The mechanical watch machining-based dial plate inner and outer surface grinding and polishing equipment as claimed in claim 1, wherein a clamping plate (2011) and a linkage gear A (2012) are fixedly connected to the lower end of the vertical linkage shaft A (201), the clamping plate (2011) is arranged between two groups of fixed clamping rings (102), the linkage gear A (2012) is meshed with one end of the transverse rack (202) and is connected with a ratchet mechanism, an upper supporting plate (2013) is fixedly connected to the upper end of the vertical linkage shaft A (201), a square insert block (2014) is connected to the middle of the upper side of the upper supporting plate (2013), and a threaded column (2015) is connected to the square insert block (2014).
