Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a rolling state I of an example of a supporting device 100 according to some embodiments of the present application. Fig. 2 is a schematic structural view of an expanded state II of an example of a support device 100 according to some embodiments of the present application. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the supporting device 100 includes a winding member 1, a supporting plate body 2, and a supporting rod member 3. The supporting plate body 2 can be rolled in the rolling part 1, and the supporting rod part 3 is connected to the rolling part 1 and the supporting plate body 2.
Since the supporting device 100 is configured to support the flexible display panel 200, so that the flexible display panel 200 is connected to the supporting plate 2 that can be rolled in the rolling member 1, the flexible display panel 200 can be rolled in or unrolled from the rolling member 1 during use. The support rod member 3 is connected between the winding member 1 and the support plate body 2 to adjust the relative position between the winding member 1 and the support plate body 2, and when the support plate body 2 is wound to the winding member 1, the support rod member can also support the support plate body 2 when the support plate body 2 is unfolded.
Fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram illustrating a shortened state i of the support bar 3 of the support device 100 according to some embodiments of the present application. Fig. 4 is a schematic structural view illustrating an extended state ii of the support bar 3 of the support device 100 according to some embodiments of the present application. As shown in fig. 3 and 4, in some embodiments of the present application, the support rod assembly 3 includes a plurality of telescopic rods 30, each telescopic rod 30 includes a first end 301 and a second end 302, the first end 301 of each telescopic rod 30 is connected to the winding member 1, and the second end 302 is connected to the support plate 2.
The plurality of extendable rods 30 are disposed between the roll-up member 1 and the support plate 2, and the extendable rods 30 are in a contracted state i when the support plate 2 is rolled up to the roll-up member 1, and in an extended state ii when the support plate 2 is unrolled from the flexible display panel 200. Since the extendable rod 30 is connected to the support plate 2 by the second end 302, that is, in case of rolling or unrolling the support plate 2, the extendable rod 30 is shortened from the second end 302 to the first end 301 and is extended from the first end 301 to the second end 302.
In some alternative embodiments, the retractable rod 30 includes several rod bodies 32 with decreasing diameters, and each rod body 32 is slidably connected. In the shortened state i, the rods 32 are sequentially sleeved from the largest to the smallest in diameter and are accommodated in the rod 32 with the largest diameter, and in the extended state ii, the rods 32 are sequentially connected from the largest to the tail in diameter. That is, the telescopic rod 30 forms a telescopic structure by the diameter difference of the rod bodies 32, and the two ends of the rod body 32 with the largest diameter and the rod body 32 with the smallest diameter, which are far away from each other, are the first end 301 and the second end 302. Alternatively, the rods 32 may be of equal length within the same telescoping rod 30.
In some embodiments of the present application, the retractable rod 30 comprises at least one engaging member 31, the engaging member 31 is disposed between the first end 301 and the second end 302, the engaging members 31 of the retractable rods 30 are engaged in the extended state II, and the engaging members 31 are disengaged in the retracted state I.
In the unfolding state II of the supporting device 100, if the supporting plate 2 is to be unfolded, a pulling force needs to be applied to the supporting rod 3, that is, the telescopic rod 30, so that each rod body 32 of the telescopic rod 30 is in the extension state II, and at this time, the engaging member 31 is engaged by the pulling force along the extension direction of the telescopic rod 30, so that each rod body 32 maintains the extension state II, so as to support the supporting plate 2 in the unfolding state II of the supporting device 100. In the rolling state I of the supporting device 100, if the supporting plate 2 is to be rolled, a pressure in the direction of the telescopic rod 30 needs to be applied to the telescopic rod 30, and at this time, the engagement of the engaging member 31 is released, so that the rod body 32 is restored from the extended state ii, and is shortened from the second end 302 to the first end 301, and enters the shortened state I, so that the supporting plate 2 is rolled in the rolling member 1.
Fig. 5 is a schematic structural view of the engaging member 31 of the support bar 3 of the support device 100 according to some embodiments of the present application. As shown in fig. 5, in some alternative embodiments, the engaging members 31 may be disposed at the end-to-end positions of the rods 32. For example, on the first rod 321 and the second rod 322 that are sleeved with each other, at two ends of the first rod 321 and the second rod 322 that are far away from each other, the first rod 321 includes a through hole 311, and the second rod 322 includes a bump 312 and a first elastic element 313. When the first rod 321 and the second rod 322 do not reach the extension state ii, the first elastic element 313 is in a pressed state, and when the first rod 321 and the second rod 322 reach the extension state ii, the first elastic element 313 is reset, so that the protrusion 312 is embedded into the through hole 311 and is engaged with each other. It should be understood that the edges of the through holes 311 and the surfaces of the bumps 312 are smooth to facilitate disengagement when pressure is applied. Alternatively, the engaging member 31 may have other structures.
Alternatively, the length of each extendable rod 30 in the extended state ii may be different due to the different positions of the support plate 2 to which each extendable rod 30 is connected, and thus, the length of each rod body 32 may be determined according to the position of the support plate 2 to which the extendable rod 30 is connected, within the plurality of extendable rods 30. In case the telescopic rod 30 comprises a multi-jointed rod body 32, the telescopic rod 30 may comprise a plurality of engaging members 31.
Referring again to fig. 1 and fig. 2, the supporting device 100 has a rolling state I in which the supporting plate 2 is rolled in the rolling member 1, the plurality of retractable rods 30 are located inside the rolling member 1, and an unfolding state II in which at least a portion of the plurality of retractable rods 30 extends out of the rolling member 1 to support the supporting plate 2, and the second ends 302 of at least a portion of the retractable rods 30 are spaced apart from each other in the first direction X on a side surface of the supporting plate 2 facing the rolling member 1.
In the winding state I, the retractable rod 30 is in the shortened state I, and the retractable rod 30 is located inside the winding member 1, i.e. the second end 302 of the retractable rod 30 connected to the supporting plate 2 is located at least on the surface of the winding member 1, so as to wind the supporting plate 2 on the winding member 1. In the extended state II, the retractable rod 30 is in the extended state II, such that the second ends 302 of the retractable rods 30 are spaced apart from each other in the first direction X on a side surface of the supporting plate 2 facing the roll-up member 1, i.e. such that the plurality of retractable rods 30 support the supporting plate 2 along the first direction X, thereby ensuring the flatness of the flexible panel 200.
In some embodiments of the present application, the winding element 1 is a winding shaft 10, the winding shaft 10 includes an inner shaft 11 and an outer shaft 12, the outer shaft 12 is disposed on the inner shaft 11 and is connected to the inner shaft 11 in a rotatable manner, the first end 301 of the retractable rod 30 is connected to the inner shaft 11, and at least a portion of the retractable rod 30 extends out of the outer shaft 12 in the unfolding state II.
