In one embodiment, the sealing element 13 may include a flange 134 attached to the lower surface 12a of the cover 12 and extending toward the retaining portion 123 to facilitate assembly of the sealing element 13 in place.
Specifically, the lower surface 12a of the cover 12, i.e., the side of the cover 12 facing the opening 111, i.e., the side where the mounting portion 121 is provided.
For example, during assembly, the root portion 132 is fitted over the recess 122 and the flange 134 is secured against the lower surface 12a of the lid 12. At this time, the sealing portion 131 located outside the recess 122 can be interference-fitted with the inner surface of the side wall 11b when the cover 12 closes the opening 111 to perform a sealing function.
In one implementation, the thickness of the sealing portion 131 increases in a direction away from the cover 12 (i.e., opposite the illustrated z-direction). Thereby, on the one hand, a sealing effect with the case 12 is ensured, and on the other hand, the sealing portion 131 with the gradually increasing thickness can form a structure similar to a bell mouth, and can play a certain guiding role when the cover 12 is covered.
For example, in the present embodiment, the tip 121a of the mounting portion 121 may be extended along the z-direction, with an interference fit with the sidewall 11b being ensured by the sealing portion 131 having a gradually increasing thickness.
In one implementation, when the cover 12 does not close the opening 111, there may be a gap 135 between the sealing portion 131 and the end 121a of the mounting portion 121. The storage box 1 can be opened and closed more easily, and the sealing piece 13 can be avoided in the opening and closing operation.
For example, in this embodiment, the seal 13 and the mounting portion 121 are loosely fitted together, the root portion 132 is fitted into the recess 122 with interference, and the sealing portion 131 extending downward is loosely fitted outside the end 121a of the mounting portion 121. When the cover 12 closes the opening 111, the sealing member 13 extends into the box body 11 along with the mounting portion 121, and during the extending process, the sealing portion 131 slightly moves towards the mounting portion 121 under the extrusion of the side wall 11b of the box body 11 until the abutting portion 123 abuts against the upper end surface 114 of the side wall 11 b. At this time, the sealing portion 131 is pressed between the tip 121a of the mounting portion 121 and the inner surface 113 of the sidewall 11b, and is pressed and deformed to perform a sealing function.
When the cover 12 closes the opening 111, the interval 135 between the sealing portion 131 and the tip 121a of the mounting portion 121 may disappear.
In one embodiment, the end 121a of the mounting portion 121 is angled toward the edge of the cover 12 in a direction away from the cover 12 (i.e., opposite the z direction shown) to form a flare to guide the cover 12 and facilitate assembly of the seal 13 to the mounting portion 121.
For example, the mounting portion 121 extends downward from the lower surface 12a of the cover 12 in the direction opposite to the z-direction for a certain distance, and then is bent in the direction of the edge of the cover 12 while continuing to extend downward, so as to form a bell-mouth structure at the end 121a of the mounting portion 121.
In one implementation, the thickness of the end 121a of the mounting portion 121 is tapered in a direction away from the cover (i.e., opposite the illustrated z-direction) to increase flexibility to facilitate mounting of the seal 13 and to facilitate demolding during the manufacturing stage. Further, it is also advantageous to avoid the seal member 13 from slipping down.
In one embodiment, a slope of a side 126 of the end 121a of the mounting portion 121 facing the sealing portion 13 to the edge of the cover 12 may be smaller than a slope of a side 127 of the end 121a of the mounting portion 121 facing away from the sealing portion 13 to the edge of the cover 12. Therefore, when the cover 12 closes the opening 111, the force applied to the mounting portion 121 is small, which is beneficial to prolonging the service life. In addition, the design having different slopes on both sides can also achieve the effect of gradually reducing the thickness of the end 121a of the mounting portion 121.
In one implementation, for the side 126 of the end 121a of the mounting portion 121 facing the sealing portion 13, the slope of the portion of the end 121a of the mounting portion 121 contacting the step 133 of the sealing member 13 may be substantially parallel to the extending direction of the step 133, so that the structure of the mounting portion 121 substantially conforms to the structure of the sealing member 13.
Further, with respect to the side 126 of the tip end 121a of the mounting portion 121 facing the sealing portion 13, a portion of the tip end 121a of the mounting portion 121 contacting the sealing portion 131 may be extended in the opposite direction to the z direction. Thereby, when the cover 12 closes the opening 111, the sealing portion 131 is largely pressed by the distal end 121a of the mounting portion 121 and the inner surface 113 of the sidewall 11b to obtain a better bee effect.
Further, in the opposite direction to the z direction, the side 127 of the end 121a of the mounting portion 121 facing away from the seal 13 may always slope towards the rim of the cover 12, with the slope remaining unchanged.
In one implementation, referring to fig. 4, the storage box 1 may be applied to a refrigerating and freezing storage scene such as a refrigerator 2. The storage box 1 provides sealing performance, and meanwhile, the sealing piece 13 is easy to detach and install and clean. When the lid 12 closes the case 11, the seal 13 is substantially located in the case 11, and the overall appearance is high.
Specifically, the refrigerator 2 may include a storage chamber 21, and a user may take the storage box 1 out of or into the storage chamber 21 as needed to extend the shelf life of stored goods using the sealing property of the storage box 1 and to facilitate prevention of taint.
Further, the refrigerator 2 may be provided with one or more brackets 22, and the storage box 1 may be carried in the storage chamber 1 through the brackets 22 to fully utilize the storage space in the storage chamber 21.
Further, the number of the storage boxes 1 placed in the refrigerator 2 may be plural. And the sizes and the volumes of the storage boxes 1 can be different, so that the storage box is suitable for the diversified storage requirements of users.
Further, the refrigerator 2 may further include a door (not shown) for exposing or closing the storage chamber 21.
Although specific embodiments have been described above, these embodiments are not intended to limit the scope of the disclosure, even if only a single embodiment is described with respect to a particular feature. The characteristic examples provided in the present disclosure are intended to be illustrative, not limiting, unless differently expressed. In particular implementations, features from one or more dependent claims may be combined with features of the independent claims and features from respective independent claims may be combined in any appropriate manner and not merely in the specific combinations enumerated in the claims.
Although the present invention is disclosed above, the present invention is not limited thereto. Various changes and modifications may be effected therein by one skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.

Claims (18)

1. A storage box (1), characterized in that it comprises:
a box body (11), wherein the box body (11) comprises a bottom wall (11a), a side wall (11b) and a containing cavity (112) which is surrounded by the bottom wall (11a) and the side wall (11b) and is provided with an opening (111);
a cover (12), said cover (12) being adapted to open or close said opening (111), a side of said cover (12) facing said opening (11)1 comprising a mounting portion (121);
a seal (13), wherein the seal (13) is sleeved on the mounting part (121);
when the cover (12) closes the opening (111), the mounting portion (121) extends into the accommodating chamber (112), and the sealing member (13) includes a sealing portion (131) between the inner surface (113) of the side wall (11b) and the mounting portion (121).
2. A storage box (1) according to claim 1, characterized in that the sealing portion (131) is an interference fit with the side wall (11 b).
3. A magazine as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the seal (131) is made of an elastic material to be retained to the mounting portion (121) by elastic deformation.
4. A storage box (1) according to claim 1, wherein the sealing portion (131) is sleeved on the end (121a) of the mounting portion (121).
5. A storage box (1) according to claim 1, characterized in that said sealing element (13) comprises a root (132) spaced from the inner surface (113) of said side wall (11 b).
6. A storage box (1) according to claim 5, characterized in that a step (133) is formed between the sealing portion (131) and the root portion (132).
7. A storage box (1) according to claim 5, characterized in that the thickness of the sealing portion (131) is greater than the thickness of the root portion (132).
8. A storage box (1) according to claim 1, wherein a side of the mounting portion (121) close to the rim of the cover (12) is recessed in a direction away from the rim to form a recess (122), and the sealing portion (131) is located outside the recess (122).
9. A storage box (1) according to claim 8, characterized in that there is a non-zero distance between the portion of the sealing element (13) located in the recess (122) and the inner surface (113) of the side wall (11 b).
10. A storage box (1) according to claim 1, wherein the sealing member (13) is arranged around the mounting portion (121) and forms a closed structure, wherein an area enclosed by a portion of the sealing member (13) adjacent to the cover (12) is smaller than an area enclosed by the sealing portion (131).
11. A storage box (1) according to claim 1, wherein the cover (12) comprises an abutting portion (123) which abuts against an upper end surface (114) of the side wall (11b) when the cover (12) closes the opening (111), a gap (124) is provided between the mounting portion (121) and the abutting portion (123), and the sealing member (13) is located in the gap (124).
12. A storage box (1) according to claim 11, characterized in that said seal (13) comprises a flap (134) applied to the lower surface (12a) of said cover (12) and extending towards said abutment (123).
13. Storage box (1) according to claim 1, the sealing portion (131) having a gradually increasing thickness in a direction away from the lid (12).
14. A storage box (1) according to claim 1, characterized in that there is a space (135) between the sealing portion (131) and the tip (121a) of the mounting portion (121) when the cover (12) does not close the opening (111).
15. A storage box (1) according to claim 1, characterized in that the extremity (121a) of the mounting portion (121) is inclined towards the edge of the cover (12) in a direction away from the cover (12).
16. A storage box (1) according to claim 1 or 15, characterized in that the thickness of the extremity (121a) of the mounting portion (121) is gradually reduced in a direction away from the cover (12).
17. A magazine (1) according to claim 1 or 15, wherein the slope of the side (126) of the end (121a) of the mounting portion (121) facing the sealing portion (131) towards the edge of the lid (12) is smaller than the slope of the side (127) of the end (121a) of the mounting portion (121) facing away from the sealing portion (131) towards the edge of the lid (12).
18. A refrigerator (2), characterized by comprising:
a storage chamber (21);
a storage box (1) according to any of the preceding claims 1 to 17, said storage box (1) being placed inside said storage compartment (21).
