finally, the clamping pipe adopts an elastic rubber clamping pipe, the clamping pipe is elastically stretched to enable the brake pipe to be stably sleeved in the clamping pipe, then the clamping pipe is clamped in the positioning support of the second installation portion in an interference fit mode, the stability of the brake pipe is guaranteed, the clamping pipe is prevented from falling off effectively in the vehicle running process through the fact that the clamping pipe extends to form the anti-falling block on the positioning support, and the automobile brake pipe mounting device has popularization and practical values in the technical field of automobile brake pipe mounting.

Claims (10)
1. A brake pipe mounting structure is characterized by comprising a mounting bracket (1) and a brake pipe (2);
the mounting bracket (1) comprises a connecting part (3), an arc transition part (4) and a first mounting part (5) which are connected in sequence;
the mounting bracket (1) further comprises a second mounting part (6) connected with the connecting part (3);
brake pipe (2) through first joint structure (7) with first installation department (5) link to each other, through second joint structure (8) with second installation department (6) link to each other, and installing support (1) links to each other with the automobile body through connecting portion (3).
2. A brake pipe mounting arrangement according to claim 1, wherein the connection portion (3), the arcuate transition portion (4), the first mounting portion (5) and the second mounting portion (6) are integrally formed.
3. A brake pipe mounting arrangement according to claim 2, wherein the connecting portion (3), the arcuate transition portion (4) and one end of the first mounting portion (5) are further formed with a continuous reinforcement portion (9), and the second mounting portion (6) is provided at a position of the reinforcement portion (9) adjacent to the connecting portion (3).
4. The brake pipe mounting structure according to claim 2, wherein the connecting portion (3) is provided with a first mounting hole (301) for fixing with a vehicle frame and a limit tongue (302) for inserting into the frame hole;
and a nut (303) is also fixedly arranged in the first mounting hole (301).

The brake pipe mounting structure according to claim 4, wherein the distance from the central point of the brake pipe (2) connected with the first clamping structure (7) to the central point of the brake pipe (2) connected with the second clamping structure (8) is 3-4 times of the distance between the first mounting hole (301) and the limiting tongue (302);
the inclination angle between the pipe section of the brake pipe (2) between the first clamping structure (7) and the second clamping structure (8) and the horizontal is alpha, the inclination angle between the pipe section of the fixed pipe (2) passing through the first clamping structure (7) and the horizontal is beta, and alpha is 142-150 degrees.
6. The brake pipe mounting structure of claim 1, wherein the connecting portion (3) defines a weight-reduction gully opening 304, and the arcuate transition portion (4) defines a forming gully opening (401).
7. The brake pipe mounting structure according to claim 1, wherein the first mounting portion (5) is formed with a support surface (501) for supporting the brake pipe (2), and the support surface (501) is provided with a second mounting hole (502) for inserting the first clamping structure (7);
an avoiding gully button (503) is also formed on the first installation part (5).

The brake pipe mounting structure according to claim 7, wherein the first clamping structure (7) comprises an elastic band (701) for fixing the brake pipe (2), a band clamping groove (702) for fixing the elastic band (701), a rubber blocking cover (703) for being attached to the first mounting portion (5) and a fixed clamping portion (704) clamped in the second mounting hole (502), which are arranged in sequence.
9. The brake pipe mounting arrangement of claim 8, wherein a resilient restraining projection (705) is formed in the strap slot (702);
a limiting protrusion (706) is formed on the fixed clamping portion (704), one end, close to the rubber blocking cover (703), of the limiting protrusion (706) is provided with a limiting blocking platform (707) used for limiting the first installation portion (5), and a reinforcing rib (708) is formed at the other end of the limiting protrusion (706).
10. The brake pipe mounting structure according to claim 1, wherein the second clamping structure (8) is a clamping pipe, the clamping pipe is sleeved with the brake pipe (2), and the clamping pipe is clamped into the second mounting portion (6);
