Disposable superfine flexible catheter and electronic endoscope
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of endoscopic surgery, in particular to a disposable superfine flexible catheter and an electronic endoscope.
Background
The superfine flexible electronic endoscope can enter the thinner cavities of the human body to observe and treat the tiny cavities of the human body. The superfine flexible electronic endoscope with the working diameter less than 3mm can enter tiny cavities of a bile duct, a lymphatic duct, a ureter, a bronchus and the like of a human body, and has wide clinical significance in assisting flexible instruments in diagnosis and treatment.
However, the conventional ultra-thin flexible electronic endoscope is reusable, on one hand, the risk of cross infection exists, on the other hand, the CCD/CMOS camera module and the illumination optical fiber are both arranged in the handle insertion part, the production and maintenance costs are high, and due to the factors, manufacturers and clinicians tend to be disposable flexible electronic endoscopes more and more. Relevant researchers at home and abroad have conducted relevant research in order to develop disposable soft electronic endoscopes that avoid cross-infection and reduce costs.
The introduction handle and the insertion part of the patent document of the disposable endoscope (publication No. CN207679418U) are made of non-metal materials, although the production cost is reduced compared with that of a reusable soft electronic endoscope, the cost of a camera module arranged in the insertion part is high, and the disposable endoscope cannot be used in a true sense after being discarded in one operation; the patent document "disposable electronic endoscope" (publication No. CN106821286A) introduced a disposable electronic endoscope composed of an endoscope main body and a disposable scope body, and although the problems of cross infection and low disposal cost were solved, there were several problems: (1) the insertion part is internally provided with 1 working cavity channel, 2 light guide channels and 1 flexible tube channel for accommodating the camera module, the structure is complex, the operation is complicated, and the 4 channels cause the working diameter of the insertion part to be far more than 3mm, so that the insertion part cannot be applied to a disposable superfine soft electronic endoscope; (2) the connection port on the endoscope main body is matched with the disposable endoscope body in a transition fit mode, a positioning device is not arranged, a doctor is difficult to find the correct operation direction of the photographing module at the tip part of the disposable endoscope body during operation, and the transition fit is unreliable due to looseness caused by abrasion after long-time use; (3) the disposable endoscope protective cover is optical glass with a film coated with a certain thickness, is arranged in the tip part, reduces the field angle of the camera module and influences the visual field of an operation image.
