The cleaning mechanism comprises a water tank 3, a water outlet pipeline 4 and a water pump 5. The water tank 3 is installed on the lower support bracket 1. The water outlet pipe 4 includes a water outlet communicating passage 41 and a water outlet passage 42. The water outlet communication passage 41 and the water pump 5 are both provided in the water tank 3. A water outlet passage 42 is provided on an outer surface of the water tank 3, and the water pump 5 supplies water to the water outlet passage 42 through the water outlet communication passage 41.
