Claims (6)

1. A cleaning device for cleaning a clamping plate is characterized by comprising at least two conveying devices and a cleaning assembly, wherein the two conveying devices are positioned at two sides of the cleaning assembly,
the cleaning assembly comprises a cleaning piece, the clamping plate is conveyed to the cleaning assembly by one conveying device, and the clamping plate is conveyed out by the other conveying device after being cleaned by the cleaning piece;
wherein the transfer device comprises:
a transport rack disposed adjacent to the cleaning assembly;
the transmission assembly is connected to the conveying frame, and the extending direction of the transmission assembly is consistent with the feeding direction; and
the clamping assembly is used for clamping the clamping plate and can move along the up-and-down direction, and the clamping assembly is connected with the transmission assembly and can move along the extending direction of the transmission assembly;
the transmission assembly comprises a motor, and the motor is connected to the conveying frame;
the transmission part is sleeved on a transmission shaft of the motor and extends along the feeding direction;
the motor is matched with the fixed pulley through a transmission piece and is used for driving the clamping assembly to move along the extension direction of the transmission piece; and
the clamping assembly comprises a cross beam, and the cross beam is connected to the transmission piece and can move along the extension direction of the transmission piece;
the two clamping arms are positioned at two ends of the cross beam and extend along the vertical direction; and
the clamping device comprises two clamping pieces, a clamping plate and a clamping mechanism, wherein the clamping pieces are connected to the inner side surfaces of the clamping arms and can move along the extension direction of the clamping arms, and a clamping space for clamping the clamping plate is formed between the two clamping pieces;
the clamping piece comprises a rotary cylinder, and the rotary cylinder is connected to the inner side surface of the clamping arm and can move along the extension direction of the clamping arm; and
the guide post cylinder is connected to the rotary cylinder and rotates along with the rotary cylinder, and the guide post cylinder of one clamping piece and the guide post cylinder of the other clamping piece move relatively to form a clamping space for clamping the clamping plate.
2. The cleaning apparatus defined in claim 1, wherein the cleaning assembly further comprises a cleaning support frame having a drive member, the cleaning member being connected to the cleaning support frame;
the quantity of cleaning parts is at least two, forms the washing passageway between two cleaning parts, transmission part drive the cardboard passes through the washing passageway.
3. The cleaning apparatus defined in claim 2, wherein the cleaning element is a water gun having a water pump connected thereto, a water tank connected thereto, and a filter element disposed within the water tank and at an inlet of the water pump.

The cleaning apparatus defined in claim 3, wherein the cleaning assembly further includes vertically opposed pair of waterproof covers connected to the cleaning support frame, the cleaning passage being located between the pair of waterproof covers, the lower waterproof cover communicating with the tank.
5. The cleaning apparatus defined in claim 4, wherein the cleaning assembly further includes a drying element disposed adjacent the card end, the drying element being connected to the cleaning support frame;
the quantity of the drying pieces is at least two, a drying channel is formed between the two drying pieces, and the transmission part drives the clamping plate to pass through the drying channel.
6. The cleaning apparatus defined in claim 1, further comprising a card holder for storing a card,
the clamping plate support is located below the conveying frame and movably connected to the conveying frame, the clamping plate support is fixedly connected with a screw rod lifter, and the clamping plate moves up and down along with the screw rod lifter.
