The end parts of the swing rod rotating push plates 36 on the two sides of the fabric reciprocating plate 4 are rotatably connected with the swing rod pushing rollers 50, so that the swing rod rotating push plates 36 can be smoother and more convenient when pushing the feeding positioning swing rods 13 and the discharging positioning swing rods 22. According to the invention, the material pulling starting switch 37 is fixedly arranged on the fabric processing support 1 of the fabric reciprocating plate 4 along the upper side of the end of the fabric discharging guide roller 3, the drafting limit switch 38 is movably arranged on the fabric processing support 1 of the fabric reciprocating plate 4 along the lower side of the end of the fabric discharging guide roller 3, so that the reciprocating swing of the fabric reciprocating plate 4 can be limited, the arc-shaped adjusting guide groove 51 is arranged on the fabric processing support 1 outside the elliptical arc plate 35, the drafting limit switch 38 is movably arranged on the arc-shaped adjusting guide groove 51, the adjusting locking bolt 52 is arranged between the drafting limit switch 38 and the arc-shaped adjusting guide groove 51, so that the proper drafting amplitude can be efficiently and accurately selected according to the type specification of the knitted fabric, the accuracy of the drafting shaping processing of the knitted fabric is improved, and the knitted fabric can be fully and completely drafted. The front storage cylinder 39 and the rear storage cylinder 42 on two sides of the fabric reciprocating rotating plate 4 are driven in parallel by adopting the same air source, so that the front discharging rotating roller 41 and the rear storage rotating roller 44 can always synchronously and oppositely lift. According to the fabric pulling and conveying roller 46, the fabric pressing springs 53 are arranged between the upper sides of the pressing lifting guide plates 48 at the two ends of the fabric pulling and conveying roller 46 and the fabric pulling and conveying support 45, so that the attaching and pressing degree of the fabric pulling and conveying roller 46 and the fabric pulling and conveying guide roller 6 can be effectively improved. The fabric pulling and conveying adhesive layer 54 is attached to the outer side surface of the fabric pulling and conveying guide roller 6, so that the fabric pulling and conveying guide roller 6 can efficiently and stably pull the knitted fabric to convey and guide the knitted fabric. The fabric pulling motor 7 is a servo motor, so that the knitted fabric can be accurately and smoothly pulled in a sectional translation mode.
By adopting the technical scheme, when the drafting setting device for the polyester knitted fabric is used, the fabric processing bracket 1 is arranged between the fabric feeding guide roller 2 and the fabric discharging guide roller 3 through the fabric reciprocating rotating plate 4, the reciprocating drafting rotating rollers 5 are symmetrically arranged at the two ends of the fabric reciprocating rotating plate 4 respectively, so that the knitted fabric is synchronously and equidirectionally swung by utilizing the fabric reciprocating rotating plate 4 in the process of sequentially conveying along the fabric feeding guide roller 2 and the fabric discharging guide roller 3, the drafting processing of the knitted fabric can be efficiently and stably realized, the feeding upper gear 11 is meshed and connected with the front compacting gear 10 coaxially fixed by the fabric feeding guide roller 2 and the fabric feeding guide roller 8, the feeding lower gear 12 is meshed and connected with the fabric feeding gear 9 coaxially fixed by the fabric feeding guide roller 2, the feeding upper gear 11 and the feeding lower gear 12 are meshed and connected with each other, so that the fabric feeding guide roller 2 and the fabric feeding press roller 8 can synchronously rotate in opposite directions to realize the conveying and guiding of the knitted fabric, a feeding positioning toothed plate 14 matched with the front pressing gear 10 is arranged along the lower side of the end of the front pressing gear 10 through a feeding positioning oscillating bar 13, a feeding positioning tension spring 15 is arranged between the feeding positioning oscillating bar 13 and the fabric processing bracket 1, a feeding thrust baffle 16 is fixedly arranged at the end of the feeding positioning oscillating bar 13 along the fabric reciprocating plate 4, the feeding positioning oscillating bar 13 is pulled clockwise by the feeding positioning tension spring 15, the feeding positioning toothed plate 14 at the end of the feeding positioning oscillating bar 13 is meshed and connected with the front pressing gear 10, so that the fabric feeding guide roller 2 and the fabric feeding press roller 8 can be stably in a static state, when the fabric reciprocating rotating plate 4 pushes the feeding carrier baffle 16 in the swinging process, the feeding positioning swinging rod 13 swings anticlockwise, the feeding positioning toothed plate 14 is disconnected with the front pressing gear 10, so that the fabric feeding guide roller 2 and the fabric feeding pressing roller 8 can rotate conveniently and smoothly to drive the knitted fabric to convey and guide materials, the fabric discharging guide roller 3 and the fabric discharging pressing roller 17 are mutually parallel and pressed and attached, the discharging upper gear 20 is meshed with the rear pressing gear 19 coaxially fixed to the fabric discharging pressing roller 17, the discharging lower gear 21 is meshed with the fabric discharging gear 18 coaxially fixed to the fabric discharging guide roller 3, the discharging upper gear 20 is meshed with the discharging lower gear 21, so that the fabric discharging guide roller 3 and the fabric discharging pressing roller 17 can synchronously rotate in opposite directions to realize conveying and guiding of the knitted fabric, a discharge positioning toothed plate 23 which is matched with the fabric discharge gear 18 is arranged on the upper side of the end of the fabric discharge gear 18 through a discharge positioning oscillating bar 22, a discharge positioning tension spring 24 is arranged between the discharge positioning oscillating bar 22 and the fabric processing bracket 1, a discharge thrust bearing baffle 25 is fixedly arranged on the end of the fabric reciprocating plate 4, the discharge positioning oscillating bar 22 is pulled clockwise by the discharge positioning tension spring 24, the discharge fabric discharge press roller 17 can be stably in a static state, when the fabric reciprocating plate 4 pushes the discharge thrust baffle 25 in the swinging process, the discharge positioning oscillating bar 22 swings anticlockwise, the discharge positioning toothed plate 23 is disconnected with the fabric discharge gear 18, the fabric discharging guide roller 3 and the fabric discharging press roller 17 can conveniently and smoothly rotate to drive the knitted fabric to convey and guide the fabric, the middle part of the fabric reciprocating rotating plate 4 is rotatably connected with the fabric processing bracket 1, the fabric drafting toothed wheel 26 is coaxially and fixedly arranged at the middle part of the fabric reciprocating rotating plate 4, the fabric drafting toothed plate 28 at the output end of the fabric drafting cylinder 29 is meshed with the fabric drafting toothed wheel 26, the fabric drafting toothed wheel 26 is driven by the fabric drafting cylinder 29 to rotate, the fabric reciprocating rotating plate 4 can continuously and stably reciprocate, the drafting reciprocating guide grooves 30 at two sides of the fabric reciprocating rotating
