The invention discloses a monitoring and early warning device for the running environment of a UPS (uninterrupted power supply), which comprises a temperature sensor, a current transformer, a controller and a switching power supply, wherein the controller is respectively and electrically connected with the temperature sensor, the current transformer and the switching power supply; the controller is also connected with an alarm device, and the controller sets a fixed alarm value and sends out early warning through the alarm device. The controller receives the analog quantity of the current transformer to judge whether the cooling fan is in the running state, the temperature sensor is utilized to directly monitor the radiator, the temperature change of the inverter is monitored in real time, high-temperature early warning is sent out in time, the inverter can conveniently process the high-temperature early warning in time, the problem that the UPS power supply running system fails due to the high-temperature failure of the inverter is prevented, the failure equipment can be maintained or replaced in time, and larger economic loss is avoided.

Technical Field

Background
The UPS is a constant voltage and constant frequency UPS with energy accumulator and inverter as main component. The device is mainly used for providing uninterrupted power supply for a single computer, a computer network system or other power electronic devices. When the mains supply input is normal, the UPS supplies the mains supply to the load for use after stabilizing the voltage of the mains supply, and the UPS is an alternating current mains supply voltage stabilizer and also charges a built-in battery; when the commercial power is interrupted (power failure in accident), the UPS immediately supplies 220V alternating current to the load by the electric energy of the battery in the UPS through an inversion conversion method, so that the load can maintain normal work and the software and hardware of the load are protected from being damaged.
The UPS system is a core device of a machine room, and the running state of the UPS system directly determines whether the machine room device can run normally, stably and reliably.
The existing UPS usually causes the inverter to operate in a high-temperature environment due to the failure of a radiator, and the process has no monitoring and early warning device, so that the inverter is not found until the inverter fails, even the UPS system fails and then sends out a failure early warning, and great economic loss is caused.

3) the patch type temperature sensor is arranged around the radiator, so that the internal temperature of the case can be monitored at multiple points, and the temperature change of each device can be timely and accurately acquired, so that corresponding measures can be timely taken.

The temperature sensor 1 is arranged on a radiator fin of the UPS system, so that the temperature change in the case can be monitored directly; specifically, temperature sensor 1 adopts SMD temperature sensor, and a plurality of temperature sensor 1 installs around the radiator, realizes the multiple spot monitoring, and temperature sensor 1 is through connecting temperature transmitter with resistance signal conversion for signal transmission to controller 3.
The current transformer 2 is electrically connected with the cooling fan and is used for monitoring whether the cooling fan normally operates or not; specifically, the current transformer 2 is an open current transformer, is connected to a working positive power supply of a cooling fan inside the UPS power supply, judges whether the cooling fan normally operates by detecting the working current of the cooling fan, and provides an output analog signal to the controller 3.
The controller 3 adopts a PLC control system, specifically adopts a Siemens PLC smart 200 ST20, and has the advantages of small volume and convenient installation. The controller 3 is respectively electrically connected with the current transformer 2 and the temperature sensor 1 to obtain the current of the cooling fan and the temperature signal of the inverter; the PLC control system adopts an AM03 analog quantity module, and the temperature sensor 1 is connected with an AM03 analog quantity module to transmit signals. In addition, the controller 3 is electrically connected with an alarm device 6, the alarm device 6 comprises one or more combination modes of buzzer alarm, light alarm and alarm output through a passive node, and remote monitoring is realized through a substation automation system and a dispatching automation system; the controller 3 displays real-time temperature according to the requirement and sets a fixed alarm: contain UPS power high temperature warning and the inside radiator fan malfunction alerting of UPS power, do logical judgement through the operating current and the temperature of gathering, if the controller 3 monitors radiator fan operating current unusual or the temperature reaches the warning upper limit then input a state point, send out the early warning order through alarm device 6 to the staff in time takes the counter-measure.
The switching power supply 4 is electrically connected with the controller 3 through a DV24V power supply to control the equipment power supply, and the switching power supply 4 is connected with the breaker 5 through an AC220V power supply to form power line protection.
Preferably, the current transformer 2, the controller 3, the switching power supply 4 and the circuit breaker 5 are fixedly installed in an electric box so that the device elements are standardized and convenient to maintain, and the electric box is installed on one side of the inverter through an electric box fixing bracket.
