Abstract
The invention discloses a paying-off and tension device for copper wires with the diameter less than or equal to 0.5mm, which comprises a plurality of paying-off discs (1), a plurality of tension net paying-off mechanisms (2) and a monofilament leading-out mechanism (4); the tension net pay-off mechanism (2) comprises a gland (5) and a tension pay-off reel (6), wherein the gland is installed at the top of the tension pay-off reel, and the tension pay-off reel is installed at the top of the pay-off reel; the monofilament guiding-out mechanism comprises a plurality of wire passing guide wheels (8), a plurality of wire passing moulds (10) and a bracket (12), wherein the plurality of wire passing guide wheels are all arranged at the top of the bracket, and the plurality of wire passing moulds are all arranged at the upper part of the bracket; a plurality of drawing drums are installed on the ground, copper wires (3) are wound on the drawing drums, and the copper wires sequentially pass through the tension drawing drums, the wire passing dies and the wire passing guide wheels and then are woven through a weaving machine. The device effectively controls the paying-off tension of the monofilaments and smoothly leads out each monofilament through the special bracket.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of cable manufacturing equipment, and particularly relates to a paying-off and tension device for a copper wire with the diameter less than or equal to 0.5 mm.
Background
The spindle for manufacturing the copper mesh shielding high-speed braiding machine for the electric wire and the cable needs to be provided by an auxiliary doubling process, namely 4-8 monofilaments (the diameter is 0.15-0.3mm) are combined into one strand. But the phenomena of uneven tension among the single yarns, pressing lines, easy breakage of the single yarns and the like exist in the doubling process. The traditional doubling, paying-off and tension control device mainly has the following problems: the pay-off disc is generally a wire disc with the diameter of 125mm, the wire storage amount is too small, the disc needs to be frequently replaced, and the improvement of the production efficiency is influenced; during the doubling process, the monofilament is broken or the tension is uneven and raised, so that the surface of the copper mesh is not smooth and round when the copper mesh is knitted by a high-speed knitting machine, even the phenomenon of mesh leakage occurs, and the product quality and the production efficiency of the next sheath process are further influenced.

a copper wire paying-off and tensioning device with the diameter less than or equal to 0.5mm is characterized by comprising a plurality of paying-off discs (1), a plurality of tensioning net paying-off mechanisms (2) and a monofilament guide-out mechanism (4); the number of the pay-off reels (1) is the same as that of the tension net pay-off mechanisms (2), each tension net pay-off mechanism (2) comprises a gland (5) and a tension pay-off reel (6), each gland (5) is installed at the top of each tension pay-off reel (6), and each tension pay-off reel (6) is installed at the top of each pay-off reel (1); the monofilament guiding mechanism (4) comprises a plurality of wire passing guide wheels (8), a plurality of wire passing moulds (10) and a support (12), the plurality of wire passing guide wheels (8) are all arranged at the top of the support (12), the plurality of wire passing moulds (10) are all arranged at the upper part of the support (12), and the number of the wire passing guide wheels (8) is the same as that of the wire passing moulds (10); a plurality of drawing drums (1) are placed on the ground, copper wires (3) are wound on the drawing drums (1), and the copper wires (3) sequentially pass through the tension drawing drums (6), the wire passing dies (10) and the wire passing guide wheels (8) and then are doubled through a doubling winder.
According to the paying-off and tensioning device for the copper wire with the diameter less than or equal to 0.5mm, the paying-off and tensioning device is characterized in that a plurality of wire passing guide wheels (8) are mounted at the end part of the top of a support (12), and a plurality of wire passing dies (10) are mounted on the side surface of the support (12).
According to the paying-off and tension device for the copper wire with the diameter less than or equal to 0.5mm, the tension net paying-off mechanism (2) is characterized by further comprising a handle (14) and a plurality of nylon wires (7), the handle (14) is installed at the top of the gland (5) and is fixedly connected with the tension paying-off disc (6) through threads, the nylon wires (7) are distributed on the tension paying-off disc (6) at equal intervals, and the copper wire (3) is led out from the gap of the nylon wires (7).

According to the paying-off and tensioning device for the copper wire with the diameter less than or equal to 0.5mm, the wire passing guide wheel (8) is mounted at the top of the support (12) through the wire passing guide wheel support (11), one end of the wire passing guide wheel support (11) is connected with the wire passing guide wheel (8), and the other end of the wire passing guide wheel support (11) is connected with the top of the support (12).

The invention effectively controls the single filament paying-off tension by increasing the yarn storage amount of the doubling and paying-off reel and in a unique single filament paying-off tension control mode, and can prevent the phenomena of uneven tension, yarn pressing, easy breakage of the single filament and the like in the single filament paying-off process. The monofilament leading-out mechanism is provided with the thread passing die and the stepped thread passing guide wheel, so that the monofilaments can be smoothly turned and led out without scraping the threads, and the use is simple and convenient; the tension net pay-off mechanism ensures the consistency of single-wire tension to be released by changing the diameter of the nylon wires or adjusting the density between the nylon wires according to the diameter of the copper wires, thereby achieving the purpose of effectively controlling the single-wire tension to be released. The device can ensure the consistency and uniformity of the tension of the monofilaments in the doubling process, so that the surface of the copper mesh in the weaving process is round and smooth, the phenomena of 'burr' and 'net leakage' are less, the problem of breakdown quality caused by the protrusion of the monofilaments due to uneven tension in the sheathing process is less, and the production efficiency is improved.

Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1-6, the paying-off and tension device for copper wires with the diameter less than or equal to 0.5mm comprises a plurality of paying-off discs 1, a plurality of tension net paying-off mechanisms 2 and a monofilament leading-out mechanism 4; the number of the pay-off reels 1 is the same as that of the tension net pay-off mechanisms 2, and the diameter of each pay-off reel 1 is 300-630 mm. The tension net pay-off mechanism 2 comprises a gland 5 and a tension pay-off reel 6, wherein the gland 5 is installed at the top of the tension pay-off reel 6, and the tension pay-off reel 6 is installed at the top of the pay-off reel 1; tension net paying out machine constructs 2 still includes handle 14, many nylon wires 7, and handle 14 is installed in the top of gland 5 and is fixed through threaded connection with tension drawing drum 6, and many nylon wires 7 equidistant distribution are drawn forth in the clearance of copper wire 3 from nylon wires 7 on tension drawing drum 6. Through changing the diameter of nylon silk or adjusting the interval between the nylon silk, guarantee to emit 3 single tension's of copper wire uniformity, reach the mesh that tension was emitted to effective control monofilament. The monofilament guiding-out mechanism 4 comprises a plurality of wire passing guide wheels 8, a plurality of wire passing dies 10 and a bracket 12, wherein the wire passing guide wheels 8 are stepped wire passing guide wheels, and the angles and the positions of the wire passing guide wheels are important for the collection and smooth running of monofilaments. The plurality of wire guide rollers 8 are all arranged at the top end part of the bracket 12, the plurality of wire passing moulds 10 are all arranged at the upper part of the bracket 12, and the plurality of wire passing moulds 10 are all arranged at the side surface of the bracket 12. The wire guide wheel 8 is arranged at the top of the bracket 12 through a wire guide wheel bracket 11, one end of the wire guide wheel bracket 11 is connected with the wire guide wheel 8, and the other end of the wire guide wheel bracket 11 is connected with the top of the bracket 12. A link 13 is mounted to the lower portion of the bracket 12. The number of the wire guide rollers 8 is the same as that of the wire guide moulds 10. The monofilament guiding mechanism 4 further comprises a plurality of guide wheel shaft rods 9, the number of the guide wheel shaft rods 9 is the same as that of the wire passing guide wheels 8, and the wire passing guide wheels 8 are sleeved on the guide wheel shaft rods 9. A plurality of drawing drums 1 are placed on the ground, copper wires 3 are wound on the drawing drums 1, and the copper wires 3 sequentially pass through the nylon wires 7 on the tension drawing drums 6, the wire passing dies 10 and the wire passing guide wheels 8 and then are doubled through a doubling winder.

A copper wire paying-off and tensioning device with the diameter less than or equal to 0.5mm is characterized by comprising a plurality of paying-off discs (1), a plurality of tensioning net paying-off mechanisms (2) and a monofilament guide-out mechanism (4); the number of the pay-off reels (1) is the same as that of the tension net pay-off mechanisms (2), each tension net pay-off mechanism (2) comprises a gland (5) and a tension pay-off reel (6), each gland (5) is installed at the top of each tension pay-off reel (6), and each tension pay-off reel (6) is installed at the top of each pay-off reel (1); the monofilament guiding mechanism (4) comprises a plurality of wire passing guide wheels (8), a plurality of wire passing moulds (10) and a support (12), the plurality of wire passing guide wheels (8) are all arranged at the top of the support (12), the plurality of wire passing moulds (10) are all arranged at the upper part of the support (12), and the number of the wire passing guide wheels (8) is the same as that of the wire passing moulds (10); a plurality of drawing drums (1) are placed on the ground, copper wires (3) are wound on the drawing drums (1), and the copper wires (3) sequentially pass through the tension drawing drums (6), the wire passing dies (10) and the wire passing guide wheels (8) and then are doubled through a doubling winder.

A copper wire paying-off and tensioning device with the diameter less than or equal to 0.5mm as claimed in claim 1, wherein a plurality of wire passing guide wheels (8) are all installed at the end part of the top of the bracket (12), and a plurality of wire passing dies (10) are all installed at the side surface of the bracket (12).

The copper wire paying-off and tensioning device with the diameter less than or equal to 0.5mm according to claim 1, characterized in that the tension net paying-off mechanism (2) further comprises a lifting handle (14) and a plurality of nylon wires (7), the lifting handle (14) is installed at the top of the pressing cover (5) and is fixedly connected with the tension paying-off disc (6) through threads, the nylon wires (7) are distributed on the tension paying-off disc (6) at equal intervals, and the copper wires (3) are led out from the gaps of the nylon wires (7).

The copper wire paying-off and tensioning device with the diameter less than or equal to 0.5mm as recited in claim 1, wherein the monofilament leading-out mechanism (4) further comprises a plurality of guide wheel shaft rods (9), the number of the guide wheel shaft rods (9) is the same as that of the wire passing guide wheels (8), and the wire passing guide wheels (8) are sleeved on the guide wheel shaft rods (9).

A copper wire paying-off and tensioning device with the diameter less than or equal to 0.5mm as claimed in claim 1, wherein the wire passing guide wheel (8) is mounted at the top of the bracket (12) through a wire passing guide wheel bracket (11), one end of the wire passing guide wheel bracket (11) is connected with the wire passing guide wheel (8), and the other end of the wire passing guide wheel bracket (11) is connected with the top of the bracket (12).
