the training platform (1) is provided with a display screen (2) close to the stepping area (11a) for photographing the falling point condition of the curling (10) and displaying the action track of the curling (10) for the photographing unit (7).

An ice and snow exercise assisting device according to claim 1, wherein: the curling stone is characterized in that the curling stone (10) is provided with a cavity (10b) with an opening at the lower end, a weight balance block (10d) and an optical sensing unit (10c) are respectively arranged in the cavity (10b) from top to bottom, a limiting supporting plate (10e) used for limiting and supporting the weight balance block (10d) and the optical sensing unit (10c) is respectively and fixedly arranged on the inner side wall of the cavity (10b), and the optical sensing unit (10c) is composed of an optical sensor, an optical lens, a light emitting diode, an image analysis chip and a signal transmitter.

An ice and snow exercise assisting device according to claim 1, wherein: the linear driving unit (4) comprises a sliding chute (4c) arranged on one side of the training platform (1), a sliding block (4d) is arranged in the sliding chute (4c) in a sliding mode, a lead screw (4b) is connected in the sliding block (4d) in a penetrating threaded mode, and a motor (4a) used for driving the lead screw (4b) to rotate is arranged at one end of the sliding chute (4 c); under the condition that the lead screw (4b) is driven by the motor (4a) to rotate, the lead screw (4b) drives the sliding block (4d) in threaded connection to slide in the sliding groove (4c), and one side of the sliding block (4d) penetrates out of the sliding groove (4c) and is connected with the bottom end of the lifting unit (5).

An ice and snow exercise assisting device according to claim 1, wherein: lifting unit (5) adopt electric telescopic handle, electric telescopic handle's push rod head end fixed connection to the one end of horizontal pole (6), electric telescopic handle's lower extreme and slider (4d) are connected each other, and electric telescopic handle's bottom rotation is provided with rolling auxiliary stay wheel (3) of ground butt.

An ice and snow exercise assisting device according to claim 1, wherein: the camera shooting unit (7) comprises a supporting rod (7a), one end of the supporting rod (7a) is fixedly connected to the cross rod (6) through a bolt, and the other end of the supporting rod (7a) is provided with a camera (7 b).
