Abstract
The invention discloses an assembly type building node, which comprises an adapter piece and a threaded connecting piece for connecting the adapter piece with a horizontal connecting piece and a vertical connecting piece, wherein the adapter piece comprises an upper disc-shaped piece, a lower disc-shaped piece and a cross-shaped structure positioned between the upper disc-shaped piece and the lower disc-shaped piece, the cross-shaped structure divides the space between the upper disc-shaped piece and the lower disc-shaped piece into four mounting cavities, and the end part of any horizontal connecting piece connected with the adapter piece is in a right-angle shape and is inserted into one mounting cavity; the vertical connecting piece above the adapter is arranged on the upper disc-shaped piece, and the vertical connecting piece below the adapter is arranged on the lower disc-shaped piece. The right-angle end part of the horizontal connecting piece is assembled in the mounting cavity in a clamping mode, and the adapter piece is stably connected with the horizontal connecting piece by matching with the threaded connecting piece.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of buildings, in particular to a structure of an assembly type building node.
Background
The fabricated building needs to build a rigid and stable frame, and then assemble objects in or on the frame to form the building. For example, to divide the interior space of a (temporary) house into several rooms, it is first necessary to build a frame and then install spliced wall panels in the frame. The junction of the wall board and the wall board is the position of the frame node.

In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides the following technical scheme: an assembly type building node comprises an adapter and a threaded connecting piece for connecting the adapter with a horizontal connecting piece and a vertical connecting piece, wherein the adapter comprises an upper disc-shaped piece, a lower disc-shaped piece and a cross structure positioned between the upper disc-shaped piece and the lower disc-shaped piece, the cross structure divides the space between the upper disc-shaped piece and the lower disc-shaped piece into four mounting cavities, and the end part of any horizontal connecting piece connected with the adapter is in a right-angle shape and is inserted into one mounting cavity; the vertical connecting piece above the adapter is arranged on the upper disc-shaped piece, and the vertical connecting piece below the adapter is arranged on the lower disc-shaped piece.
The cross structure divides the space between the upper disc-shaped part and the lower disc-shaped part into four mounting cavities, the four mounting cavities are respectively matched with the four horizontal connecting pieces, and two of the four horizontal connecting pieces are transverse pieces and two of the four horizontal connecting pieces are longitudinal pieces. The upper parts of the vertical connecting pieces and the four horizontal connecting pieces above the adapter are connected with the upper disc-shaped piece through a first group of threaded connecting pieces. The lower parts of the vertical connecting piece and the four horizontal connecting pieces below the adapter piece are connected with the lower disc-shaped piece through a second group of threaded connecting pieces. The first set of threaded connections is distributed along the circumference of the upper disc and the second set of threaded connections is distributed along the circumference of the lower disc.
The right-angle end part of the horizontal connecting piece is assembled in the mounting cavity in a clamping mode, and the adapter piece is stably connected with the horizontal connecting piece by matching with the threaded connecting piece.
The adapter adopts the disk structure, does benefit to the adapter atress even, promotes life, especially when being connected with vertical connecting piece.

Detailed Description
With reference to fig. 1 and 2, an assembly type building node comprises an adapter 10 and a threaded connector 40 for connecting the adapter with a horizontal connector 20 and a vertical connector 30, wherein the adapter comprises an upper disc-shaped part 11 and a lower disc-shaped part 12, and a cross-shaped structure 13 positioned between the upper disc-shaped part and the lower disc-shaped part, and with reference to fig. 3 to 5, the cross-shaped structure divides the space between the upper disc-shaped part and the lower disc-shaped part into four installation cavities, and the end part of any horizontal connector connected with the adapter is in a right-angle shape and is inserted into one installation cavity; the vertical connecting piece above the adapter is arranged on the upper disc-shaped piece, and the vertical connecting piece below the adapter is arranged on the lower disc-shaped piece.
Taking an adapter 10 as an example, two of the four horizontal connectors 20 are transverse members and two are longitudinal members, and the right-angled ends of the transverse members are respectively fitted into the four mounting cavities. The upper disc 11 of the adaptor 10 is connected with the vertical connectors 30 above it and the upper parts of the four horizontal connectors by a first set of threaded connectors distributed along the circumference of the upper disc 11. The lower disc 12 of the adaptor 10 is connected with the vertical connectors 30 below it, the lower parts of the four horizontal connectors, by a second set of threaded connectors distributed along the circumference of the lower disc 11.
The vertical connecting piece 30 above the adapter is connected with an adapter 10 which is connected with four horizontal connecting pieces 20 and a vertical connecting piece 30. The vertical connecting piece 30 below the adapter is connected with an adapter 10 which is connected with four horizontal connecting pieces 20 and a vertical connecting piece 30. The other end of any horizontal connector 20 connected with the above-mentioned adapter is further connected with an adapter 10, which is further connected with three horizontal connectors 20, and two vertical connectors 30. In this manner, the frame of the prefabricated building is expanded, and between the upper and lower horizontal connectors 20 and between the left and right vertical connectors 30, wall panels, partitions, and the like may be installed to partition the room space.
Referring to fig. 9 and 10, as an alternative, any horizontal connecting piece 20 is formed by splicing two sectional materials 21 with concave cross sections, the two sectional materials are connected through a fastening piece 22, and the cross section of the horizontal connecting piece is in an i shape.
Alternatively, with reference to fig. 6-8, any of the vertical connectors 30 includes a top plate 31 and a bottom plate 32, and a connecting structure 33 between the top plate and the bottom plate; the bottom disk of the vertical connecting piece above the adapter 10 is connected with the upper disk of the adapter, and the top disk of the vertical connecting piece below the adapter is connected with the lower disk of the adapter.
With reference to fig. 3 to 8, the upper disc 11 is provided with a strip-shaped hole 110, the chassis 32 of the vertical connector 30 above the adaptor 10 is provided with a waist-shaped hole 320, and the distance between one end of the waist-shaped hole and the center of the chassis is different from the distance between the other end of the waist-shaped hole and the center of the chassis; the horizontal direction is provided with a round hole 210 on the connecting piece 20, the round hole, the strip-shaped hole and the waist-shaped hole are correspondingly arranged up and down, and the threaded connecting piece 40 is connected with the horizontal direction connecting piece 20, the adapter piece 10 and the vertical direction connecting piece 30 through the round hole, the strip-shaped hole and the waist-shaped hole.
The lower disc 12 is provided with strip-shaped holes corresponding to the upper disc up and down, and the top disc 31 of the vertical connector below the adapter is provided with a waist-shaped hole corresponding to the lower disc.
During assembly, referring to fig. 1 and 2, the bolts of the first set of threaded connectors are inserted from bottom to top into the circular holes 210 of the horizontal connectors 20, the strip-shaped holes 110 of the upper disc-shaped member 11, and the waist-shaped holes 320 of the chassis 32 above the adapters, and the nuts 41 are screwed on the tops of the bolts, and are not fastened temporarily. Thereafter, the worker turns the vertical connecting member 30 above the adaptor 10 with a wrench to rotate the vertical connecting member with respect to the upper disc member 11. Because the distance between the one end in waist shape hole and the chassis center is different from the distance between the other end in waist shape hole and the chassis center, consequently, the rotation of chassis 32 can force the bolt to the center on chassis, the central displacement of adaptor promptly, and the bolt drives the level to the right angle shape tip of connecting piece 20 to the central displacement of adaptor, and this kind of displacement can make level to connecting piece and adaptor 10 closely cooperate, improves the stability of frame. Then, the worker tightens the nut 41 again to lock the relative positions of the vertical connector, the adaptor, and the horizontal connector. In the same way, a second threaded connection connects the lower part of the horizontal connection, the lower disc 12 of the adaptor, the vertical connection 30 below the adaptor.

An assembly type building node, comprising an adapter (10), a threaded connector (40) connecting the adapter with a horizontal connector (20) and a vertical connector (30), characterized in that: the adaptor comprises an upper disc-shaped part (11), a lower disc-shaped part (12) and a cross-shaped structure (13) positioned between the upper disc-shaped part and the lower disc-shaped part, the cross-shaped structure divides the space between the upper disc-shaped part and the lower disc-shaped part into four mounting cavities, and the end part of any horizontal connecting piece connected with the adaptor is in a right-angle shape and is inserted into one mounting cavity; the vertical connecting piece above the adapter is arranged on the upper disc-shaped piece, and the vertical connecting piece below the adapter is arranged on the lower disc-shaped piece.
2. A fabricated building node according to claim 1, wherein: any horizontal connecting piece (20) is formed by splicing two sectional materials (21) with concave cross sections, and the cross section of the horizontal connecting piece is I-shaped.
