本发明涉及一种环保纸杯生产线工艺,具体为一种环保纸杯生产线工艺。
背景技术
纸杯通常由纸张卷成纸杯装,目前普遍使用的纸张可分为两大类:木浆纸及合成纸。木浆纸以木浆为主要原料,木浆的主要来源为树木,为了取得木浆纸的原料,必须砍伐树木,往往容易造成滥砍树木之情形,导致地球表面森林总面积逐渐缩小,造成地球生态失去平衡,进而引发许多灾害。为了避免上述情形,已发展出多种合成纸来取代木浆纸,例如,一种以聚丙烯塑料为主要材料及以无机矿粉为填料的单层或多层合成纸。此合成纸虽然亦具有优点,但与木浆纸比较,其性能仍待改进,例如,此合成纸具有折叠性不良、横向与纵向撕裂性相差太多或根本没有撕裂性的缺点。以聚丙烯塑料为主要材料制得的合成纸,使用后如丢弃在户外,无法在短时间内在大自然环境下氧化分解,故不能减少二次污染,不符合环保之要求。再者,合成纸之成本比木桨纸之成本高出甚多。因此,合成纸一直未能受消费者青睐再者,传统合成纸(环保纸)纸张制程的第一步骤为将原料混练后制成颗粒,第二步骤为将颗粒送入挤出机中,经过三层T型模头及压延辊轮,作出三层薄纸,然后利用卷取机卷成原纸纸卷,第三步骤为将该原纸纸卷架到释卷机上,放出薄纸穿过涂布机,于薄纸上涂布吸墨性材料层之后,再用卷取机卷取成为成品纸卷。上述三个步骤都需要人力搬运,相当浪费人力。纸杯在现有技术中,都不具备环保这功能,不环保在用后需统一处理,不可以分解。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种环保纸杯生产线工艺,以解决上述背景技术中提出的纸杯在现有技术中,都不具备环保这功能,不环保在用后需统一处理,不可以分解的问题。
一种环保纸杯生产线工艺,包括有外表层、中间层和内表层;
所述中间层包括聚乳酸树脂、无机矿粉、发泡剂胶料;
所述内表层为聚乳酸树脂薄膜层;
所述外表层为吸墨性材料层;
所述中间层站总重量75~85。
作为本发明的一个实施例,天然无机矿粉选自经煅烧或未经煅烧的碳酸钙、硫酸钙、硫酸铜、高岭土、白土、云母粉、硅藻土、二氧化钛、氧化锌、白云石粉、二氧化硅、硅酸钙、滑石粉、颜料、玻璃纤维、空心玻璃微珠、硅石粉、膨润土、白垩粉及其混合物。
作为本发明的一个实施例,将70至80重量%的天然无机矿粉、18至29重量%的聚乙烯以及1至2重量%的助剂的组合物,经混合挤压混炼制成颗粒状材料;
作为本发明的一个实施例,将颗粒状材料投入由压出机及○字型模嘴成型机构成的纸膜制造机,控制压出机温度使颗粒材料软化,经由螺杆强压输送,融熔材料从○字型模嘴出料,形成膜管,使膜管温度冷却至80℃至120℃之间;
在膜管内以压缩空气充气,使膜管向外膨胀延伸,同时以拉伸装置进行膜管拉伸,达到横向纵向同时间内延伸的效果,制成环保纸。
作为本发明的一个实施例,所述聚乳酸树脂包括有玉米淀粉、小麦淀粉、高粱淀粉植物淀粉组合成。
作为本发明的一个实施例,发泡剂胶料由聚乳酸树脂及发泡剂组成。
作为本发明的一个实施例,所述助剂选自滑剂、偶合剂及抗静电剂及其混合物。
一种环保纸杯生产线工艺,
在自动配料机设定所需的聚乳酸树脂、无机矿粉及助剂的比例,并将上述各成分混合后,经由混练机混练成面团状的混练料;
添加进经混合挤压混炼制成颗粒状材料;
通过加热箱将上述材料全部都加热,加热成融融状态;
由三层T型模头吐出来三层原料,经3支以上的多辊式压延机压延成所要的纸张厚度,来获得中间层;
在中间层外表面涂一层吸墨性材料;
加工成纸杯形状。
作为本发明的一个实施例,所述助剂选自滑剂、偶合剂及抗静电剂及其混合物。

所述聚乳酸树脂包括有玉米淀粉、小麦淀粉、高粱淀粉植物淀粉组合成。
发泡剂胶料由聚乳酸树脂及发泡剂组成。
所述助剂选自滑剂、偶合剂及抗静电剂及其混合物。

Claims (9)
1.一种环保纸杯生产线工艺,其特征在于,包括有外表层、中间层和内表层;
所述中间层包括聚乳酸树脂、无机矿粉、发泡剂胶料;
所述内表层为聚乳酸树脂薄膜层;
所述外表层为吸墨性材料层;
所述中间层站总重量75~85。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保纸杯生产线工艺,其特征在于,天然无机矿粉选自经煅烧或未经煅烧的碳酸钙、硫酸钙、硫酸铜、高岭土、白土、云母粉、硅藻土、二氧化钛、氧化锌、白云石粉、二氧化硅、硅酸钙、滑石粉、颜料、玻璃纤维、空心玻璃微珠、硅石粉、膨润土、白垩粉及其混合物。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种环保纸杯生产线工艺,其特征在于,将70至80重量%的天然无机矿粉、18至29重量%的聚乙烯以及1至2重量%的助剂的组合物,经混合挤压混炼制成颗粒状材料。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种环保纸杯生产线工艺,其特征在于,将颗粒状材料投入由压出机及○字型模嘴成型机构成的纸膜制造机,控制压出机温度使颗粒材料软化,经由螺杆强压输送,融熔材料从○字型模嘴出料,形成膜管,使膜管温度冷却至80℃至120℃之间;
在膜管内以压缩空气充气,使膜管向外膨胀延伸,同时以拉伸装置进行膜管拉伸,达到横向纵向同时间内延伸的效果,制成环保纸。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种环保纸杯生产线工艺,其特征在于,所述聚乳酸树脂包括有玉米淀粉、小麦淀粉、高粱淀粉植物淀粉组合成。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种环保纸杯生产线工艺,其特征在于,发泡剂胶料由聚乳酸树脂及发泡剂组成。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种环保纸杯生产线工艺,其特征在于,所述助剂选自滑剂、偶合剂及抗静电剂及其混合物。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种环保纸杯生产线工艺,其特征在于,一种环保纸杯生产线工艺,其特征在于,
在自动配料机设定所需的聚乳酸树脂、无机矿粉及助剂的比例,并将上述各成分混合后,经由混练机混练成面团状的混练料;
添加进经混合挤压混炼制成颗粒状材料;
通过加热箱将上述材料全部都加热,加热成融融状态;
由三层T型模头吐出来三层原料,经3支以上的多辊式压延机压延成所要的纸张厚度,来获得中间层;
在中间层外表面涂一层吸墨性材料;
加工成纸杯形状。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种环保纸杯生产线工艺,其特征在于,所述助剂选自滑剂、偶合剂及抗静电剂及其混合物。
