Description

Fully-wrapped laryngoscope and laryngoscope lens
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical instruments, in particular to a fully-wrapped laryngoscope and a laryngoscope lens.
Background
Laryngoscopes are one type of endoscope used in the field of medical devices and are commonly used to guide endotracheal intubation. Traditional laryngoscope does not have image system, and when the doctor used, need closely carry out the intubate through the visual observation glottis with closely, this kind of laryngoscope uses inconveniently, and the doctor need closely contact the patient moreover, has increaseed the risk that the doctor infects. Modern video laryngoscopes have an image system, and doctors can perform tracheal intubation through images displayed by the laryngoscope, so that the laryngoscope is convenient to use and does not need to be in close contact with patients. Laryngoscope in the latter context is referred to as video laryngoscope.
The laryngoscope blade is divided into a half-wrapping type laryngoscope blade and a full-wrapping type laryngoscope blade, the half-wrapping type laryngoscope blade can not wrap a laryngoscope handle, and the full-wrapping type laryngoscope blade can wrap the laryngoscope handle part completely. Because the oral cavity sizes of neonates, infants and adults are different, the laryngoscope lens has various specifications, and the lengths of the holding part, the bending part and the tongue pressing part of the laryngoscope lens with different specifications are different so as to adapt to the oral cavity sizes of different people.
At present, a laryngoscope suitable for a full-wrapping type laryngoscope lens on the market can only be matched with 1-2 laryngoscope lenses, more than 2 laryngoscope handles are needed to cover requirements of neonates, children and adults during clinical application, the purchase cost of a hospital is high, the specification and the model of the laryngoscope lens are needed to be selected firstly during use, then the laryngoscope handle which can be matched with the laryngoscope lens is selected, and the use is troublesome.
In order to adapt a laryngoscope handle to laryngoscope lenses with different specifications, the following scheme is mainly adopted at present:
the invention patent application with application publication number CN108720798A discloses a full-package laryngoscope, which can adjust the length of a laryngoscope handle through a gear adjusting mechanism to adapt to laryngoscope lenses with different specifications, but the gear adjusting mechanism has the disadvantages of complex operation, inconvenient use, complex structure and high cost.
The invention patent application with application publication number CN110338743A discloses a full-enclosed laryngoscope, which adapts to different crowds by changing the length of the bottom of the laryngoscope lens, and in order to adapt to the same laryngoscope handle, the length of the hand-held part of the laryngoscope lens needs to be adjusted correspondingly, thus affecting the hand feeling held by a doctor when the laryngoscope is used.
Although the above solution can solve the problem that one laryngoscope handle can be adapted to laryngoscope lenses of different specifications, other problems exist.

The second clamping member 35 includes a guide groove 351 and a clamping groove 352, the clamping groove 352 is located at the upper end of the guide groove 351, the clamping groove 352 is a radial through hole, and the clamping groove 352 can also be a radial blind hole. The guide groove 351 is formed by two convex strips, and the two convex strips are oppositely bent to form an open guide groove. The guide groove 351 may be provided as a complete groove body, and only the upper end has the notch.
The second clamping member 35 is adapted to the first clamping member 27 on the handle 21, the first clamping member 27 includes a guiding portion 271 and an elastic portion 272, the elastic portion 272 is located at the upper end of the guiding portion 271, the guiding portion 271 is arranged along the axis, and the elastic portion 272 is arranged along the radial direction. The guide part 271 is two fins, and the width of guide part 271 slightly is lighter than the width of guide way 351, and elasticity portion 272 includes spring and ball, and spring and ball are installed in the inside of handle 21, are equipped with the trompil on the handle 21, and the part of ball exposes the trompil of handle 21, and the ball supports all the time under the effect of spring and leans on the trompil of handle 21, and the ball also can contract inwards under the effect of external force. The ball is fitted into the slot 352, and the ball can be inserted into the slot 352.
The clamping principle of the first clamping piece 27 and the second clamping piece 35 is as follows: after the handle 21 is inserted into the holding portion 31, the guiding portion 271 is inserted into the guiding groove 351 from top to bottom, and finally the guiding portion 271 moves to the deepest position, and at this time, the round ball of the elastic portion 272 is clamped into the clamping groove 352 under the action of the spring to form clamping. The first clamping piece 27 and the second clamping piece 35 can be separated by pulling the handle 21 upwards with force, and the operation is simple.
In other embodiments, the elastic portion 272 is an elastic protrusion, and the elastic protrusion is elastically deformed to be inserted into the slot, so as to also enable the handle 21 to be detachably engaged with the holding portion 31.
In this embodiment, since the holding portion 31 and the bending portion 32 of the laryngoscope blade 3 are used for sleeving the laryngoscope handle 2, the tongue pressing portion 33 has a preset length, that is, the tongue pressing portions of the laryngoscope blades 3 with different specifications have different lengths, and the holding portion 31 and the bending portion 32 are the same, so that one laryngoscope handle can be adapted to the laryngoscope blades 3 with different specifications; and the handle 21 of the laryngoscope handle and the holding part 31 of the laryngoscope lens 3 do not need to be adjusted aiming at the laryngoscope lenses with different specifications, the structure is simple, the cost is lower, and the laryngoscope handle can be completely wrapped by the laryngoscope lenses 3 with different specifications, so that the holding hand feeling of a doctor is not influenced.
