The adjustable-speed vortex oscillator with the swing reducing effect according to claim 1, wherein the oscillating assembly (3) comprises a lower plate (301), an oscillating motor (302), a sponge layer (303), a placing column (304), a connecting sliding sleeve (305), a positioning knob (306) and an upper plate (307), the lower end of the lower plate (301) is connected with the oscillating motor (302), the sponge layer (303) is arranged on the upper surface of the lower plate (301), the placing column (304) is arranged at four corners of the upper end of the lower plate (301), the connecting sliding sleeve (305) is connected to the outer side of the placing column (304), the positioning knob (306) penetrates through the connecting sliding sleeve (305), and the upper plate (307) is arranged on the outer side of the connecting sliding sleeve (305).
