Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method 100 for protecting privacy of a video, including the following steps:
s102: detecting whether a triggering condition of video privacy protection is met;
if the triggering condition of the video privacy protection is met, executing the step S104;
and if the triggering condition of the video privacy protection is not met, ending the process.
S104: and acquiring the image frame of the video according to a preset acquisition rule.
The privacy protection method of the video provided by the embodiment of the invention can be applied to terminal equipment, the terminal equipment can detect whether the triggering condition of the privacy protection of the video is met or not in the running process, and if the triggering condition is met, the image frame of the video can be obtained; if not, the flow may end.
The video may include not only a local video, but also a video related to the user in an internet application, for example, a video uploaded by the user in a short video application.
Optionally, in an embodiment, the triggering condition may be that a video is playing, and accordingly, the execution procedures of steps S102 and S104 are as follows: and if the video is detected to be played, acquiring the image frames of the played video according to a preset acquisition rule.
Optionally, in an embodiment, the triggering condition may be that a generated video is being recorded, and accordingly, the steps S102 and S104 are performed as follows: and if the video generated by recording is detected, acquiring the image frame which is being recorded according to a preset acquisition rule.
Optionally, in an embodiment, the triggering condition may be to present a video list, and accordingly, the execution procedures of steps S102 and S104 are as follows: and if the displayed video list is detected, acquiring the image frame of the video corresponding to the video list according to a preset acquisition rule.
In the above several embodiments, in order to accurately determine whether the video needs to be set with the access right, in theory, step S104 may acquire each image frame in the video and perform the detection of the subsequent steps.
Meanwhile, considering that the content of a plurality of video frames has coherence and the content of a plurality of continuous image frames has similarity, the video can tolerate frame skipping; in addition, in order to save the resources consumed by the implementation of the embodiment, the step S104 may be obtained according to a preset obtaining rule when the image frames of the video are obtained, such as: extracting an image frame every 10 frames, or performing the operation of acquiring the image frame of the video every 5 seconds; alternatively, random extraction is performed for image frames in the video.
Several specific implementations of the foregoing step S104 are shown in the embodiments of the present invention. Of course, it should be understood that step S104 may also be implemented in other ways, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited thereto.
S106: detecting whether the image frame meets a video privacy protection condition;
if the image frame meets the video privacy protection condition, executing step S108;
and if the image frame does not meet the video privacy protection condition, ending the process.
S108: and setting access authority for the video.
Generally, a personal video of a user self-timer, a growth video of a user's relatives, such as children and girls, and the like, which are not desired to be viewed by others, so that the embodiment may determine the video including the face of the user or the face of the user's relatives as a video that requires setting of access rights. Specifically, in step S106, face detection may be performed on the obtained image frame, and if the image frame includes a face and the face is successfully matched with a preset face, it is determined that the video needs to be added with an access right, and then the access right is set for the video. The preset face mentioned here may be not only the face of the user himself, but also the faces of the relatives, friends, etc. of the user.
Considering that some of the video users do not want to be freely referred to by others, the implementation may also determine some of the video users as the video that needs to be set with the access right. Therefore, in step S106, human body detection may be performed on the acquired image frame, if the image frame includes a human body, the human body may be classified into a skin region and a non-skin region, and if the ratio of the skin region in the human body is greater than or equal to a preset value, that is, if the human body is too exposed, it is determined that the video needs to be added with an access right, and then the access right is set for the video.
In a specific embodiment, considering that the user's own video is less desirable to be seen by others, the implementation may also determine the user's own video as a video for which access rights need to be set. Therefore, in step S106, human body detection may be performed on the obtained image frame, and if the image frame includes a human body, the human face of the human body is successfully matched with the preset human face, and the ratio of the skin area in the human body is greater than or equal to the preset value, that is, the human body is too exposed, it is determined that the video needs to be added with an access right, and then the access right is set for the video.
After the image frame is determined to satisfy the video privacy protection condition through the above-mentioned various embodiments, an access right may be set for the video through step S108.
In a specific example, the setting of the access right for the video may be to move the video into a lockbox, and when accessing resources such as the video in the lockbox, authentication (such as fingerprint identification, facial identification, and the like) needs to be performed on a user, and only the user who passes the authentication has the access right for the video in the lockbox.
In this embodiment, if the image frame does not satisfy the video privacy protection condition, the access right may not be set for the video, that is, the process ends.
Optionally, in a specific embodiment, before setting the access right to the video, the method may further include the following steps:
presenting a confirmation option and a cancel option for the video;
wherein setting access rights to the video comprises: and if the input of the user for the confirmation option is received, or the input of the user for the cancel option is not received within the preset time length, setting the access authority for the video. If the user inputs the cancel option, the process can be ended, and the access authority is not set for the video.
According to the privacy protection method for the video, provided by the embodiment of the invention, the image frame of the video can be acquired if the triggering condition of the privacy protection of the video is met, and the access authority can be set for the video if the image frame meets the privacy protection condition of the video, so that the problem that the operation is complicated because a user needs to manually select the video needing the access authority is solved.
The step S102 and step S104 of the above embodiment, if it is detected that the video is playing, acquiring the image frames of the playing video according to the preset acquisition rule includes: the method comprises the steps of starting a first target thread, and obtaining image frames of played videos through the first target thread according to a preset obtaining rule, wherein the first target thread is different from the video playing thread, so that the phenomena of video playing blockage and the like caused by executing image frame obtaining and judging whether the image frames meet video privacy protection conditions can be avoided, and user experience is improved.
In the above embodiment, if it is detected that a video is being recorded and generated, acquiring the image frame being recorded according to the preset acquisition rule includes: and starting a second target thread, and acquiring the image frame being recorded according to a preset acquisition rule through the second target thread, wherein the second target thread is different from the thread for recording the generated video, so that the phenomena of video recording blockage and the like caused by executing image frame acquisition and judging whether the image frame meets the video privacy protection condition can be avoided, and the user experience is improved.
In the above embodiment, if the displayed video list is detected, acquiring the image frame of the video corresponding to the video list according to the preset acquisition rule includes: and starting a third target thread, and acquiring the image frame of the video corresponding to the video list through the third target thread according to a preset acquisition rule, wherein the third target thread is different from the thread for displaying the video list. Therefore, the phenomena of video list display blockage and the like caused by executing image frame acquisition and judging whether the image frame meets the video privacy protection condition can be avoided, and the user experience is improved. Optionally, in order to save resources, in this embodiment, the image frame of the video corresponding to the video list is obtained according to a preset obtaining rule, specifically, the image frame may be obtained by obtaining a cover image of the video.
The cover image can be a frame image in a video selected by a user; or recording the image frame corresponding to the played position based on the historical playing of the user; but also a default frame of the image by the system, etc.
As shown in fig. 2, a privacy preserving method 200 for video is provided in one embodiment of the present invention. The embodiment can be applied to terminal equipment such as a mobile phone, and the following description will take the example that the terminal equipment is a mobile phone.
Before the embodiment is executed, a user can start the privacy protection function of the video at places such as mobile phone setting and starting guidance (namely, the step of the embodiment is executed on the premise), and before the starting, the user can be guided to use the face recognition function, so that the face features of the user are collected, and preparation is made for whether the video privacy protection condition is met in the subsequent steps.
The embodiment specifically comprises the following steps:
s202: is the video being played, is the privacy protection function of the video enabled?
If the starting is finished, jumping to S206;
if not, jumping to S204.
In this embodiment, the user can play the video by clicking any local video.
This embodiment is also applicable to the embodiment that the generated video is being recorded, and accordingly, the step S202 may be: is it detected whether the privacy-preserving function of the video is turned on if it is detected that the video is being recorded?
S204: and sending a starting prompt to prompt a user to start the privacy protection function of the video.
If the user responds to the opening prompt and opens the privacy protection function of the video, step S206 may be executed;
if the user does not turn on the privacy protection function of the video, the process may end.
In this embodiment, the privacy protection function of the video may be a background service a, and may be specifically implemented by an android service.
S206: and intermittently acquiring the image frames of the played video.
The embodiment may capture the current image frame of the played video (or video) every N milliseconds, and then transmit the captured image frame to the background service a.
The value of N can be freely customized, if set to 0, it represents that each image frame of the video needs to be captured, and in order to save resources, N can be 10 or 20.
S208: is it determined whether the image frame satisfies the video privacy protection condition?
If yes, go to step S210;
if not, the process continues to execute S206 until the video playing or the video recording is finished.
The background service A can start a first target thread when receiving the captured image frame, performs face recognition on the captured image frame, and determines that the video needs to be added with access authority if the image frame comprises a face and the face is successfully matched with a preset face, wherein the preset face mentioned here can be the face of the user himself or the faces of the relatives, friends and the like of the user.
In the embodiment, the first target thread is different from the video playing thread, so that the phenomena of video playing blockage and the like caused by executing image frame acquisition and judging whether the image frame meets the video privacy protection condition can be avoided, and the user experience is improved.
S210: and sending out prompt information whether the video needs to be moved into the secrecy box.
Specifically, when a video is identified as containing user privacy, a floating window may be presented on top of the video to ask the user if the video needs to be moved into the lockbox. The user moves in if clicking confirmation, and the video does not respond to the privacy protection function of the video after clicking cancellation (i.e. step S202 of this embodiment is not executed any more). The user does not click to confirm or cancel, and after 3S, the system automatically executes step S212, that is, the video is moved into a privacy box to protect the privacy of the user (if the video is recorded, the video is moved into the privacy box after the video recording is finished).
S212: the video is moved into a secure lockbox.
In this embodiment, when accessing resources such as a video in the lockbox, authentication (such as fingerprint identification, facial identification, and the like) needs to be performed on a user, and only a user who passes the authentication has an access right to the video in the lockbox.
According to the privacy protection method for the video, provided by the embodiment of the invention, the image frame of the video can be acquired if the triggering condition of the privacy protection of the video is met, and the access authority can be set for the video if the image frame meets the privacy protection condition of the video, so that the problem that the operation is complicated because a user needs to manually select the video needing the access authority is solved.

if the user does not turn on the privacy protection function of the video, the process may end.
In this embodiment, the privacy protection function of the video may be a background service B, and may be specifically implemented by an android service.
S406: for each video in the video list, a cover image of the video is acquired.
The cover image can be a frame image in a video selected by a user; or recording the image frame corresponding to the played position based on the historical playing of the user; but also a default frame of the image by the system, etc.
This embodiment can transmit the cover page image of the video to the background service B and add the registered listener L for each video in the video list (for a specific one, it can be located as I), while each shows specific video information.
S408: is it judged whether the image satisfies the video privacy protection condition?
If yes, go to step S410;
if not, returning to the step S406 until all the videos in the video list are judged to be finished.
In the step, the background service B opens a second target thread to perform face recognition on the image transmitted by the video I, if the image comprises a face and the face is successfully matched with a preset face, it is determined that the video needs to be added with access authority, and the preset face mentioned here can be not only the face of the user, but also the faces of relatives, friends and the like of the user.
In this embodiment, the second target thread is different from the thread for displaying the video list, so that the phenomena of video list display blocking and the like caused by executing image acquisition and judging whether the image meets the video privacy protection condition can be avoided, and the user experience is improved.
S410: and sending out prompt information whether the video needs to be moved into the secrecy box.
This embodiment may call all injected listeners I (required to be guaranteed in the UI thread) for each video in the video list, when the video is identified as containing user privacy, service B, I is recalled in the list item and then adds a button "move into lockers" in the list item.
The user clicks "move into the lockers", the video is moved into the lockers in step S412, and the process can be ended if the user does not operate the video.
S412: the video is moved into a secure lockbox.
