when the position sensor detects that the first ejector pin assembly is returned to the initial position, the controller sends an ejection working instruction to the second ejection driving piece and sends a picking and labeling working signal to a picking and labeling mechanical arm; the second ejection driving part drives the second ejector pin assembly to eject the injection molding part to the part taking and labeling mechanical arm according to the working instruction; the part taking and labeling mechanical arm places a label in a mold of the movable mold plate according to the working signal and grabs the injection molding part;
the in-mold labeling injection molding system is also provided with an alarm device, and the alarm device is electrically connected with the controller; when the position sensor does not detect that the first ejector pin assembly is retracted to the initial position within the set time, the controller sends an alarm working instruction to the alarm device.
