Abstract

本发明提供了一种一体层压式太阳能板,包括从上到下依次设置的ETFE层、透明PET层、硅片、PCB板层以及布料层;在所述ETFE层与所述透明PET层之间、所述透明PET层与所述硅片之间、所述硅片与所述PCB板层之间,以及所述PCB板层与所述布料层之间都提前敷设有EVA胶层都提前敷设有EVA胶层,通过层压机使EVA胶层加热融化,使所述ETFE层、所述透明PET层、所述硅片、所述PCB板层以及布料层层压为一体;本发明提供的一体层压式太阳能板,表层采用ETFE层,里层在硅片表面包裹有透明PET层,其透光性好,电绝缘性强;整体采用热熔层压式工艺,硅片与布料之间的紧密性好,装配后不会产生间隙和气泡。

一体层压式太阳能板
技术领域
本发明涉及太阳能电池领域,具体涉及到一种层压式太阳能板。
背景技术
随着地球资源的日益稀缺,太阳能作为一种环保能源,越来越受到重视,作为一种取之不尽的清洁能源,如何将太阳能转换为可供人类利用的能源成为人类不断研究的课题。
传统的太阳能板的装配同时是将电池板等材料放入布料中进行缝合,缝合后的间隙大,且电池板易脱落;透光性较差。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种层压式太阳能板,用于解决现有技术存在的装配间隙大、透光性差的问题。
一种一体层压式太阳能板,包括:
从上到下依次设置的ETFE层、透明PET层、硅片、PCB板层以及布料层;在所述ETFE层与所述透明PET层之间、所述透明PET层与所述硅片之间、所述硅片与所述PCB板层之间、以及所述PCB板层与所述布料层之间都提前敷设有EVA胶层,通过层压机使EVA胶层加热融化,使所述ETFE层、所述透明PET 层、所述硅片、所述PCB板层以及布料层层压为一体。
为实现上述目的,所述硅片设置有多个,各个硅片之间通过导线相互串联。
为实现上述目的,所述ETFE层的厚度为0.1~0.6mm之间。
为实现上述目的,所述硅片的厚度为0.1~0.3mm之间。
为实现上述目的,多个硅片呈矩阵阵列排布。
为实现上述目的,所述一体层压式太阳能板的后端还转动连接有支撑板。
为实现上述目的,所述支撑板的一端与所述太阳能板连接,所述支撑板的另一端与所述太阳能板通过柔性绳连接。
本发明提供的一体层压式太阳能板,表层采用ETFE层,里层在硅片表面包裹有透明PET层,其透光性好,电绝缘性强;整体采用热熔层压式工艺,硅片与布料之间的紧密性好,装配后不会产生间隙和气泡。

现提供以下实施例:
实施例一:
如图1所述的一体层压式太阳能板的分层结构示意图,包括,从上到下依次设置的ETFE层1、透明PET层2、硅片3、PCB板层4以及布料层5;在所述 ETFE层1与所述透明PET层2之间提前敷设有第一EVA胶层6、所述透明PET 层2与所述硅片3之间提前敷设有第二EVA胶层7、所述硅片3与所述PCB板层4之间都提前敷设有第三EVA胶层8,所述PCB板层4与所述布料层5之间提前敷设有第四EVA胶层9、通过层压机使第一EVA胶层6、第二EVA胶层7、第三EVA胶层8、第四EVA胶层9加热融化,使所述ETFE层1、所述透明PET 层2、所述硅片3、所述PCB板层4以及布料层5层压为一体。
作为优选方案,所述硅片3设置有多个,各个硅片3之间通过导线相互串联。
所述透明PET层2(即涤纶树脂),有良好的力学性能,冲击强度是其他薄膜的3~5倍,耐折性好;耐油、耐脂肪、耐稀酸、稀碱,耐大多数溶剂;透明度高;本实施例的太阳能板主要利用PET材料的高透明度(即高透光率),从而保证硅片3的收光效率。
所述硅片3优选为单晶硅太阳电池片;其最大功率为(Rated Max Power)3.3W ±5%(W);转换效率(Module Efficiency)为21%±2%;单片硅片的工作电压为0.55 (V),总电压为17.6(V);填充因子为78(%);工作电流为5.83(A);短路电流为6.24(A)。
作为优选方案,所述ETFE层1的厚度为0.1~0.6mm之间,ETFE(即乙烯- 四氟乙烯共聚物),ETFE是最强韧的氟塑料,它在保持了PTFE良好的耐热、耐化学性能和电绝缘性能的同时,耐辐射和机械性能有很大程度的改善,拉伸强度可达到50MPa,接近聚四氟乙烯的2倍;本实施例中采用此种材料作为太阳能板的表层,提升了太阳能板表层的绝缘性,防止硅片转换时漏电;
作为优选方案,所述硅片3的厚度为0.1~0.3mm之间。
实施例二:
请参阅图2,本实施例还提供一体层压式太阳能板的安装结构;包括折叠板 1以及支撑板2,所述折叠板1设置有两组,相邻两所述折叠板1之间柔性连接,在日常不使用时可将相邻两所述折叠板1对折,这使得太阳能板体积小,方便携带;所述支撑板2与所述折叠板1的一端转动连接,支撑板2与折叠板1的另一端通过柔性绳3连接;通过展开所述支撑板2,将支撑板2和折叠板1平放在地板上,使设置有硅片的一面正对着阳光,保证了最大的吸收光能的效率;当柔性绳3绷紧时,太阳能的展开角度最大。
所述太阳能板还包括矩阵排列在所述折叠板1上的多组硅片11以及充电接口(图未示),所述充电接口用于连接可充电设备后给可充电设备充电;
其中,可充电设备包括但不限于平板、手机、笔记本电脑、智能手表等。

Claims (7)

1.一种一体层压式太阳能板,其特征在于,包括:
从上到下依次设置的ETFE层、透明PET层、硅片、PCB板层以及布料层;在所述ETFE层与所述透明PET层之间、所述透明PET层与所述硅片之间、所述硅片与所述PCB板层之间、以及所述PCB板层与所述布料层之间都提前敷设有EVA胶层,通过层压机使EVA胶层加热融化,使所述ETFE层、所述透明PET层、所述硅片、所述PCB板层以及布料层层压为一体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一体层压式太阳能板,其特征在于,所述硅片设置有多个,各个硅片之间通过导线相互串联。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一体层压式太阳能板,其特征在于:所述ETFE层的厚度为0.1~0.6mm之间。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一体层压式太阳能板,其特征在于,所述硅片的厚度为0.1~0.3mm之间。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一体层压式太阳能板,其特征在于,多个硅片呈矩阵阵列排布。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一体层压式太阳能板,其特征在于,所述一体层压式太阳能板的后端还转动连接有支撑板。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一体层压式太阳能板,其特征在于,所述支撑板的一端与所述太阳能板连接,所述支撑板的另一端与所述太阳能板通过柔性绳连接。
