Referring to fig. 1, the lower end of the hood 1 is provided with an inwardly bent skirt, and the water blocking plate 17 is placed on the skirt. The water stop 17 is preferably a water stop 17 as disclosed in chinese patent CN202021448529.7, which can receive water drops falling from a structure above the water stop 17 without affecting the passage of flue gas. B. After the set time t is reached, the second control valve 11 is closed, the first control valve 10 is opened, and the first water inlet pipe 13 is used for feeding water into the aeration net bag 8. The set time t can be obtained according to experimental data, and water is fed from the second water inlet pipe 14 and passes through the set time t, and then a water film with enough thickness is formed in the aeration net bag 8.
C. The controller 12 receives the real-time temperature value T1 of the detector 18, compares the real-time temperature value T1 with the set temperature value T, and determines whether T1> T, if yes, the controller 12 controls the second control valve 11 to open. This step is used for detecting whether the inside temperature of petticoat pipe 1 is too high and whether there is the flame, and when temperature T1> T, then judge that the temperature is too high and there is the flame, and then open second control valve 11 for fill water fast in the aeration string bag 8, increase water film thickness, and after water film thickness reaches certain thickness, because the too big drip of gravity is at water-stop 17, prevent that the flame from burning out the equipment of aeration string bag 8 rear end, play the fire control effect promptly.
In the above-mentioned control method, in step a, the third hydraulic pump 16 is simultaneously turned on when the second control valve 11 is turned on, and in step B, the third hydraulic pump 16 is turned off when the second control valve 11 is turned off, that is, the washing liquid is simultaneously performed with the rapid water intake, so that the washing liquid is sufficiently uniformly mixed in the water film.
In a preferred embodiment, after the controller 12 is provided with the timing times t2 and t3, the second control valve 11 and the third hydraulic pump 16 are closed, the timing starts, after the timing time t2 is reached, the second control valve 11 and the third hydraulic pump 16 are opened, and after the timing time t3 is reached, the second control valve 11 and the third hydraulic pump 16 are closed; this step is repeated. Since water and detergent are lost during the operation of the fume purifying device of the fume hood 1, the second control valve 11 needs to be opened and the third hydraulic pump 16 needs to be started at regular time to supplement water and washing liquid into the aeration net bag 8.
According to the invention, the aeration net bag 8 is fixed in the smoke hood 1, the first water inlet pipe 13 and the second water inlet pipe 14 are arranged above the aeration net bag 8, the first water inlet pipe 13 is connected with the first control valve 10 in series, the second water inlet pipe 14 is connected with the second control valve 11 in series, the water stop plate 17 is arranged at the lower end of the smoke hood 1, the water stop plate 17 is arranged under the aeration net bag 8, when the smoke hood is just started to be used, water is fed through the second water inlet pipe 14, so that a layer of water film is formed in the aeration net bag 8 rapidly, after the water film reaches a proper thickness, the water is fed through the first water inlet pipe 13, the water loss in the aeration net bag 8 is supplemented, the smoke hood can continuously work, the water film formed in the aeration net bag 8 can play a role in purifying smoke, and can also prevent flames from passing through, and the functions of heat insulation and fire prevention are achieved; and through the arrangement of the washing liquid tank 7, the third pipeline 15 and the third hydraulic pump 16, the detergent can be added into the water, so that substances such as dirt in the smoke are better dissolved in the water, and the purifying effect on the smoke is improved.
