When the well lid 2 is closed, the rotation driving device 3 drives the transmission shaft 4 to rotate reversely, and the connecting shaft 62 also rotates reversely, so that the moving seat 61 moves forwards. When the moving seat 61 moves forward to the connection hole 610 to connect with the insertion part 4322, the manhole cover 2 is in a completely closed state. When the connection hole 610 is connected to the insertion portion 4322, the hook portion 4321 is disengaged from the locking surface, and the transmission shaft 4 rotates reversely to drive the threaded sleeve 411 to move forward, so that the force between the trigger positioning member 511 and the trigger baffle 431 disappears. After the acting force between the trigger positioning member 511 and the trigger baffle 431 disappears, the inserting member 512 is inserted into the slot again under the action of the elastic force, so that the threaded sleeve 411 is in transmission connection with the connecting seat 51, and the connecting seat 51 is driven to move forward. When the connecting seat 51 moves forward, the push rod 424 is pressed by the connecting seat 51 to disappear, the first clutch seat 421 is separated from the second clutch seat 422 under the action of the elastic force, the connecting shaft 62 stops rotating, and the moving seat 61 stops sliding. According to the invention, the elastic clutch 42, the sliding clutch and the first trigger assembly 43 are used for automatically connecting and separating the transmission shaft 4, the movable seat 61 and the connecting seat 51, and the first trigger assembly 43 can ensure accurate and reliable connection or separation. It is preferable that the second trigger assembly 510, the elastic clutch 42, the sliding clutch and the first trigger assembly 43 have simple structures, so that the assembly is convenient and fast, and the production cost is low.
Further, the rotation driving device 3 includes a gear box 31 and a driving motor 32; the gearbox 31 comprises a first gear structure 311 and an output shaft 313; the output end of the driving motor 32 is in transmission connection with the first gear structure 311, and the output end can drive the first gear structure 311 to rotate; the transmission shaft 4 is provided with a second gear structure 44; one end of the output shaft 313 is in transmission connection with the first gear structure 311, and the other end thereof is in transmission connection with the second gear structure 44.
