3) adjusting calipers: the three cylinder calipers (8) are respectively clamped on the front cover of the second-stage cylinder, the calipers (8) are stretched inwards by a stretching spring (21), an adjusting bolt (16) is adjusted by a rotating button (17), and a clamping pin (14) is tightly jacked on the front cover of the second-stage cylinder by a jacking pad (30);
4) and installing the anti-falling sleeve: the anti-falling sleeve (19) is connected with the piston rod, the anti-falling pin (22) is inserted, the insertion pin (25) is inserted into the insertion groove (28), and the anti-falling pin (22) is fixed;
5) hoisting a piston cylinder: and slowly stressing the cylinder by using lifting equipment, exhausting residual wind in the cylinder, removing a cylinder body pressure plate after the wind is exhausted, slowly lifting the secondary cylinder together with the piston by using the lifting equipment, placing the secondary cylinder on a leather pad prepared in advance after the secondary cylinder and the piston are lifted, removing the anti-falling pin (22), removing the secondary cylinder from the piston rod by using three cylinder body calipers (8) to bear force, placing the secondary cylinder on the leather pad, and lifting the other self-overturning cylinder on the same side.
6) And cleaning and assembling: cleaning and checking, assembling a piston cylinder, installing a second-stage cylinder body and a piston in a first-stage cylinder body by using a cylinder body caliper (8) and an anti-release sleeve (19) according to the state when the piston cylinder is lifted out, fixing a cylinder body pressing plate, detaching the cylinder body caliper (8) and the anti-release sleeve (19), hoisting the other cylinder which is self-turned on the same side, after the two cylinders on the same side are assembled, blowing air to prop the piston rods of the two cylinders to the original installation position, inserting round pins of the piston rods into the fixed installation position, and taking out a sleeper of a base of the first-stage cylinder body.
