the intelligent sleep-aiding subsystem comprises a sign acquisition module, a sleep-aiding driving module, a light wave management module, an ultrasonic management module, a brain wave regulation management module and a shaking sense management module which are in data correlation with one another, wherein the sign acquisition module is used for acquiring human body sign data, the human body sign data comprise electroencephalogram data, electrocardio data, myoelectricity data, body temperature data, pulse data, respiration data and blood pressure data, and the sleep-aiding driving module is used for matching a preset sleep-aiding scheme according to the human body sign data and driving the light wave module, the ultrasonic module, the brain wave regulation module and the shaking sense module of the sleep cabin to work according to the sleep-aiding scheme; the intelligent skin care subsystem comprises a skin detection module and a skin care module, the skin detection module is used for detecting skin data, the skin data comprise moisture, oil, fine lines, pores, dark spots, red spots, black heads, white heads, residues, pigment spots and red blood silk data, and the skin care module is used for matching a preset care scheme according to the skin data and pushing the scheme to a user;
the data archive subsystem is used for establishing a user data archive, the user data archive stores human body physical sign data, a sleep-assisting scheme, skin data and a nursing scheme when a user uses the sleep cabin each time, and the user data archive is further used for forming a user report according to the human body physical sign data, the sleep-assisting scheme, the skin data and the nursing scheme.

The system of claim 1, further comprising a smart advisor subsystem, the sleep module user and the smart advisor user access the smart advisor subsystem through the mobile phone APP, the sleep module user can selectively match the smart advisor user through the smart advisor subsystem according to the user report, and the smart advisor user provides sleep guidance and skin care guidance to the sleep module user through the smart advisor subsystem.
