the connecting pieces are arranged at one ends of the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece, and after the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece are respectively inserted into the feeding channel and the discharging channel, bolts can penetrate through the connecting holes to respectively fix the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece on the first fixing plate and the second fixing plate, so that the connecting stability of the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece is enhanced, the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece adopt the same structure and size, the production is convenient, and meanwhile, the connecting pieces can also avoid the phenomenon that the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece slide into the reaction channel due to improper use;
the strip-shaped bulges are arranged on the feeding channel and the discharging channel and are matched with the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece to form the second grooves, so that the second grooves are matched with the strip-shaped bulges, and the connection stability of the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece with the two fixing plates is enhanced;
the buckle and the clamping groove are arranged and matched with the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece, so that the connection stability of the movable plate and the integrity of the reaction layer are enhanced, and the types and the sizes of the buckle and the clamping groove can be selected according to the size and the use scene of a specific insert type microchannel continuous reactor;
the flow blocking block is arranged in the reaction channel and is mostly arranged at the bottom of the reaction channel, and the flow blocking block can enhance the mixing force in the reaction process.

1. An insert type microchannel continuous reactor convenient for catalyst replacement is characterized by comprising a first heat exchange layer, a reaction layer and a second heat exchange layer which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom;
the reaction layer comprises a first fixed plate, a second fixed plate and a movable plate which are arranged on the same horizontal plane, and the movable plate is arranged between the first fixed plate and the second fixed plate;
the movable plate is provided with a reaction channel for the reaction liquid to enter and exit; the reaction channel comprises a plurality of mutually parallel straight line sections and a bent section for connecting two adjacent straight line sections, and the inlet end and the outlet end of the reaction channel are respectively arranged at one ends, which are not connected with the bent section, of the two straight line sections at the outermost side;
a feeding channel is arranged on the first fixing plate, a discharging channel is arranged on the second fixing plate, the feeding channel is connected with the inlet end of the reaction channel, the discharging channel is connected with the outlet end of the reaction channel, and the feeding channel and the discharging channel are parallel to the axis of the straight line section and are positioned on the same horizontal plane;
the feeding channel is internally sleeved with a first connecting piece, the first connecting piece is in a cylindrical shape with a hollow inner part, the length of the first connecting piece is greater than that of the feeding channel, the discharging channel is internally sleeved with a second connecting piece, the second connecting piece is in a cylindrical shape with a hollow inner part, and the length of the second connecting piece is greater than that of the discharging channel;
the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece are both in a straight shape;
a plurality of pulleys are arranged at the bottom of the movable plate, and a first groove for accommodating the pulleys is formed in the upper bottom surface of the second heat exchange layer;
one end of the first connecting piece is provided with a connecting piece, the connecting piece is provided with a connecting hole, and the plane of the connecting piece is vertical to the plane of the central shaft of the first connecting piece;
the feeding channel and the discharging channel are provided with strip-shaped bulges along the length extending direction of the inner walls of the feeding channel and the discharging channel, and second grooves matched with the strip-shaped bulges are formed in the outer walls of the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece.
2. The continuous reactor of claim 1, wherein the outer sidewall of the movable plate is provided with a buckle, and the first and second fixed plates and the outer sidewall of the movable plate are provided with a slot adapted to the buckle on the same horizontal plane.
3. The continuous reactor of claim 1, wherein the reactor channel is provided with a flow-blocking block, and the cross section of the flow-blocking block is circular, elliptical, semicircular, rectangular, trapezoidal, rhombic or triangular.
