The operator first connects the inlet tube 611 to the faucet and then turns on the faucet to allow water to flow into the inlet tube 611. When the first motor 31 rotates forward and backward alternately to drive the screw rod 33 to rotate forward and backward alternately, the first belt pulley 601 is driven to rotate, the flat belt 602 drives the second belt pulley 603 to rotate, so as to drive the cam 606 to rotate, the cam 606 continuously pushes the pressing rod 610, under the action of the first spring 609, the pressing rod 610 and the piston 608 move left and right, when the piston 608 moves left, the water source is sucked into the cylinder 607, when the piston 608 moves left, the water source in the cylinder 607 is sprayed out from the atomizing nozzle 615 through the water outlet pipe 613, dust fall is performed, and therefore the situation that the environment is affected by blown dust in the dust removal process can be prevented.
