Abstract

The invention discloses an environment-friendly slow-release snow-melting agent, a preparation method thereof and application thereof in a micro-surfacing mixture, and aims to solve the technical problems that the existing snow-melting agent has large side effect, the existing micro-surfacing mixture has single road performance, and insufficient wear resistance and high-temperature stability. According to the invention, the environment-friendly slow-release snow-melting agent is prepared from graphene microchip, white carbon black, sodium carbonate, sodium acetate, calcium acetate, surface treatment agent and the like, and the modified emulsified asphalt is applied to a micro-surfacing mixture, so that the modified emulsified asphalt has the effects of repairing old road surfaces, preventing cracking of new road surfaces and actively melting ice and snow, has excellent road performance, keeps good ice and snow removal effect, high and low temperature performance and wear resistance in the whole service period, and has good economic and social benefits.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of concrete building materials, in particular to an environment-friendly slow-release snow-melting agent, a preparation method thereof and application thereof in micro-surfacing mixture.
Background
Ice and snow disasters frequently occur in winter in north of China. In the aspect of transportation, the ice and snow accumulation can reduce the anti-skid performance of the road surface, and potential safety hazards are brought to the running of vehicles. At present, the traditional modes of deicing and snow removing such as manual work or salt spraying and the like are still used in most places, and powerful and timely responding snow melting measures are lacked.
In the actual deicing and snow removing process, the speed of directly adopting the combination of spreading industrial salt (corroding roads and damaging surrounding ecological environment) and manual machinery to remove ice and snow is low, so that the smoothness of traffic can be influenced; and a great deal of manpower and material resources are consumed as the continuous snowfall or cold weather needs to be cleaned for many times; in addition, such snow removal methods can also cause erosion or damage to the road surface or can have adverse environmental effects.
Therefore, there is a need in the industry to develop new environment-friendly slow-release ice-melting and snow-removing materials to meet the demands of low cost, environment protection, high quality and long service life of roads.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an environment-friendly slow-release type active ice and snow removing micro-surfacing mixture and a preparation method thereof, which are used for solving the technical problems of large side effect of the existing snow melting agent, single road performance, insufficient wear resistance and insufficient high-temperature stability of the existing micro-surfacing mixture.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

The preparation method of the environment-friendly slow-release snow-melting agent comprises the following steps:

90-110 parts of mineral aggregate, 0.9-2.3 parts of slaked lime, 14-21 parts of composite modified emulsified asphalt and 5-9 parts of water, wherein the composite modified emulsified asphalt is prepared by adding SBR latex modifier into emulsified asphalt and compositely modifying the environment-friendly slow-release snow-melting agent according to claim 1.
The preparation method of the environment-friendly slow-release snow-melting micro-surfacing mixture comprises the following steps:
(1) Heating and melting emulsified asphalt, adding SBR latex modifier in an amount of 5% of the weight of the emulsified asphalt, uniformly stirring 3.4-8.8 parts of environment-friendly slow-release snow-melting agent, and performing shearing treatment modification to obtain composite modified emulsified asphalt;
(2) The composite modified emulsified asphalt is prepared by mixing 90-110 parts of mineral aggregate, 0.92-2.29 parts of slaked lime, 14-21 parts of composite modified emulsified asphalt obtained in the previous step and 6-8 parts of water uniformly in parts by weight.
In the step (1), the shearing treatment process is as follows:
firstly shearing at a low speed of 2000-3000 rpm for 15-20 min, and then shearing at a high speed of 6000-7000 rpm for 30-45 min.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the main beneficial technical effects that:
1. the composite snow-melting agent A has low preparation cost, is environment-friendly and pollution-free, can avoid the current situation that the chlorine-containing snow-melting agent such as industrial salt is used for removing ice and snow on roads to corrode the roads and destroy the surrounding ecological environment, can generate snow removing and ice inhibiting effects for a long time in one-time construction, can save a great amount of investment of manpower and material resources, ensures the safety and smoothness of the roads under the ice and snow weather condition, and reduces the economic loss caused by the ice and snow weather condition.
2. The environment-friendly slow-release snow-melting agent is prepared by carrying out surface modification treatment on the basis of composite snow-melting salt A to enable the composite snow-melting salt A to have a slow-release effect, wherein the modifier (such as polyorganohydrogen siloxane) can form a layer of film on the surface of the composite snow-melting salt A, and the film has corresponding water retention property and low interfacial tension, because the intermolecular acting force of the siloxane is obviously lower than that of hydrocarbons, and the film is oxidized, hydrolyzed, dehydrated or crosslinked into a litharge film under the conditions of heating and catalyst existence; after being treated by hydrogen-containing silicone oil and heat-treated, the spiral molecules can be opened, so that more siloxane chains are contacted with the surface of the material, further, the siloxane can generate an ingot system effect on the material to be treated, and a layer of hydrophobic layer is formed on the surface of the composite snow-melting agent A due to the combination of Si-H bonds and hydroxyl groups of the material to be treated, so that the composite snow-melting agent has a hydrophobic effect.
3. According to the invention, the environment-friendly slow-release snow-melting agent is added into the modified emulsified asphalt mixture to prepare the micro-surfacing mixture, so that the wear resistance and high-temperature stability of the mixture are improved, and the pavement constructed by the mixture has excellent wear resistance and the temperature of the interior of the pavement is reduced from top to bottom under the high-temperature condition.
4. The environment-friendly slow-release micro-surfacing mixture is environment-friendly and nontoxic, can actively melt ice and snow, can melt snow immediately, can prevent road surface from icing, has excellent road performance, can be used as a prevention and protection technology, can enhance the service life of newly built heavy traffic asphalt road surfaces, can repair damaged old road surfaces, can melt ice and snow for multiple times by one-time construction, can keep good high-low temperature performance and friction performance in the whole service period, and has important effects of timely removing ice and snow, guaranteeing the running safety of roads in winter and prolonging the service life of asphalt road surfaces.
Detailed Description
The following examples are given to illustrate the invention in detail, but are not intended to limit the scope of the invention in any way.
The instruments and devices referred to in the following examples are conventional instruments and devices unless otherwise specified; the related building materials are all conventional raw materials sold in the market unless specified; the test and detection methods are conventional methods unless otherwise specified.
Example 1: an environment-friendly slow-release snow-melting micro-surfacing mixture is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:
100 parts of mineral aggregate, 1.1 parts of slaked lime, 10.5 parts of emulsified asphalt, 2.6 parts of KNG-182 type graphene micro-plates, 1.5 parts of white carbon black, 7 parts of water, 0.03 part of polyorganosiloxane, 0.4 part of sodium carbonate, 0.6 part of sodium acetate and 0.4 part of calcium acetate. The preparation method comprises the following steps:
(1) Preparing a composite snow-melting agent:
dissolving sodium carbonate, sodium acetate and calcium acetate in water, and uniformly stirring for 5min at 60 ℃ by a magnetic stirrer to obtain a compound salt solution;
adding KNG-182 graphene microchip and white carbon black into a composite salt solution, stirring for 2.5-3 hours at 60 ℃ by a magnetic stirrer, and finally drying in a drying oven at 100 ℃ until the weight is constant to obtain the composite snow-melting agent A.
(2) Preparation of environment-friendly slow-release snow-melting agent
Dissolving surface modifier poly (organohydrogensiloxane) in ethanol with the mass being 25 times of that of the surface modifier poly (organohydrogensiloxane), placing the mixture in a magnetic stirrer, stirring the mixture uniformly at 300r/min to prepare a modified solution, then adding the composite snow-melting agent A prepared in the previous step into the modified solution, stirring the mixture at a constant speed of 350r/min for 30min, drying the mixture to constant weight, grinding and sieving the mixture to obtain the environment-friendly slow-release snow-melting agent.
(3) Preparing composite modified emulsified asphalt:
the modified emulsified asphalt is prepared by adopting a high-speed shearing method, the emulsified asphalt is poured into an iron container, the asphalt is heated, then a dropper is used for adding the SBR latex modifier with the doping amount of 5 percent, the environment-friendly slow-release snow-melting agent obtained in the previous step is added after the uniform stirring, the stirring is continued, and after the modification process is finished, the sheared modified emulsified asphalt is taken out, so that the composite modified emulsified asphalt is obtained.
Firstly, shearing for 10-15 min at a shearing rate of 1000-2000 rpm, and then shearing for 40-50 min at a high speed at a shearing rate of 5000-8000 rpm.
(4) Preparing a micro-surfacing mixture:
and mixing and stirring the mineral aggregate, the slaked lime and the composite modified emulsified asphalt obtained by the above method uniformly according to a conventional method to obtain the environment-friendly slow-release snow-melting micro-surfacing mixture. The adopted grading is MS-2 type. The main performance indexes are shown in table 1.
Example 2: an environment-friendly slow-release snow-melting micro-surfacing mixture is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:
100 parts of mineral aggregate, 1.3 parts of slaked lime, 10.3 parts of emulsified asphalt, 2.7 parts of KNG-182 type graphene micro-plates, 1.7 parts of white carbon black, 7 parts of water, 0.04 part of polyorganosiloxane, 0.4 part of sodium carbonate, 0.6 part of sodium acetate and 0.4 part of calcium acetate.
The preparation method is the same as in example 1, and the adopted grading is MS-2 type. The main performance indexes are shown in table 1.
Example 3: an environment-friendly slow-release snow-melting micro-surfacing mixture is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:
100 parts of mineral aggregate, 1.4 parts of slaked lime, 10.7 parts of emulsified asphalt, 2.8 parts of KNG-182 type graphene micro-plates, 1.8 parts of white carbon black, 6.8 parts of water, 0.05 part of polyorganosiloxane, 0.4 part of sodium carbonate, 0.6 part of sodium acetate and 0.4 part of calcium acetate.
The preparation method is the same as in example 1, and the adopted grading is MS-2 type. The main performance indexes are shown in table 1.
Example 4: an environment-friendly slow-release snow-melting micro-surfacing mixture is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:
100 parts of mineral aggregate, 1.5 parts of slaked lime, 10.9 parts of emulsified asphalt, 2.9 parts of KNG-182 type graphene micro-plates, 1.9 parts of white carbon black, 6.6 parts of water, 0.06 part of polyorganosiloxane, 0.4 part of sodium carbonate, 0.6 part of sodium acetate and 0.4 part of calcium acetate.
The preparation method is the same as in example 1, and the adopted grading is MS-2 type. The main performance indexes are shown in table 1.
Example 5: an environment-friendly slow-release snow-melting micro-surfacing mixture is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:
100 parts of mineral aggregate, 1.5 parts of slaked lime, 11.0 parts of emulsified asphalt, 3.0 parts of KNG-182 type graphene micro-plates, 2.0 parts of white carbon black, 6.3 parts of water, 0.06 part of surface treating agent, 0.4 part of sodium carbonate, 0.6 part of sodium acetate and 0.4 part of calcium acetate.
The preparation method is the same as in example 1, and the adopted grading is MS-2 type. The main performance indexes are shown in table 1.
Example 6: an environment-friendly slow-release snow-melting micro-surfacing mixture is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:
100 parts of mineral aggregate, 1.6 parts of slaked lime, 11.5 parts of emulsified asphalt, 3.1 parts of KNG-182 type graphene micro-plates, 2.1 parts of white carbon black, 6.2 parts of water, 0.065 part of surface treating agent, 0.4 part of sodium carbonate, 0.6 part of sodium acetate and 0.4 part of calcium acetate.
The preparation method is the same as in example 1, and the adopted grading is MS-2 type. The main performance indexes are shown in table 1.
Example 7: an environment-friendly slow-release snow-melting micro-surfacing mixture is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:
100 parts of mineral aggregate, 11.8 parts of emulsified asphalt, 3.3 parts of KNG-182 type graphene micro-sheets, 2.4 parts of white carbon black, 6 parts of water, 8.2 parts of ethanol, 1.7 parts of slaked lime, 0.072 part of surface treating agent, 0.4 part of sodium carbonate, 0.6 part of sodium acetate and 0.4 part of calcium acetate.
The preparation method is the same as in example 1, and the adopted grading is MS-2 type. The main performance indexes are shown in table 1.
Road performance tests were carried out on the environment-friendly slow-release snow-melting micro-surfacing mixtures described in examples 1 to 7, wherein test items comprise an ice-melting snow test (-10 ℃), a wet wheel abrasion test, a wheel track deformation test and a metal corrosiveness test, the ice-melting snow performance and the road performance of the environment-friendly slow-release micro-surfacing mixtures of the invention were tested, and the road performance was compared and analyzed with modified emulsified asphalt mixtures without adding a composite snow-melting agent, and test results are shown in table 1.

As can be seen from Table 1, the environment-friendly slow-release micro-surfacing mixture has excellent ice and snow melting effect, meets the related requirements of the traffic ministry standard JTGF40-2004 technical Specification for road asphalt pavement construction, and has wear resistance, high-temperature performance and other indexes which are obviously higher than those of the common micro-surfacing mixture, thus indicating that the environment-friendly slow-release micro-surfacing mixture has excellent road performance.
