Preferred embodiments of the present invention are shown in the drawings. This invention may, however, be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein. These embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete.
It should be noted that the "connection" between the bolt and the fixing plate is only one way of connecting the elements, and it may be accomplished in other ways; 2 glass grooves are arranged in the box body, and more glass grooves can be placed in the box body only in one mode of soaking test.

As shown in fig. 1, 3 and 4, the waterproof board alkali resistance test device of the present invention comprises a water immersion test chamber, a glass tank and a sample holder.
The immersion test box contains box 1, glass groove 2, glass groove 3, basin 4, electrical system 5, temperature control system 6, the sample frame comprises 2 locating plates 7, bolt 9, nut 10, the I-shaped groove 8 of a plurality of I-shaped grooves 8 are evenly opened to locating plate 7 face, and 2 locating plates 7 are corresponding through the I-shaped groove 8 of bolt 9 and nut 10 connection, and dumbbell type sample can be put into I-shaped groove both ends perpendicularly, thereby locating plate 7 accessible bolt 9 and nut 10 reciprocates fixed dumbbell type sample, makes it not contact each other with peripheral sample. The sample holder containing the sample can be placed in the glass tank 2 or 3 to perform an alkali resistance test.
The box body 1 and the liner of the soaking test box can be made of high-strength corrosion-resistant PP flame-retardant plastic plates, the surfaces of the high-strength corrosion-resistant PP flame-retardant plastic plates are smooth and flat, the high-strength corrosion-resistant PP flame-retardant plastic plates are ageing-resistant and corrosion-resistant, the box cover is opened by adopting an upturning mode, and two sides of the high-strength corrosion-resistant PP flame-retardant plastic plates can be provided with power-assisted cylinders so that the high-strength corrosion-resistant PP flame-retardant plastic plates are easy to open and close.
The sample holder and the accessory can be made of polytetrafluoroethylene materials.
In fig. 2, the temperature control system 6 can control the temperature of the water bath, and control the soaking liquid in the glass tank through the water bath, and two glass tanks 2 and 3 are arranged in the box body 1, so that tests of different soaking liquids can be simultaneously performed, and the working efficiency is greatly improved. The heating element of the temperature control system 6 can adopt a titanium alloy electric heating tube, the refrigerating unit can adopt a compressor for air cooling and cooling, and the controller preferably has the screen automatic screen protection function. The solution in the glass tank can be pre-configured according to the standard and the temperature can be controlled by the water bath of the immersion tank.
Fig. 5 shows an embodiment of a positioning plate 7, where the surface of the positioning plate 7 is provided with a plurality of through i-shaped grooves 8, and the size of the i-shaped grooves 8 can be set according to the size of the dumbbell-shaped sample for test, so that the dumbbell-shaped sample can be used for fixing dumbbell-shaped samples with different sizes. The length of the i-shaped groove 8 is smaller than the width of the holding portion of the dumbbell-shaped test specimen for test, so that the test specimen can be held, and the position of the positioning plate 7 is adjusted by the bolts 9 and nuts 10 (not shown), so that the dumbbell-shaped test specimen for test is fixed.
In the waterproof board alkali resistance test, dumbbell-shaped samples were fixed to both ends of the I-shaped groove 8 of the sample holder as shown in FIG. 6, and the sample holder was placed in the glass grooves 2, 3 containing a soak solution at a predetermined temperature to perform the soak test. Although the above example describes a technique using two glass tanks, the test apparatus of the present invention may be used to perform a test using one glass tank or two or more glass tanks.

the sample rack is provided with 4 support rods and 2 positioning plates, each positioning plate is provided with a plurality of I-shaped grooves corresponding to each other, and the length of each I-shaped groove is smaller than the width of the clamping part of the dumbbell type sample for testing, so that the dumbbell type sample for testing can be fixed through the I-shaped grooves corresponding to the two positioning plates, and the 2 positioning plates can move up and down through the support rods and are positioned through nuts.
