Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of model clothes hangers, in particular to a preparation method of an environment-friendly model clothes hanger.
Background
The model clothes hanger in the prior art generally adopts glass fiber and resin as raw materials, and a curing agent is added to the raw materials to form a glass fiber reinforced plastic product through chemical reaction.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects or problems in the background art and provides a preparation method of an environment-friendly model clothes hanger, and the environment-friendly model clothes hanger prepared by the method has the advantages of degradability, recoverability and environmental friendliness.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a preparation method of an environment-friendly model clothes rack comprises the following steps: s1, adding vegetable gum into the paper pulp, and uniformly stirring to obtain a molding material; s2, filling the molding material into the A-piece mold and the B-piece mold and performing dehydration treatment; s3, demolding the A piece of die and the B piece of die to obtain an A piece of product and a B piece of product respectively, and coating the vegetable gum on the A piece of product and the B piece of product; and S4, drying the A piece of product and the B piece of product coated with the plant gum, and then bonding the A piece of product and the B piece of product by using the plant gum to obtain the complete model clothes hanger.
Further, the vegetable gum is prepared by the following method: s101, mixing glutinous rice flour, corn flour, tapioca flour, potato flour, soybean flour, rosin resin, chitin, cellulose, gelatin, potassium hydroxide, sodium bicarbonate, sodium silicate and sodium phosphate, adding the mixture into water, and uniformly stirring to obtain a first mixed material; s102, heating the first mixed material and continuously stirring the mixed material in the heating process; s103, when the first mixed material is heated to 70-80 ℃, adding sodium hydroxide and sodium carbonate to obtain a second mixed material, and continuously heating and stirring; and S104, stopping heating after the second mixed material is boiled, and cooling to 20-40 ℃ to obtain the vegetable gum.
Further, the proportion of adding the vegetable gum into the paper pulp is 30-50%.
Further, the glutinous rice flour, the corn flour, the cassava flour, the potato flour, the soybean flour, the rosin resin, the chitin, the cellulose, the gelatin, the potassium hydroxide, the sodium bicarbonate, the sodium silicate, the sodium phosphate, the sodium hydroxide, the sodium carbonate and the water are in a mass ratio of (8-12): (4-6): (4-6): (4-6): (1-3): (2-5): (4-6): (1-3): (1-3): (2-4): (2-4): (4-6): (950-1050).
As can be seen from the above description of the present invention, the present invention has the following advantages over the prior art:
the preparation method of the environment-friendly model clothes hanger changes the raw materials adopted for preparing the model clothes hanger generally, and adopts paper pulp and vegetable gum as the raw materials to prepare the model clothes hanger, so that the model clothes hanger prepared by the method has the advantages of degradability, recoverability and environmental friendliness, and has no pungent smell and dust in the production and preparation process, and the influence on the physical health of workers is avoided.
When the model clothes hanger is prepared by only adopting the paper pulp as the raw material, the structural strength of the paper pulp is low, the paper pulp is easy to soften by moisture, and the prepared model clothes hanger has the problems of short service life, easy damage and the like.
Meanwhile, the vegetable gum adopted by the method is prepared from degradable recycled raw materials, and the method also has the advantage of environmental friendliness.
