Abstract
The invention discloses a flotation control method of a flotation machine for lithium ores, wherein the flotation machine comprises a groove body, a central sleeve, a rotating shaft, an impeller, a stator disc, stator blades, an air duct and a controller, and is characterized in that: the flotation machine also comprises a passive air suction pipe (8), an active air blowing pipe (9) and a regulating valve (10), and the flotation machine comprises the following steps: (1) the passive air suction pipe is communicated with the atmosphere, and the active air blowing pipe is communicated with the blower; (2) the regulating valve can be selectively communicated with the passive air suction pipe and/or the active air blowing pipe; (3) and detecting the flotation efficiency of the flotation machine, comparing the actual flotation efficiency with the preset flotation efficiency, and controlling the communication state of the regulating valve and the passive air suction pipe and/or the active air blowing pipe by the controller according to the comparison result. The invention can selectively adjust the communication state of the adjusting valve and the passive air suction pipe and/or the active air blowing pipe according to the flotation efficiency of the flotation machine, thereby adjusting the air guide quantity, improving the flotation efficiency and reducing the energy waste.

(1) The gas guide tube is communicated with the atmosphere, and the gas guide amount cannot be adjusted when the flotation efficiency is reduced, so that the flotation efficiency cannot be improved. According to the flotation control method of the flotation machine for the lithium ores, the communication state of the regulating valve and the passive air suction pipe 8 and/or the active air blowing pipe 9 can be selectively controlled/adjusted according to the flotation efficiency of the flotation machine, so that the air guide amount can be adjusted, the flotation efficiency is improved, and the energy waste is reduced.
In the same case, the blower of the present invention has a smaller power or a smaller air-blowing amount than the blower that blows air using the blower alone.
Further, wherein, in step (3):
(3.1) when the actual flotation efficiency is equal to the preset flotation efficiency, the controller controls 80% of the flow area of the regulating valve 10 to be communicated with the passive air suction pipe 8, and 20% of the flow area of the regulating valve 10 to be communicated with the active air blowing pipe 9;
(3.2) when the actual flotation efficiency is greater than the preset flotation efficiency, the controller controls 100% of the flow area of the regulating valve 10 to be communicated with the passive air suction pipe 8, and at the moment, the air blower is closed or the control valve on the active air blowing pipe 9 is closed;
(3.3) after a certain time, continuously detecting the flotation efficiency, and when the actual flotation efficiency is still greater than the preset flotation efficiency, controlling 100% of the flow area of the regulating valve 10 to be communicated with the passive air suction pipe 8 by the controller, and reducing the opening of the control valve on the passive air suction pipe 8;
(3.4) when the actual flotation efficiency is less than the preset flotation efficiency, the controller controls 50% of the flow area of the regulating valve 10 to be communicated with the passive air suction pipe 8, and 50% of the flow area of the regulating valve 10 to be communicated with the active air blowing pipe 9;
(3.5) after a certain time, continuously detecting the flotation efficiency, and when the actual flotation efficiency is still less than the preset flotation efficiency, controlling 20% of the flow area of the regulating valve 10 to be communicated with the passive air suction pipe 8 and 80% of the flow area of the regulating valve 10 to be communicated with the active air blowing pipe 9 by the controller.
The blower is a constant power blower, and compared with a variable power blower, the constant power blower can select a blower with smaller power, and the communication state of the regulating valve 10 and the passive air suction pipe 8 and/or the active air blowing pipe 9 can be selectively controlled/regulated by matching with the regulating valve 10.
The passive air suction pipe 8 and the active air blowing pipe 9 are also provided with control valves, and the flow area of the regulating valve 10 can be continuously regulated or regulated in multiple stages.
