In this embodiment, the structure of each rotating plate 202 is explained, the first sub-plate 2021 of each second rotating plate 202B is provided with a limiting post 2021C, the limiting post 2021C can be inserted into and matched with the second limiting hole 2021B of the first sub-plate 2021 of another second rotating plate 202B above the first sub-plate, and the first rotating plate 202A located at the uppermost layer of the stacked rotating plates 202 is inserted into and matched with the first limiting hole 2021A of the first rotating plate 202A through the limiting post 2021C on the first sub-plate 2021 of the second rotating plate 202B1 closest to the first rotating plate 202A, so that the first rotating plate 202A drives the second rotating plate 202B1 and the second rotating plate 202B1 to sequentially drive the second rotating plate 202B2 below the second rotating plate 202B 38b to sequentially expand with the rotating main shaft 201 as the center of the circle and the arc-shaped track 101B as the track, and when the first rotating plate 202A is stretched, the first sub-plate 202A slides in the first limiting post 2021C on the first sub-plate 202B 361 of the second rotating plate 202B1 in the first limiting hole 2021A to the first rotating plate 202A 2021A The limit posts 2021C on the first sub-plate 2021 of the second rotating plate 202B2 on the next layer slide in the second limit holes 2021B on the first sub-plate 2021 of the second rotating plate 202B2 on the upper layer to the limit positions, so that each rotating plate 202 is opened in a fan shape to form a second display state of the display device 000, thereby ensuring that the flexible display 30 is fixed on the base 10 and the operation is simple.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 2, fig. 8 and fig. 9, the first limiting hole 2021A and the second limiting hole 2021B in this embodiment are both waist-shaped holes, and the extending direction of the long axis K of each waist-shaped hole is the same as the extending direction of the arc-shaped rail 101B.
The embodiment further explains that the limiting posts 2021C for the rotating sheets 202 slide in the holes thereof to make the first limiting holes 2021A and the second limiting holes 2021B opened by each rotating sheet 202 be waist-shaped holes, and the extending direction of the long axis K of the waist-shaped holes is the same as the extending direction of the arc-shaped track 101B, so that the shielding area of each rotating sheet 202 after being opened in a fan shape is as large as possible, that is, the occupied area of the curved display surface AA2 of the stretched flexible display screen 30 in the direction of the arc-shaped track 101B is also as large as possible, thereby increasing the display area of the display device 000 in the second display state, and being beneficial to improving the satisfaction degree of users.

The embodiment explains that the roller 20221 may be disposed on the first rotating sheet 202A located at the uppermost of the stacked plurality of rotating sheets 202, and optionally, the roller 20221 is disposed below the second sub-sheet 2022 of the first rotating sheet 202A, since the arc-shaped track 101B is formed on the base 10, and the unfolding of each rotating sheet 202 is performed by the traction of the first rotating sheet 202A, the sliding of the second sub-sheet 2022 of the first rotating sheet 202A in the arc-shaped track 101B may be achieved by mounting the roller 20221 at the bottom of the second sub-sheet 2022 of the first rotating sheet 202A, and then the second rotating sheet 202B is pulled to be unfolded together along the direction of the arc-shaped track 101B, so as to form the second display state of the display device 000. Moreover, since the roller 20221 of the embodiment is mainly used for sliding in the arc-shaped track 101B, the number of the rollers 20221 installed at the bottom of the second sub-piece 2022 of the first rotating sheet 202A may be one or two (two are illustrated in fig. 7), which avoids the occurrence of the phenomenon that too many installed rollers 20221 may cause unsmooth sliding and even jamming in the arc-shaped track 101B, and further, the embodiment installs the roller 20221 only at the bottom of the second sub-piece 2022 of the first rotating sheet 202A, which is beneficial for each rotating sheet 202 to smoothly spread along the arc-shaped track 101B.
In some alternative embodiments, please refer to fig. 1-7 with continued reference, in this embodiment, in the direction Z perpendicular to the plane of the base 10, one end of the rotation spindle 201 away from the base 10 includes a positioning end 2011, the first sub-piece 2021 of the rotation piece 202 includes a positioning hole 2020, and the positioning end 2011 is inserted into the positioning hole 2020;
a supporting plate 2012 is disposed at a side of the positioning end 2011 close to the base 10, and the first sub-sheet 2021 of the second rotating sheet 202B contacts the supporting plate 2012.
This embodiment explains that the structure that the plurality of rotating plates 202 are sleeved on the rotating spindle 201 can be realized by the positioning hole 2020 formed in the first sub-plate 2021 of the rotating plate 202 and the positioning end 2011 of the end of the rotating spindle 201 away from the base 10, that is, in the direction Z perpendicular to the plane of the base 10, the end of the rotating spindle 201 away from the base 10 is the positioning end 2011, the positioning hole 2020 is formed in the first sub-plate 2021 of the rotating plate 202, optionally, in the direction parallel to the plane of the first sub-plate 2021, the positioning hole 2020 is located at the end of the first sub-plate 2021 away from the arc-shaped rail 101B, the positioning end 2011 of the rotating spindle 201 is inserted into the positioning hole 2020 of the first sub-plate 2021, so as to realize the sleeved fixation of each rotating plate 202 and the rotating spindle 201, and realize the expansion of each rotating plate 202. Optionally, in this embodiment, a supporting plate 2012 is further disposed on a side, close to the base 10, of the positioning end 2011 of the rotating spindle 201, and the first sub-sheet 2021 of the second rotating sheet 202B contacts with the supporting plate 2012, so that the supporting plate 2012 can be used as a carrier of the first sub-sheet 2021 of each rotating sheet 202, and the first sub-sheet 2021 of each rotating sheet 202 is limited on the supporting plate 2012, and optionally, in a direction Z perpendicular to the plane of the base 10, the length of the rotating spindle 201 located above the supporting plate 2012 can be greater than or equal to the sum of thicknesses of all the first sub-sheets 2021 of each rotating sheet 202 after being stacked, so as to facilitate supporting each rotating sheet 202 at an end, far from the base 10, of the rotating spindle 201, to implement a certain height space on the base 10, and the space can be used for playing a role of shielding after each rotating sheet 202 is unfolded.
In some alternative embodiments, please refer to fig. 1-7, 10, 11 and 12 in combination, fig. 10 is another schematic top view structure of fig. 3, fig. 11 is an enlarged view of a region B in fig. 10, and fig. 12 is a schematic cross-sectional view taken along the direction C-C' in fig. 10, in this embodiment, the linkage assembly 20 further includes a plurality of fixed posts 203 (not filled in the drawing) and a rotating ring 204, the rotating ring 204 is sleeved outside the fixed posts 203, one ends of the fixed posts 203 are fixed to the first sub-piece 2021 of the rotating piece 202, and the other ends of the fixed posts 203 are close to the base 10 and do not contact with the base 10.
The embodiment explains that the linkage assembly 20 may further include a plurality of fixed posts 203 and a plurality of rotating rings 204, one rotating ring 204 is sleeved outside one fixed post 203, and one rotating ring 204 and one fixed post 203 are in a group, one first sub-plate 2021 is matched with the structures of the group of rotating rings 204 and the fixed posts 203, one end of the fixed post 203 sleeved with the rotating ring 204, which is far away from the base 10, is fixed with the first sub-plate 2021 of the rotating plate 202, i.e. the fixed post 203 and the rotating ring 204 may be entirely erected on the side of the second sub-plate 2022 of the rotating plate 202 (as shown in fig. 12), one end of the fixed post 203, which is far away from the base 10, is fixed with the first sub-plate 2021 of the rotating plate 202, and the rotating ring 204 is sleeved on the fixed post 203, so that the flexible display 30 can be attached to the rotating ring 204 when being unfolded along the arc-shaped track 101B, thereby ensuring that the flexible display 30 is stretched along a certain track, and at the same time when being unfolded along the arc-shaped track 101B, the friction between the flexible display screen 30 and the fixing column 203 is favorably reduced, and after the flexible display screen 30 is unfolded along the arc-shaped track 101B, the fixing column 203 plays a certain supporting role, so that the flatness of the curved display surface AA2 of the flexible display screen 30 is favorably improved. The other end of the fixing column 203, which is far away from the first sub-sheet 2021, is close to the base 10, but is not in contact with the base 10 (as shown in fig. 12), so that the bottom of the fixing column 203 can be prevented from being attached to the base 10 to hinder the flexible display 30 from being stretched, and the flexible display 30 can be smoothly unfolded to the second display state.
In some alternative embodiments, referring to fig. 1-7, 13 and 14 in combination, fig. 13 is a schematic structural diagram of a first sub-sheet of a rotating sheet according to an embodiment of the present invention, fig. 14 is a schematic sectional structural diagram along direction C-C' in fig. 10 (when the first sub-sheet 2021 is in the stretchable structure shown in fig. 13), in this embodiment, the first sub-sheet 2021 is in the stretchable structure.
This embodiment explains that the first sub-piece 2021 of the rotating plate 202 parallel to the plane of the base 10 may be a telescopic structure, as shown in fig. 13, optionally, the telescopic structure may be formed by sleeving a plurality of frames with different inner diameters, similar to the principle of a telescopic rod, so as to realize that the first sub-piece 2021 extends and contracts in the direction parallel to the plane of the base 10, so as to realize that the overall length of the first sub-piece 2021 is variable, thereby controlling the size of the space formed by the rotating plate 202 and the base 10 to vary, meeting the requirements of different numbers of users, and realizing the diversified display effect of the display device 000.
Optionally, referring to fig. 1-7, 13, 14 and 15 in combination, fig. 15 is a schematic top view structure of the base according to the embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 16 is another schematic cross-sectional structure along the direction C-C' in fig. 10 (when the first sub-sheet 2021 is the retractable structure shown in fig. 13, and the base 10 is the structure shown in fig. 15 and including a plurality of arc-shaped rails 101B), in this embodiment, when the first sub-sheet 2021 is the retractable structure shown in fig. 13 and 14, the number of the arc-shaped rails 101B includes a plurality (as shown in fig. 15), the distance from the plurality of arc-shaped rails 101B to the main axis of rotation 201 is different along the direction parallel to the plane of the base 10, and the second sub-sheet 2022 moves along the different arc-shaped rails 101B by stretching of the first sub-sheet 2021.
This embodiment illustrates that when the first sub-sheet 2021 of each rotating sheet 202 is of a stretchable construction, the length variation of the first sub-sheet 2021 can be controlled by the telescopic structure, so that the orthographic projection of the second sub-sheet 2022 of each rotary sheet 202 to the base 10 is located in different arc-shaped tracks 101B, thereby satisfying the requirements of different users by controlling the size of the space formed by the rotating piece 202 and the base 10 to be different, for example after shortening the length of the first sub-sheet 2021 in a direction parallel to the plane of the base 10, the orthographic projection of the second sub-sheet 2022 onto the base 10 is located within one of the arcuate tracks 101B (e.g. arcuate track 101B1 in figures 15 and 16) adjacent the spindle 201, at this time, the first rotating piece 202A pulls other second rotating pieces 202B to form a smaller space after being unfolded along the arc-shaped track 101B, so that the requirement of a small number of users (such as only one user) can be met; when the number of users is large, after the length of the first sub-piece 2021 in the direction parallel to the plane of the base 10 is lengthened, the orthographic projection of the second sub-piece 2022 to the base 10 is located in another arc-shaped track 101B (e.g., the arc-shaped track 101B3 in fig. 15 and fig. 16) away from the main rotating shaft 201, and then the space formed by drawing the other second rotating pieces 202B along the arc-shaped track 101B by the first rotating piece 202A is large, so that the requirement of the number of users can be met. In this embodiment, the first sub-sheet 2021 with a retractable structure and the plurality of arc-shaped tracks 101B with different lengths from the rotating main shaft 201 are arranged, and the size of the space formed by the rotating sheet 202 and the base 10 is controlled to be changed, so as to meet the requirements of users with different numbers, so that the display device is simple in structure, flexible and convenient, and can achieve the diversified display effect of the display device 000.
It should be noted that fig. 15 and fig. 16 of the present embodiment are only exemplified by the base 10 including three arc-shaped rails 101B, and distances from the three arc-shaped rails 101B to the rotating spindle 201 are different, in a specific implementation, the number of the arc-shaped rails 101B may be selected according to actual requirements, and the present embodiment is not particularly limited.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 15, the plurality of arc tracks 101B are a plurality of concentric circular arc structures, and an orthographic projection of the rotating spindle 201 to the base 10 is a circle center. This embodiment explains that when the first sub-sheet 2021 is in the extensible structure shown in fig. 13 and 14, the number of the arc-shaped tracks 101B includes a plurality as shown in fig. 15, and the distances from the plurality of arc-shaped tracks 101B to the main rotation axis 201 are different along a direction parallel to the plane of the base 10, each of the arc-shaped tracks 101B may be in a concentric arc structure with the main rotation axis 201 projecting to the front of the base 10 as a center, so that the distance between adjacent arc-shaped tracks 101B may be uniform, and the second sub-sheet 2022 of the rotating sheet 202 may be moved and unfolded along the arc-shaped track 101B.
In some alternative embodiments, please refer to fig. 1-7, fig. 13-14, fig. 17 and fig. 18 in combination, fig. 17 is another sectional structure diagram along the direction C-C 'in fig. 10, fig. 18 is another sectional structure diagram along the direction C-C' in fig. 10 (when the first sub-sheet 2021 is in the stretchable structure shown in fig. 13), in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 17, in the direction Z1 of the base 10 pointing to the first sub-sheet 2021, along the direction parallel to the plane of the base 10, the distance L1 from the curved display surface AA2 to the main axis of rotation 201 is gradually increased; alternatively, as shown in fig. 18, in a direction Z1 in which the base 10 points to the first sub-piece 2021, the distance L2 from the curved display surface AA2 to the main axis of rotation 201 decreases gradually along a direction parallel to the plane of the base 10.
This embodiment illustrates that, when the first sub-sheet 2021 is in the stretchable structure shown in fig. 13 and 14, by controlling the length extension of the first sub-sheet 2021 of each rotary sheet 202, furthermore, in the direction Z1 of the base 10 pointing to the first sub-piece 2021, along the direction parallel to the plane of the base 10, the distance L1 from the curved display surface AA2 to the main axis 201 of rotation gradually increases, i.e., the rotary pieces 202 form a space structure with the base 10 as shown in fig. 17, or may also be shortened by controlling the length of the first sub-pieces 2021 of the respective rotary pieces 202, furthermore, in the direction Z1 of the base 10 pointing to the first sub-piece 2021, along the direction parallel to the plane of the base 10, the distance L2 from the curved display surface AA2 to the main axis 201 of rotation gradually decreases, thereby meeting the requirements of different users for different inclination degrees of the curved display surface AA2 and realizing the diversified display effect of the display device 000.
