Abstract
The invention provides a waterproof board alkali resistance test device, which comprises: a water immersion test chamber and a sample rack; the water immersion test box is provided with a temperature control system, samples are heated and cooled through water bath, the water immersion test box is provided with a water immersion groove, more than one glass groove container is accommodated in the water immersion groove, the sample rack is arranged in the glass groove container, the sample rack is provided with 4 supporting rods and 2 positioning plates, each positioning plate is provided with a plurality of I-shaped grooves corresponding to each other, the length of each I-shaped groove is smaller than the width of a clamping part of a dumbbell-shaped test sample for testing, and therefore the dumbbell-shaped test sample for testing can be fixed through the I-shaped grooves corresponding to the two positioning plates.

The invention relates to the field of railway tunnel waterproof board detection, in particular to a test device for alkali resistance detection of a waterproof board.
Background
The detection standard of the railway tunnel waterproof plate at present mainly comprises TB/T3360.1-2014 part 1 of railway tunnel waterproof materials: waterproof board, Q/CR 562.1-2018 part 1 of waterproof and drainage material for railway tunnels: waterproof board, GB18173.1-2012 "part 1 of waterproof polymeric material: in the sheet ", the alkali resistance is required in all of the three standards, but in the alkali resistance test, no specific specification is made on the immersion device, and only the design requirements and the precautions are made in GB/T1690-2010" test method for liquid resistance of vulcanized rubber or thermoplastic rubber ", and no description is made on the holding device for the immersion sample. Another aspect of the present invention provides a sample holder for a waterproof board alkali resistance test apparatus, which has 4 support rods, 2 positioning plates, and each positioning plate is formed with a plurality of i-shaped grooves corresponding to each other, and the length of the i-shaped groove is smaller than the width of a clamping portion of a test dumbbell-shaped sample, so that the test dumbbell-shaped sample can be fixed by the i-shaped grooves corresponding to the two positioning plates.
Another aspect of the present invention provides a sample holder for a waterproof board alkali resistance test apparatus, wherein the 2 positioning plates can move up and down through the supporting rod and are positioned by nuts.

To facilitate an understanding of the invention, the invention will now be described more fully with reference to the accompanying drawings. Preferred embodiments of the present invention are shown in the drawings. This invention may, however, be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein. These embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete.
It should be noted that, the "connection" with the fixing plate by using the bolt is only one way of connecting the components, and it can be accomplished by other ways; 2 glass grooves are arranged in the box body, which is only one mode of a soaking test, and more glass grooves can be placed.
Unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this invention belongs. The terminology used in the description of the invention herein is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the invention.
As shown in fig. 1, 3 and 4, the waterproof board alkali resistance test device of the present invention includes a water immersion test chamber, a glass tank and a sample holder.
The water immersion test box comprises a box body 1, a glass groove 2, a glass groove 3, a water groove 4, an electric control system 5 and a temperature control system 6, wherein the sample rack is composed of 2 positioning plates 7, bolts 9 and nuts 10, a plurality of I-shaped grooves 8 are uniformly formed in the surfaces of the positioning plates 7, the I-shaped grooves 8 of the 2 positioning plates 7 correspond to each other, the positioning plates 7 are connected with the nuts 10 through the bolts 9, dumbbell-shaped samples can be vertically placed at the two ends of the I-shaped grooves, and the positioning plates 7 can move up and down through the bolts 9 and the nuts 10 so as to fix the dumbbell-shaped samples and prevent the dumbbell-shaped samples from contacting with peripheral samples. The sample holder with the sample loaded therein can be placed in the glass cell 2 or 3 to be subjected to an alkali resistance test.
The box body 1 and the inner container of the immersion test box can be made of high-strength corrosion-resistant PP flame-retardant plastic plates, the surfaces of the high-strength corrosion-resistant PP flame-retardant plastic plates are smooth and flat, ageing-resistant and corrosion-resistant, the box cover is opened in an upturning mode, the two sides of the box cover can be provided with power-assisted cylinders, and the switch is easy.
The sample rack and accessories can be made of polytetrafluoroethylene materials.
In fig. 2, the temperature control system 6 can control the temperature of the water bath and control the soaking solution in the glass tanks through the water bath, two glass tanks 2 and 3 are arranged in the box body 1, so that tests of different soaking solutions can be carried out simultaneously, and the working efficiency is greatly improved. The heating element of the temperature control system 6 can adopt a titanium alloy electric heating tube, the refrigeration unit can adopt a compressor for air cooling, and the controller preferably has the function of automatic screen protection of a screen. The solution in the glass bath can be pre-configured according to standards, and the temperature can be controlled by the water bath of the soaking bath.
Fig. 5 shows an embodiment of the positioning plate 7, wherein the positioning plate 7 has a plurality of through-going i-shaped slots 8 formed in the surface thereof, and the size of the i-shaped slots 8 can be set according to the size of the dumbbell-shaped test specimen for testing, so that the dumbbell-shaped test specimens with different sizes can be fixed. The length of the I-shaped groove 8 is smaller than the width of the clamping part of the test dumbbell-shaped test sample, so that the test sample can be clamped, and the position of the positioning plate 7 is adjusted through a bolt 9 and a nut 10 (not shown), so that the test dumbbell-shaped test sample is fixed.
In the alkali resistance test of the waterproof sheet, the dumbbell-shaped test pieces were fixed to both ends of the rack I-shaped tank 8 as shown in FIG. 6, and the rack was placed in the glass tanks 2 and 3 containing the immersion liquid at a predetermined temperature to perform the immersion test. Although the above examples describe the use of two glass vessels, the test apparatus of the present invention may be used for testing using one glass vessel or two or more glass vessels.
