device monitored by the millimeter wave radar is received through the USB.
As a specific embodiment, the millimeter wave radar is selected as an external detection device for detecting audience information in the embodiment of the present invention. The millimeter wave radar can distinguish and identify a very small target and can simultaneously identify a plurality of targets, the millimeter wave radar has imaging capacity and has the characteristics of small size, maneuverability and concealment, a human body can be accurately sensed through the millimeter wave radar and comprises the body type, the position, the heartbeat and the respiration of the human body, and whether the sensed human body is a child or an adult can be discriminated according to the body type or according to algorithms such as the frequency of the respiration and the heartbeat. According to the embodiment of the invention, the portable usb device equipped with the millimeter wave radar technology is connected to the usb interface of the display device, so that the audience information in front of the display device is detected, the sensing capability of millimeter radar waves on a human body and the protection of user privacy are fully exerted, the privacy safety problem caused by using an external camera is not needed to be worried about, and meanwhile, the cost for re-purchasing the display device equipped with the detection device is reduced through the plug-and-play type external detection device.
And step S20, executing corresponding eyesight protection operation according to the audience information.
The display device determines whether a condition for performing eyesight protection is satisfied according to the audience information monitored in step S10, and executes a corresponding eyesight protection operation when the condition for performing eyesight protection is satisfied. The performing of the corresponding eyesight protection operation may be to control the display screen to sleep, may be to close the display device screen, may pop up a reminder window on the display interface, may adjust the display color or color temperature to a soft mode or a warm mode, and may also cut off the display picture being played to replace an image with better eyesight, and the like. Specifically, for example, the external photosensitive sensor may detect the brightness of ambient light when the viewer watches the display device, and when the ambient brightness is low, the display device may reduce the backlight display to protect the viewer's eyesight.
According to the embodiment of the invention, audience information in front of a display device monitored by an external detection device is received through a USB; and executing corresponding eyesight protection operation according to the audience information. According to the embodiment of the invention, on the basis of the existing display equipment, the external detection equipment is connected with the display equipment through the USB interface and detects the audience information, and the display equipment executes the corresponding eyesight protection operation according to the monitored audience information. In addition, the embodiment of the invention detects the audience information in front of the display equipment through the usb interface which is connected to the display equipment by the portable usb equipment provided with the millimeter wave radar technology, so that the privacy safety problem caused by using a camera is not needed to be worried about, and meanwhile, the cost for re-purchasing the display equipment with the detection equipment is reduced by the external detection equipment.
Further, referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic detailed flow chart of the eyesight protection method according to the second embodiment of the present invention, where the step S20 may include:
step S201, judging whether children exist in the audience;
due to the difference between mind and cognition, children cannot correctly know whether things are done, the children are often inferior to adults in self-control, and the vision of the children is more easily affected by the electronic display device than that of the adults, so that the vision protection method of the embodiment of the invention is more focused on the vision care of the children. And judging whether children exist in the audience according to the audience information, such as height, body size or breathing heart rate, monitored by the detection device in the step S10. When a child is present in the viewer, step S202 is performed.
Step S202, judging whether the child watching position is in a preset watching area;
the distance of the viewing distance has an effect on the vision, and too far or too close the viewing distance has no effect on the vision. The network data indicates that the optimal viewing distance, resolution and screen picture height of the display equipment have related formulas: the optimum viewing distance (centimeter) is the screen height ÷ vertical resolution × 3400, or the viewing distance is the diagonal distance × 3 of the lcd television, and the viewing distance of a suitable display device can be determined by referring to the above formula. For example, a suitable viewing distance is 2.5-3 meters for 40 inch televisions and 4-5 meters for large size televisions of 50 inches and above. On the other hand, even if the viewing distance is proper, if the viewing angle is too deviated, the viewing is also improper, and the eyesight is also poor, generally, the best direction for viewing the display device is right in front of the display screen, therefore, after the embodiment of the invention detects that the audience has a child, the position for viewing the display device by the child is further judged, wherein the position comprises the characteristics of the distance and the direction, so that the correct viewing distance and angle can be ensured. Whether the watching position is in the preset watching area or not is judged, so that whether the watching distance and the watching angle of the audience are proper or not is determined, wherein the preset watching area represents a proper, correct and proper position for watching the display device, and can be determined according to the size, the installation position or the resolution of a display screen of the display device, can be the initially set watching area, and can also be the watching area defined by a user.
Step S203: and when the watching position is not in a preset watching area, executing corresponding eyesight protection operation.
When it is detected that the position where the child views the display device is not in the preset viewing area, it indicates that the child views the display device too close, too far, or too biased, and at this time, the corresponding eyesight protection operation needs to be performed, for example, the screen of the display device may be closed to perform eyesight protection.
The embodiment of the invention judges whether children exist in the audience according to the audience information monitored by the detection device, further judges the watching position of the display device watched by the children when the children exist in the audience, and executes the corresponding eyesight protection operation when the watching position is not in the preset watching area, thereby realizing the eyesight protection function based on the judgment of the children based on the watching position.
Further, the present invention proposes another embodiment, wherein the step of performing the corresponding eyesight protection operation further comprises:
adjusting the backlight display and/or making a voice prompt.
That is, when detecting that children watch the position not the correct preset and watch the region, then adjust display device backlight display in order to reduce the injury of display screen to eyes, perhaps remind through pronunciation, perhaps adjust simultaneously and be shaded and carry out pronunciation and remind, wherein, adjust display device backlight display can be to improve display device backlight brightness, also can reduce display device backlight brightness, still can adjust backlight display colour temperature, wherein, pronunciation are reminded and can report preset warning pronunciation, can report and just stop once, perhaps report and stop many times, can also circulate and report until closing.
In the embodiment, the manner of adjusting the backlight display and performing the voice reminding realizes the eyesight protection without influencing the content watched by the audience.
Further, the present invention provides another embodiment, after the step of adjusting the backlight display and/or performing the voice prompt, the method further includes:
and when the watching position is in a preset watching area, the backlight display before adjustment is recovered and/or the voice prompt is turned off.
If the viewer moves the viewing position to a preset viewing area after adjusting the backlight display and/or performing the voice prompt, the adjusted backlight needs to be restored to the backlight display before adjustment and/or the voice prompt is turned off. Specifically, the backlight display setting before adjustment is stored, the backlight adjustment is performed when it is detected that the viewing position of the viewer is not the correct preset viewing area, and the backlight display stored before adjustment is resumed when the viewer moves the viewing position to the preset viewing area.
In this embodiment, when watching the position and being in the preset and watching the region, the backlight display can resume the backlight display setting before the regulation, and the pronunciation warning can be closed, and the backlight display regulation and the pronunciation warning of eyesight protection operation only can be carried out when spectator watches the position incorrectly, can not revise the original setting of display device when spectator correctly watches display device to preference setting or the default setting that does not influence the display device user has carried out eyesight protection.
Further, referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a detailed flowchart illustrating a step of performing a corresponding eyesight protection operation according to the audience information in a third embodiment of the eyesight protection method of the present invention, and based on the first embodiment, the step S20 may further include:
step S204: monitoring a viewing time of the viewer viewing a display device;
step S205: and when the watching time is greater than or equal to a preset time threshold, executing corresponding eyesight protection operation.
In addition to viewing distance and viewing angle, viewing duration is also very detrimental to vision. Even if the viewer views the display device at a suitable and correct viewing distance and viewing angle, the viewing time is too long, which can also impair the vision. In the embodiment of the present invention, after the external detection device detects the viewer, the time for the viewer to view the display device is counted and recorded, and when the viewing duration of the viewer exceeds the preset time threshold, the corresponding eyesight protection operation is executed. For example, when the duration of a single time that the viewer watches the display device is detected to exceed 40 minutes, a corresponding eyesight protection operation such as voice prompt is performed, and when the accumulated duration that the viewer watches the display device on the current day is detected to exceed 2 hours, a corresponding eyesight protection operation such as popping up a duration statistical window to prompt attention to the watching time is performed.
Further, as a specific embodiment, it can be determined whether corresponding eyesight protection is needed or not by integrating the position and time. Specifically, whether children exist in the audience is judged; when children exist in the audience, judging whether the watching positions of the children are in a preset watching area; when the watching position is not in a preset watching area, monitoring the watching time of the spectator watching the display equipment; and when the watching time is greater than or equal to a preset time threshold, executing corresponding eyesight protection operation. By determining that the watching position of the audience is not in the preset watching area and after a certain time, the corresponding eyesight protection operation is carried out, so as to prevent the misjudgment that the display equipment is only passed by a short distance or a long distance.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the eyesight protection function based on the time length judgment is realized by judging whether the time length of the audience watching the display equipment exceeds the preset time threshold value or not and carrying out the eyesight protection when the watching time exceeds the preset time threshold value.
Further, referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a flowchart illustrating a step before receiving, by a USB, audience information before a display device monitored by an external detection device in a fourth embodiment of the eyesight protection method according to the present invention, based on the first embodiment, before step S10, the method further includes:
step S30, detecting the working state of the display device;
and step S40, when the display device is in a display state, starting an external detection device for detection.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the external detection device is connected to the display device through the USB, and it can be understood that, generally, when the display device is turned on, the external detection device is powered on and operates synchronously.
