Protection method of steam drum water level control system during steam inlet regulating valve failure of steam-driven water supply pump
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of control of steam pumps of thermal power plants, and particularly relates to control of a steam inlet regulating valve of a steam feed pump.
Background
The rated power of the generator set of the current power plant at I, II is 330MW, a steam drum water level control system adopts a 100% steam-driven water supply pump, and two standby 50% electric pumps are used as boiler water supply. When the steam pump operates normally, a steam source is provided by the steam extracted by the five sections of the steam turbine, and the water level is controlled by controlling the opening degree of the regulating valve.
However, once the position feedback rod of the air pump governing valve LVDT (differential variable pressure displacement sensor) loosens and falls off or the instruction plug of the MOGE valve (external control one-way sequence valve) loosens, the air pump steam inlet governing valve is completely closed, and therefore the air pump is cut off, the water level of the steam pocket cannot be controlled, and unsafe events are caused.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a protection method of a steam drum water level control system when a steam inlet regulating valve of a steam feed pump fails, aiming at solving the problem that the steam inlet regulating valve of the steam pump is completely closed and steam is cut off due to the fact that a LVDT position return rod of the steam pump regulating valve loosens and falls off or an MOGE valve instruction plug loosens in the steam drum water level control system.
The protection method of the steam pocket water level control system when the steam inlet regulating valve of the steam feed pump has a fault comprises the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps: judging whether a steam inlet regulating valve of a steam feed pump of the steam drum water level control system has a fault, if so, executing a step two, otherwise, executing a step three,
step two: adjusting the position return rods of the two-way LVDT to the maximum value, then executing the third step to ensure that the steam inlet regulating valve is completely closed, the steam-driven water-feeding pump is tripped, simultaneously starting the standby electric pump in an interlocking way after delaying for 3s,
step three: and (4) transmitting the deviation between the maximum value in the two-way LVDT position return rods and the control instruction of the steam inlet regulating valve into the MOGE valve to control the opening of the steam inlet regulating valve.
Further, in the third step, the deviation is amplified by the power amplifier and then sent to the MOGE valve.
Further, in the first step, the method for judging whether the steam inlet regulating valve of the steam feed pump of the steam drum water level control system has a fault includes: and judging whether the command deviation ratio is greater than 10%, if so, judging that the fault occurs, otherwise, judging that the fault does not occur.
Further, the command deviation ratio is:
the ratio of the absolute value of the deviation of the maximum value of the LVDT position return rod and the control command of the admission governing valve to the maximum value of the LVDT position return rod.
Further, the fault type of the steam inlet regulating valve of the steam feed pump of the steam drum water level control system comprises:
the LVDT position return rod loosens, drops, and the MOGE valve command plug loosens.
The protection method of the steam drum water level control system when the steam inlet regulating valve of the steam feed pump has a fault has the following effects:
1) when the steam-driven feed water pump cuts off the water supply system due to the full closing of the steam inlet regulating valve, the standby electric pump is started in a combined mode, and the water level protection action of a steam drum is prevented.
2) The labor intensity of operators is reduced, and the operation safety of the steam drum water level control system is ensured.
3) The standby electric pump can be started in time when the LVDT position return rod loosens and falls off or the MOGE valve instruction plug looses, and the water level of the steam drum is maintained within a normal range.

Detailed Description
The first embodiment is as follows: the embodiment is specifically described with reference to fig. 1 to 2, and the protection method of the steam drum water level control system when the steam inlet regulating valve of the steam feed water pump fails in the embodiment comprises the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps: and (4) judging whether the ratio of the maximum value of the LVDT position return rod to the absolute value of the deviation of the control instruction of the steam inlet regulating valve in the maximum value of the LVDT position return rod is more than 10%, if so, executing the step two if the steam inlet regulating valve of the steam feed pump of the steam drum water level control system is in fault, otherwise, executing the step three if the steam inlet regulating valve of the steam feed pump of the steam drum water level control system is not in fault.
Step two: and (4) adjusting the position return rods of the two-way LVDT to the maximum value, then executing the step three, fully closing the steam inlet regulating valve, tripping the steam-driven feed water pump, and simultaneously starting the standby electric pump in an interlocking manner after delaying for 3 s.
Step three: and amplifying the deviation between the maximum value in the two-way LVDT position return rods and the control instruction of the steam inlet regulating valve through a power amplifier, and then sending the amplified deviation into an MOGE valve to control the opening of the steam inlet regulating valve.
The steam feed pump steam inlet regulating valve fault type of the steam drum water level control system comprises the following steps: the LVDT position return rod loosens, drops, and the MOGE valve command plug loosens.
In the embodiment, after two faults occur, the standby electric pump can be started in an interlocking manner to ensure that the steam drum water level is controlled within a normal range, so that the safe and stable operation of the steam drum water level control system is ensured. This embodiment proposes two failure detection methods, namely: whether the command deviation ratio is larger than 10% is judged, two processing measures after the fault are given, the fault can be processed automatically immediately after the fault occurs, and the accident deterioration is avoided.
