When the device is used, textile cloth needing printing is placed on the conveying rods 39 in a crossed mode, the conveying rods 39 are movably connected through the belt, the belt is driven by the motor to rotate, after the cloth is placed, the second hydraulic rod 37 contracts downwards, the movable seat 36 rotates, the distance between the pressure rod 35 and the bottom plate 34 is shortened, the pressure rod 35 is in contact with the textile cloth and applies pressure to the textile cloth to enable the textile cloth to be close to the surface of the bottom plate 34, then the textile cloth is conveyed, before printing operation, the textile cloth stays under the treatment box 4, the first hydraulic rod 3 pushes the treatment box 4 to move downwards, the smoothing seat 8 is in contact with the surface of the textile cloth, along with continuous pushing of the first hydraulic rod 3, the pressure plate 11 is in contact with the textile cloth and extrudes the surface of the cloth through reverse acting force of the extrusion spring 12, the angle between the left supporting rod 5 and the right supporting rod 6 is increased, the pressure plate 11 performs smoothing operation on the surface of the cloth, during the period, the infrared lamp tube 13 is electrified to work, the infrared lamp tube 13 heats the cloth below to improve the smoothing effect of the pressing plate 11, during the smoothing operation, the external dust collector 15 is electrified to work, the dust collection strip 16 in the functional box 10 generates suction force to the lower part through the dust collection tube 19, and the dust collection strip 16 performs dust collection operation on the surface of the cloth below along with the movement of the smoothing seat 8 to two sides; and then, the cloth is continuously conveyed to the lower part of the printing device 40, and the printing device 40 conducts printing operation on the surface of the cloth after smoothing and dedusting treatment after being electrified.

1. The printing and flattening device for the textile fabric comprises an outer box (1) and is characterized in that one side of the outer box (1) is arranged to be an inclined plane, a top platform (2) is arranged above the inclined plane, a circular groove is formed in the bottom of the top platform (2), a first hydraulic rod (3) is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the circular groove, a processing box (4) is fixedly connected to the other end of the first hydraulic rod (3), a left supporting rod (5) and a right supporting rod (6) are arranged at two ends of the processing box (4), the left supporting rod (5) and the right supporting rod (6) are movably connected, a connecting block (7) is fixedly connected to the bottom ends of the left supporting rod (5) and the right supporting rod (6), a flattening component is arranged below the connecting block (7), and a dust collection component is arranged on the processing box (4);
a shaft disc (25) is arranged between the processing box (4) and the left support rod (5), a storage barrel (26) is arranged between the left support rod (5) and the right support rod (6), the inner walls of the two ends of the storage barrel (26) are fixedly connected with a reset spring (27), the other end of one reset spring (27) is fixedly connected with the outer wall of the left support rod (5), the other end of the other reset spring (27) is fixedly connected with the outer wall of the right support rod (6), a support (28) is fixedly connected between the two left support rods (5) and the right support rod (6), the outer wall of one side support (28) is fixedly connected with a plurality of speed reducing barrels (29), the outer wall of the other side support (28) is fixedly connected with a plurality of inserting rods (30), the inserting rods (30) are movably connected with the inner wall of the speed reducing barrels (29), the inner wall of the speed reducing barrels (29) is provided with a semicircular baffle groove (31), a plurality of grooves are equidistantly formed in the outer wall of one side of the inserting rods (30), a stop block (32) is movably connected with the inner wall of the groove, and a limit spring (33) is fixedly connected between the stop block (32) and the inner wall of the groove of the inserted link (30);
the flattening assembly comprises a flattening seat (8) and a function box (10), a plurality of spherical rollers (9) with equal intervals are arranged at the bottom of the flattening seat (8), and the inner walls of two sides of the flattening seat (8) are fixedly connected with the outer wall of the function box (10); two spouts have been seted up to one side of function case (10), the inner wall swing joint of two spouts has same clamp plate (11), a plurality of extrusion springs (12) of upside outer wall fixedly connected with of clamp plate (11), the other end of a plurality of extrusion springs (12) and one side inner wall fixed connection of function case (10), and smooth and offer a plurality of equidistant recesses on seat (8), fixedly connected with infrared lamp tube (13) between the both sides inner wall of recess, be provided with reflector panel (14) between infrared lamp tube (13) and the recess inner wall.

A printing and flattening device for textile fabrics according to claim 1, characterized in that the dust collection assembly comprises a dust collector (15), a dust collection strip (16) and an air inlet (17), the dust collector (15) is fixedly connected with the outer wall of one side of the outer box (1), the air inlet (17) is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the processing box (4), and the dust collection strip (16) is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the bottom of the function box (10).

A printing and flattening device for textile fabrics according to claim 2 is characterized in that a dust suction opening (18) is formed in the dust collector (15), the dust suction opening (18) is connected with the air inlet (17) through a hose, and a plurality of dust suction pipes (19) are fixedly connected between the function box (10) and the treatment box (4).

The printing and flattening device for the textile fabric according to claim 1, characterized in that side frames (20) are arranged on two sides of the top table (2), a connecting rod (21) is fixedly connected to an outer wall of one side of each side frame (20), the other end of each connecting rod (21) is fixedly connected to an outer wall of one side of the top table (2), two bases (22) are arranged below the top table (2), a plurality of supporting rods (23) are fixedly connected between an outer wall of the lower side of one side frame (20) and an outer wall of the upper side of the same side base (22), a plurality of symmetrical round holes are formed in the top table (2), limiting rods (24) are movably connected to inner walls of the round holes, and the other ends of the limiting rods (24) are fixedly connected to an outer wall of the upper side of the processing box (4).

A printing and flattening device for textile fabric according to claim 4, characterized in that a bottom plate (34) is fixedly connected between the two bases (22), the two bases (22) are fixedly connected with the inner wall of the outer box (1), two pressure levers (35) are symmetrically arranged above the bottom plate (34), two ends of each pressure lever (35) are fixedly connected with a movable seat (36), the outer wall of one side of each movable seat (36) is fixedly connected with a short shaft, the short shaft is rotatably connected with the inner wall of the base (22), and a second hydraulic rod (37) is arranged below the movable seat (36), the bottom end of the second hydraulic rod (37) is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the base (22), the other end of the second hydraulic rod (37) is fixedly connected with a spherical connector (38), and the spherical connector (38) is movably connected with the inner wall of the bottom of the movable seat (36).
6. A printing and flattening device for textile fabric according to claim 1, characterized in that a plurality of conveying rods (39) are movably connected between the inner walls of the two sides of the outer box (1), the conveying rods (39) are rotatably connected through a belt, and a printing device (40) is arranged above the outer box (1).
