The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are illustrative and intended to be illustrative of the invention and are not to be construed as limiting the invention.
The following disclosure provides many different embodiments, or examples, for implementing different features of the invention. To simplify the disclosure of the present invention, the components and arrangements of specific examples are described below. Of course, they are merely examples and are not intended to limit the present invention. Furthermore, the present invention may repeat reference numerals and/or letters in the various examples. This repetition is for the purpose of simplicity and clarity and does not in itself dictate a relationship between the various embodiments and/or configurations discussed. In addition, the present invention provides examples of various specific processes and materials, but one of ordinary skill in the art may recognize the applicability of other processes and/or the use of other materials.
Referring to fig. 1 to 23, an upright type cleaner 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the upright type vacuum cleaner 100 includes a body assembly 1, a handle assembly 2, a floor brush assembly 3, a separating apparatus 4, a dirt cup assembly 5, a suction apparatus 6, and a water tank assembly 7.
As shown in fig. 1-4, the body assembly 1 has a distal end 112 and a proximal end 111 at both ends of its length, the handle assembly 2 is disposed at the proximal end 111 and is worn by a user, the floor brush assembly 3 is disposed at the distal end 112 and has a suction port 31, the separating apparatus 4 is used for separating dirt from a sucked fluid (here, "the sucked fluid" may be a fluid sucked by the suction port 31 or a fluid sucked by an external pipe), the dirt cup assembly 5 is used for collecting the separated dirt (here, "the separated dirt" may be the dirt separated by the separating apparatus 4 or the dirt separated by other filtering apparatus), the suction apparatus 6 is used for separating the sucked fluid from the suction port 31 and conveying the separated fluid to the separating apparatus 4 (of course, the suction apparatus 6 may also be used for sucking the fluid by the external pipe and conveying the separated fluid to the separating apparatus 4), and the water tank assembly 7 is used for supplying water to the floor brush assembly 3 at proper time.
Thus, as shown in fig. 1 and 4, when the upright vacuum cleaner 100 is used, the length direction of the machine body assembly 1 is in an upright state, the proximal end 111 of the machine body assembly 1 is located above the distal end 112, so that a user can grasp the handle assembly 2 arranged at the proximal end 111 to push the upright vacuum cleaner 100 to move integrally, and the floor brush assembly 3 arranged at the distal end 112 can clean the surface to be cleaned on the floor.
As shown in fig. 1-3, when the upright vacuum cleaner 100 is in operation, the suction device 6 generates suction force, dirt near the floor brush assembly 3 enters the floor brush assembly 3 through the suction opening 31 in a fluid form along with air and the like under the action of the suction force, moves to the separating device 4 for separation under the action of the suction force, clean airflow separated by the separating device 4 continues to flow to the suction device 6 under the action of the suction force and is discharged out of the upright vacuum cleaner 100 through the suction device 6, and the dirt separated by the separating device 4 can enter the dust cup assembly 5 for collection, so that a user can clean the dust cup assembly 5 according to needs.
In order to better satisfy the practical requirements and improve the cleaning effect, as shown in fig. 1, the upright vacuum cleaner 100 may be a wet and dry vacuum cleaner, in which case, the upright vacuum cleaner 100 is further provided with a water tank assembly 7, and the water tank assembly 7 may supply water to the floor brush assembly 3 as appropriate according to the needs of a user, so that the floor brush assembly 3 sprays water to the surface to be cleaned (e.g., the floor) and/or to the rolling brush 34 in the floor brush assembly 3 (e.g., the rolling brush 34 through the external first water spray nozzle 381 shown in fig. 3), so that more dirt can be locked by water drops, and the dirt can be more effectively sucked into the upright vacuum cleaner 100 in the form of fluid along with air, water flow and the like, thereby achieving better dust collection and cleaning effects.
Here, it should be noted that the installation positions of the suction device 6, the separating device 4, the dirt cup assembly 5 and the water tank assembly 7 can be specifically set according to actual requirements so as to better meet different actual requirements. For example: the suction device 6 can be arranged in the dust cup component 5 or the machine body component 1; the separating device 4 can be arranged in the dust cup component 5 or the machine body component 1; the dust cup component 5 can be arranged on the machine body component 1 or the floor brush component 3; the water tank assembly 7 may be mounted on the body assembly 1 or on the floor brush assembly 3.
In addition, it is understood that the concepts of "upright cleaner" and "wet and dry cleaner" are well known to those skilled in the art and will not be described in detail herein. In addition, for those skilled in the art, the embodiment of controlling the water tank assembly 7 of the wet and dry dual-purpose vacuum cleaner to supply water to the floor brush assembly 3 at appropriate time can be set by themselves according to specific situations, and therefore, will not be described in detail.
An upright cleaner 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention will now be described by way of example of various embodiments. It should be noted, however, that the specific features, structures, materials or characteristics described in the following embodiments are not limited to the corresponding embodiments, that is, different embodiments or examples and features of different embodiments or examples described in the specification can be combined and combined by a person skilled in the art without contradiction, and all of them fall into the protection scope of the present invention. Also, while embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: various changes, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made to the embodiments without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, the scope of which is defined by the claims and their equivalents.
Next, an upright cleaner 100 according to a specific embodiment of the first aspect of the present invention will be described.
As shown in fig. 1 and 4, in the present embodiment, the water tank assembly 7 is disposed between the distal end 112 and the proximal end 111, with the length centerline 20 of the handle assembly 2 passing through the water tank assembly 7. Here, it should be noted that the term "length centerline" herein refers to: a central axis extending in the length direction, "central axis" means: when the center line is a straight line, the center line is the central axis, and when the center line is a non-straight line, the straight line where a plurality of points are located on the center line is the central axis.
Thus, the center of gravity of the whole machine can be optimized, so that when the water tank assembly 7 is filled with water to make it heavy, it does not cause the user to feel too heavy when manipulating the handle assembly 2 because it falls on the length center line 20 of the handle assembly 2, thereby allowing the user to more easily operate the upright type cleaner 100. Moreover, by positioning the tank assembly 7 between the proximal end 111 and the distal end 112, the tank assembly 7 may not be located far from the handle assembly 2, thereby allowing a user to conveniently access the tank assembly 7 without having to bend down.
Additionally, it should be noted that in other embodiments of the present invention, the length centerline 20 of the handle assembly 2 may not pass through the tank assembly 7.
In some preferred examples of the present embodiment, referring to FIG. 1, the length centerline 20 of the handle assembly 2 passes through the center of gravity of the tank assembly 7. Thus, the center of gravity of the whole machine can be further optimized, so that when the water tank assembly 7 is filled with water to make it heavy, since the center of gravity thereof falls on the length center line 20 of the handle assembly 2, it does not cause the user to feel heavy when manipulating the handle assembly 2, and thus the user can operate the upright type dust collector 100 more easily.
In some preferred examples of the present embodiment, referring to FIG. 1, the length centerline 20 of the handle assembly 2 coincides with the length centerline 70 of the tank assembly 7. Thus, the center of gravity of the whole machine can be further optimized, so that when the water tank assembly 7 is filled with water to make it heavy, since the length center line 70 thereof falls on the length center line 20 of the handle assembly 2, it does not cause the user to feel heavy when manipulating the handle assembly 2, thereby allowing the user to operate the upright type vacuum cleaner 100 more easily.
In some preferred examples of the present embodiment, referring to fig. 1 and 4, a side end surface of the water tank assembly 7 adjacent to the proximal end 111 is a water tank first end surface 711 (e.g., an upper end surface of the water tank assembly 7 shown in fig. 1), and at least a portion of the water tank first end surface 711 is hidden by the body assembly 1, that is, the water tank first end surface 711 may be completely or partially hidden by the body assembly 1 without being exposed. From this, explain that organism subassembly 1 can protect the first terminal surface 711 of water tank, avoid the first terminal surface 711 of water tank to be collided with the damage, explain moreover that the projected coincidence degree of water tank subassembly 7 and organism subassembly 1 along the length direction of organism subassembly 1 is higher, further optimize the focus position of water tank subassembly 7 for the user can operate vertical dust catcher 100 more easily.
Preferably, as shown in FIG. 1, the length centerline 20 of the handle assembly 2 passes through the tank first end 711. Thus, the center of gravity of the whole machine can be optimized, so that when the water tank assembly 7 is filled with water to make it heavy, since the water tank first end surface 711 falls on the length center line 20 of the handle assembly 2, it does not cause the user to feel too heavy when manipulating the handle assembly 2, and thus the user can operate the upright type vacuum cleaner 100 more easily.
In some preferred examples of the present embodiment, referring to fig. 1 and 4, a side end surface of the water tank assembly 7 adjacent to the distal end 112 is a water tank second end surface 712 (e.g., a lower end surface of the water tank assembly 7 shown in fig. 1), and at least a portion of the water tank second end surface 712 is hidden by the body assembly 1. That is, the water tank second end surface 712 may be completely or partially hidden by the body assembly 1 without being exposed. From this, it explains that body component 1 can protect water tank second terminal surface 712, avoids water tank second terminal surface 712 to be collided with and damaged, explains that the projected coincidence degree of water tank subassembly 7 and body component 1 along the length direction of body component 1 is higher moreover, further optimizes the focus position of water tank subassembly 7 for the user can operate vertical dust catcher 100 more easily.
Preferably, as shown in FIG. 1, the length centerline 20 of the handle assembly 2 passes through the tank second end 712. Thus, the center of gravity of the whole machine can be optimized, so that, when the tank assembly 7 is filled with water to make it heavy, since the tank second end surface 712 falls on the length center line 20 of the handle assembly 2, it does not cause the user to feel heavy when manipulating the handle assembly 2, and thus the user can operate the upright type cleaner 100 more easily.
In some preferred examples of the present embodiment, referring to fig. 1 and 2, the upright type cleaner 100 further includes: and the air inlet pipe assembly 8, the air inlet pipe assembly 8 is communicated between the floor brush assembly 3 and the separating device 4 so as to separate the fluid sucked from the suction port 31 to the separating device 4, and a part of the axis 80 of the air inlet pipe assembly 8 is coincided with at least one of the length center line 70 of the water tank assembly 7 and the length center line 20 of the handle assembly 2. That is, a portion of the axis 80 of the air inlet conduit assembly 8 may only coincide with the length centerline 70 of the water tank assembly 7, a portion of the axis 80 of the air inlet conduit assembly 8 may also only coincide with the length centerline 20 of the handle assembly 2, and when the length centerline 70 of the water tank assembly 7 coincides with the length centerline 20 of the handle assembly 2, a portion of the axis 80 of the air inlet conduit assembly 8 may also coincide with both the length centerline 70 of the water tank assembly 7 and the length centerline 20 of the handle assembly 2. Thus, the center of gravity of the entire machine can be optimized, so that the user can more easily operate the upright type cleaner 100.
In some preferred examples of this embodiment, the length centerline 50 of the dirt cup assembly 5 is parallel to at least one of the length centerline 70 of the water tank assembly 7 and the length centerline 20 of the handle assembly 2. That is, the length centerline 50 of the dirt cup assembly 5 may be parallel to only the length centerline 70 of the water tank assembly 7, the length centerline 50 of the dirt cup assembly 5 may be parallel to only the length centerline 20 of the handle assembly 2, and when the length centerline 70 of the water tank assembly 7 is parallel to or coincides with the length centerline 20 of the handle assembly 2, the length centerline 50 of the dirt cup assembly 5 may also be parallel to both the length centerline 70 of the water tank assembly 7 and the length centerline 20 of the handle assembly 2. Thus, the center of gravity of the entire machine can be optimized, so that the user can more easily operate the upright type cleaner 100.
In some preferred examples of this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, at least part of the separating apparatus 4 is integrated within the dirt cup assembly 5. Thus, the center of gravity of the whole machine can be further optimized, so that the user can operate the upright type cleaner 100 more easily. Here, it should be noted that the term "separation device" herein means: there are many possible types of devices for separating the fluid stream from dirt, including, for example, cyclonic separators 41, HEPA 42 and the like as described below.
In some preferred examples of the present embodiment, referring to fig. 1 and 4, a side end surface of the dirt cup assembly 5 adjacent to the proximal end 111 is a dirt cup first end surface 511 (e.g., an upper end surface of the dirt cup assembly 5 shown in fig. 1), a side end surface of the water tank assembly 7 adjacent to the distal end 112 is a water tank second end surface 712 (e.g., a lower end surface of the water tank assembly 7 shown in fig. 1), and the dirt cup first end surface 511 is located on a side of the water tank second end surface 712 adjacent to the proximal end 111 (e.g., an upper end surface of the dirt cup assembly 5 shown in fig. 1 is located above the lower end surface of the water tank assembly 7). Thus, the center of gravity of the entire machine can be optimized, so that the user can more easily operate the upright type cleaner 100. Moreover, the dirt cup assembly 5 is disposed relatively close to the handle assembly 2, thereby facilitating the user to observe and disassemble the dirt cup assembly 5.
1), and the dirt cup first end surface 511 is located on a side of the center of gravity of the water tank assembly 7 adjacent to the proximal end 111 (e.g., an upper end surface of the dirt cup assembly 5 shown in fig. 1 is located above the center of gravity of the water tank assembly 7).
In some preferred examples of this embodiment, referring to fig. 1, 2 and 4, a side end surface of the water tank assembly 7 adjacent to the distal end 112 is a water tank second end surface 712 (e.g., a lower end surface of the water tank assembly 7 shown in fig. 1), and a common center of gravity of the dirt cup assembly 5 and at least a portion of the separating apparatus 4 (i.e., a portion of the separating apparatus 4 integrated within the dirt cup assembly 5) is located on a side of the water tank second end surface 712 adjacent to the proximal end 111 (e.g., a center of gravity of the dirt cup assembly 5 shown in fig. 1 and all components integrated therein is located above the lower end surface of the water tank assembly 7).
In summary, according to the upright vacuum cleaner 100 of the first embodiment of the present invention, compared to the existing wet and dry vacuum cleaner, the length center lines of the handle assembly 2 and the water tank assembly 7 are aligned, or a part of the axis 80 of the air inlet pipe assembly 8 and the length center lines of the handle assembly 2 and the water tank assembly 7 are aligned, so that when the user uses the upright vacuum cleaner 100, the use comfort of the user can be effectively improved, the user does not feel that the whole machine is pushed up too much, and the operation convenience is improved. Moreover, through setting up water tank set 7 in the position that is close to handle assembly 2 to convenience of customers takes water tank set 7, carries out moisturizing or cleaning work, need not to bow, squat.
Next, an upright type cleaner 100 according to an embodiment of the second aspect of the present invention will be described.
As shown in FIG. 1, the dirt cup assembly 5 has a volume equal to or greater than the volume of the water tank assembly 7. From this, it explains that dirt cup subassembly 5 has enough big volume, and the user need not often to clear up dirt (like sewage) of dirt cup subassembly 5 when using vertical dust catcher 100, and even after the water in water tank set spare 7 is whole to be used up, dirt cup subassembly 5 all need not the clearance to greatly improved user's convenience in utilization, promoted user experience.
In addition, it should be noted that in other embodiments of the present invention, the volume of the dirt cup assembly 5 may be smaller than the volume of the water tank assembly 7.
In some preferred examples of this embodiment, and with reference to figure 2, the separating apparatus 4 comprises a cyclonic separator 41 and a hypa 42 provided downstream of the cyclonic separator 41, the cyclonic separator 41 being housed within the dirt cup assembly 5, the hypa 42 being located upstream of the suction means 6. That is, the separating device 4 includes the cyclone 41 and the hypa 42 sequentially arranged along the fluid flowing direction, so that after the fluid is sucked from the suction port 31, the fluid can sequentially pass through the cyclone 41 for cyclone separation and the hypa 42 for filtration separation, and then flows to the suction device 6, so that the separation effect can be effectively improved and the dust collection effectiveness of the vertical dust collector 100 can be improved by at least two times of separation.
Therefore, the cyclone separator 41 with the dry ash separation function arranged in the dust cup component 5 can effectively avoid the problem of the obstruction of the HEPA 42 caused by the direct flow of the dry ash in the fluid to the HEPA 42. In addition, through accomodating cyclone 41 in dirt cup subassembly 5, can also improve the height that sets up of dirt cup subassembly 5 effectively to make the user need not to bow, squat just can see clearly and contact dirt cup subassembly 5, thereby the user of being convenient for observes the storage condition of foul in dirt cup subassembly 5, and the user's dismouting dirt cup subassembly 5 of being convenient for moreover clears up. Here, it is understood that the concepts and operating principles of the cyclone separator 41 (which may include a primary cyclone separator, a multi-stage cyclone separator, etc.) and the HEPA 42 (i.e., HEPA) are well known to those skilled in the art and will not be described herein in detail.
Preferably, referring to fig. 1 and 2, the dirt cup assembly 5 includes a cup housing 52 and a float 53 provided in the cup housing 52, the cyclone 41 is provided in the cup housing 52 and a fluid passage of the cyclone 41 is controlled to be communicated and blocked by the float 53, that is, the float 53 may communicate the fluid passage of the cyclone 41 and may block the fluid passage of the cyclone 41. Thus, the float 53 can be used to monitor the collection of contaminated water within the cup housing 52, and when the contaminated water within the dirt cup assembly 5 exceeds an acceptable level, the float 53 can float to stop the suction device 6 from continuing to draw in contaminated water into the cup housing 52.
Specifically, when the vertical vacuum cleaner 100 normally works, the sewage sucked by the suction port 31 can be collected in the cup shell 52, the float 53 can float up and down synchronously with the sewage in the cup shell 52, when the sewage in the cup shell 52 reaches a predetermined height, the float 53 rises to the highest position, at this time, the float 53 blocks the fluid passage of the cyclone separator 41, the fluid cannot flow to the suction device 6 through the separation device 4 any more, and therefore the suction device 6 cannot suck the fluid into the suction port 31 any more, so as to avoid the problem that the sewage enters the cup shell 52 again and overflows; when the sewage in the cup shell 52 does not rise to the predetermined height, the float 53 does not reach the highest position, and at this time, the float 53 cannot block the fluid passage of the cyclone separator 41, so that the fluid passage of the cyclone separator 41 is in a communicated state, the fluid can continuously flow to the suction device 6 through the separation device 4, and the suction device 6 can continuously suck the fluid into the suction port 31 to continuously perform dust collection operation.
In some preferred examples of the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 4, the dirt cup assembly 5 and the water tank assembly 7 are both disposed between the proximal end 111 and the distal end 112 and are disposed opposite to each other, for example, in the specific example shown in fig. 1, the dirt cup assembly 5 may be disposed on a first side portion 113 of the body assembly 1, and the water tank assembly 7 may be disposed on a second side portion 114 of the body assembly 1. Therefore, the overall layout of the vertical vacuum cleaner 100 can be optimized, so that a user can more easily push the vertical vacuum cleaner 100 to perform cleaning operation.
Preferably, referring to fig. From this, can ensure that dirt cup subassembly 5's the position that sets up is higher for the user need not to bow, squat just can see clearly and contact dirt cup subassembly 5, thereby the user of being convenient for observes the storage condition of foul in the dirt cup subassembly 5, and the user's dismouting dirt cup subassembly 5 of being convenient for moreover clears up.
Further, referring to fig. 1 and 4, the dirt cup first end surface 511 is located on a side of the center of gravity of the water tank assembly 7 adjacent the proximal end 111 (e.g., the upper end surface of the dirt cup assembly 5 shown in fig. 1 is located above the center of gravity of the water tank assembly 7). From this, can further improve the height that sets up of dirt cup subassembly 5 for the user need not to bow, squat down just can see clearly and contact dirt cup subassembly 5, thereby the user of being convenient for observes the storage condition of foul in the dirt cup subassembly 5, and the user's dismouting dirt cup subassembly 5 of being convenient for moreover clears up. Moreover, the center of gravity of the entire upright cleaner 100 can be optimized, so that the user can more easily push the upright cleaner 100 to perform a cleaning operation.
In some preferred examples of the present embodiment, referring to fig. 1, 2 and 4, the suction device 6 is integrated in the machine body assembly 1 and located on a side of the dust cup assembly 5 adjacent to the proximal end 111 (e.g., the suction device 6 shown in fig. 1 is disposed in the first side portion 113 of the machine body assembly 1 and located above the dust cup assembly 5), a side end surface of the suction device 6 adjacent to the proximal end 111 is a suction first end surface 61 (e.g., an upper end surface of the suction device 6 shown in fig. 1), a side end surface of the water tank assembly 7 adjacent to the proximal end 111 is a water tank first end surface 711 (e.g., an upper end surface of the water tank assembly 7 shown in fig. 1), and the suction first end surface 61 is located on a side of the water tank first end surface 711 adjacent to the proximal end 111 (e.g., an upper end surface of the suction device 6 shown in fig. 1 is located above the upper end surface of the water tank assembly 7).
From this, through the height that sets up that improves suction device 6, can reserve more installation space for dirt cup subassembly 5, ensure that the setting height of dirt cup subassembly 5 can further improve to make the user need not to bow, squat down just can see clearly and contact dirt cup subassembly 5, the user of being convenient for observes the storage condition of foul in dirt cup subassembly 5, and the user's dismouting dirt cup subassembly 5 of being convenient for moreover clears up. Moreover, the center of gravity of the entire upright cleaner 100 can be optimized, so that the user can more easily push the upright cleaner 100 to perform a cleaning operation.
Preferably, referring to fig. 1, 2 and 4, the center of gravity of the suction device 6 is located on a side of the tank first end surface 711 adjacent the proximal end 111 (e.g., the center of gravity of the suction device 6 shown in fig. 1 is located above the upper end surface of the tank assembly 7). From this, can further improve the height that sets up of dirt cup subassembly 5 through the height that sets up that improves suction device 6 to make the user need not to bow, squat just can see clearly and contact dirt cup subassembly 5, the user of being convenient for observes the storage condition of foul in the dirt cup subassembly 5, and the user's dismouting dirt cup subassembly 5 of being convenient for moreover clears up. Moreover, the center of gravity of the entire upright cleaner 100 can be optimized, so that the user can more easily push the upright cleaner 100 to perform a cleaning operation.
In some preferred examples of the present embodiment, referring to fig. 1-3, the floor brush assembly 3 includes a rolling brush 34 disposed at the suction opening 31, the extension direction of the length centerline 50 of the dust cup assembly 5 and the extension direction of the length centerline 20 of the handle assembly 2 are both the same as the extension direction of the length centerline 10 of the machine body assembly 1, that is, when the upright vacuum cleaner 100 is used, the machine body assembly 1 is vertically disposed, the extension direction of the length centerline 10 is vertical, at this time, the extension direction of the length centerline 50 of the dust cup assembly 5 is vertical, the extension direction of the length centerline 20 of the handle assembly 2 is vertical, however, the length centerline 50 of the dust cup assembly 5 may be parallel to the length centerline 10 of the machine body assembly 1, or may not be parallel to the length centerline 10 of the machine body assembly 1 (for example, may have an included angle within 45 °), further, the length centerline 20 of the handle assembly 2 may or may not be parallel to the length centerline 10 of the body assembly 1 (e.g., may have an included angle of up to 45 °).
As shown in fig. 1-3, the center line 30 of the roller brush 34 extending along the length direction of the machine body assembly 1 (i.e., the line passing through the axis of the roller brush 34 and extending along the length direction of the machine body assembly 1) and the length center line 20 of the handle assembly 2 are located on both sides of the length center line 50 of the dirt cup assembly 5, respectively. Therefore, the gravity center of the whole vertical vacuum cleaner 100 can be optimized, so that a user can more conveniently push the vertical vacuum cleaner 100 to perform cleaning operation. Preferably, the length centerline 20 of the handle assembly 2 coincides with the length centerline 70 of the tank assembly 7. Therefore, the gravity center of the whole vertical vacuum cleaner 100 can be further optimized, so that a user can more conveniently push the vertical vacuum cleaner 100 to perform cleaning operation.
In summary, according to the upright vacuum cleaner 100 of the second embodiment of the present invention, compared to the existing wet and dry vacuum cleaner, the cyclone 41 for separating dry dust in the dirt cup assembly 5 can ensure that the hypa 42 is not easily blocked when the suction inlet 31 sucks dry dust, and the dirt cup assembly 5 has a large enough volume to store more sewage, so that the user does not need to clean the dirt cup assembly 5 frequently during use, and the dirt cup assembly 5 is properly positioned to facilitate the user to observe the sewage level and disassemble and assemble the dirt cup assembly 5 during use.
Next, an upright type cleaner 100 according to a third embodiment of the present invention will be described.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 4, in the present embodiment, the body assembly 1 has a first side portion 113 and a second side portion 114 located between the proximal end 111 and the distal end 112 and disposed opposite to each other, the dirt cup assembly 5 is disposed on the first side portion 113, the water tank assembly 7 is disposed on the second side portion 114, the body assembly 1 has an air outlet 121, the suction device 6 exhausts air through the air outlet 121, and at least a portion of the air outlet 121 is located between the water tank assembly 7 and the dirt cup assembly 5, that is, at least a portion of the air flow exhausted by the suction device 6 is exhausted in a region between the dirt cup assembly 5 and the water tank assembly 7, that is, at least a portion of the air flow exhausted by the suction device 6 is exhausted in a region between the first side portion 113 and the second side portion 114 (i.e., the left side portion 115 and the right side portion 116) of the body assembly 1.
Therefore, the problem that the suction device 6 exhausts only at the near end 111 or the far end 112 of the machine body assembly 1 can be effectively avoided, specifically, on one hand, the problem that the exhaust air is close to the handle assembly 2 and the user experience is reduced due to the fact that the suction device 6 exhausts air concentrated at the near end 111 of the machine body assembly 1 can be avoided, and on the other hand, the problem that the exhaust air is close to the floor brush assembly 3 and the dust on the surface to be cleaned (such as the ground) is blown away and the dust collection effect is affected due to the fact that the suction device 6 exhausts air concentrated at the far end 112 of the machine body assembly 1 and the exhaust air is close to the floor brush assembly 3 can be avoided.
Thus, according to the upright type vacuum cleaner 100 of the present embodiment, by disposing at least a portion of the air outlet 121 between the dirt cup assembly 5 and the water tank assembly 7, the air exhaust area of the suction device 6 can be effectively dispersed, the air exhaust is kept away from the handle assembly 2 and the floor brush assembly 3, and the user experience and the dust collection effect are effectively improved.
In addition, it should be noted that, in other embodiments of the present invention, the air outlet 121 may not be disposed between the water tank assembly 7 and the dirt cup assembly 5. Moreover, in other embodiments of the present invention, the arrangement of the water tank assembly 7 and the dirt cup assembly 5 is not limited thereto.
In some preferred examples of the present embodiment, referring to fig. 1, 2 and 4, the body assembly 1 has the air intake opening 122, the air discharge opening 121 includes a hot air discharge opening 1211 and a cold air discharge opening 1212, and the suction device 6 is configured to discharge the fluid sucked in from the air intake opening 31 through the cold air discharge opening 1212 (a path from B1 to BX as indicated by a broken-line arrow in fig. 5), and to discharge the fluid sucked in through the air intake opening 122 through the hot air discharge opening 1211 (a path from a1 to AX as indicated by a solid-line arrow in fig. 5). That is, the suction device 6 sucks the fluid through the suction port 31, conveys the fluid sucked through the suction port 31 to the separation device 4 for separation, and then discharges the clean air separated by the separation device 4 through the cool air discharge port 1212; the suction device 6 sucks the fluid through the air inlet 122, cools the sucked fluid by exchanging heat with the fluid, and discharges the hot air after exchanging heat through the hot air outlet 1211.
From this, suction device 6 not only can play the effect of the dust absorption through sunction inlet 31, can also induced draft through air intake 122 for self cooling's effect to avoid its temperature rise too high effectively, improve the reliability of its work, in addition, through setting up air exit 121 into being used for discharging the above-mentioned two air currents's of special cold air exhaust 1212 and hot-blast air exhaust 1211, thereby can disperse cold air current and hot gas flow and open, and then can reduce the noise effectively, promote user experience.
In some specific examples of the present invention, in order to ensure that the suction device 6 may be configured to "discharge the fluid sucked through the suction port 31 through the cool air discharge port 1212 and discharge the fluid sucked through the intake port 122 through the hot air discharge port 1211", the suction device 6 may be configured as follows.
Referring to fig. 2, and in conjunction with fig. 5-7, the suction device 6 may include a cover 62 and a working member 63, the cover 62 (which may include the upper cover 621 and the lower cover 622 shown in fig. 5) has a first inlet 6211, a second inlet 6212, a first outlet 6213, and a second outlet 6214 thereon, the first inlet 6211 is in communication (referred to herein as indirect communication) with the suction port 31, the second inlet 6212 is in communication with the air intake 122, the first outlet 6213 is in communication with the cold air exhaust port 1212, the second outlet 6214 is in communication with the hot air exhaust port 1211, the cover 62 defines a housing cavity 622, a first flow passage 6231, and a second flow passage 6232, the first flow passage 6231 and the second flow passage 6232 are both disposed at the periphery of the housing cavity 622 and are isolated from each other, the first flow passage 6231 is in communication with the first outlet 6213, and the second flow passage 6232 is in communication with the second outlet 6214.
Referring to fig. 2 in conjunction with fig. 5-7, the working member 63 includes a motor 631, a first impeller 632, and a second impeller 633, the working member 63 is disposed within the housing cavity 622, a seal 634 is disposed between the working member 63 and an inner wall of the housing cavity 622, the seal 634 separates a space between the working member 63 and the housing cavity 622 into a first housing cavity 6221 and a second housing cavity 6222, the first impeller 632 is disposed within the first housing cavity 6221, the second impeller 633 and the motor 631 are disposed within the second housing cavity 6222, the first housing cavity 6221 is communicated between the first inlet 6211 and the first flow passage 6231, and the second housing cavity 6222 is communicated between the second inlet 6212 and the second flow passage 6232.
Thus, when the suction device 6 is operated, the motor 631 drives the first impeller 632 and the second impeller 633 to rotate, on one hand, the suction port 31 can suck the fluid by the suction force generated by the first impeller 632, the fluid flows through the separation device 4, is separated, enters the first accommodating chamber 6221 through the first inlet 6211 and contacts the first impeller 632, the first impeller 632 can throw and separate moisture in the fluid, and simultaneously, the dehydrated air flow enters the first flow passage 6231, and the fluid entering the first flow passage 6231 is discharged from the cold air outlet 1212 through the first outlet 6213 (refer to a path from B1 to B9 shown by a dotted arrow in fig. 5 and a path from B1 to B7 shown by a dotted arrow in fig. 6).
On the other hand, under the action of the suction force generated by the second impeller 633, the air inlet 122 can suck fluid, the fluid enters the second accommodating chamber 6222 through the second inlet 6212 to contact with the second impeller 633 and the motor 631, the fluid exchanges heat with the motor 631 to cool the motor 631, hot air generated after the heat exchange enters the second flow passage 6232, and the fluid entering the second flow passage 6232 is discharged from the hot air outlet 1211 through the second outlet 6214 (refer to a path from a1 to a5 shown by a solid arrow in fig. 5 and a path from a1 to A3 shown by a solid arrow in fig. 6). Thereby, it is possible to reliably and effectively ensure that the suction device 6 is configured to "discharge the fluid sucked in from the suction port 31 through the cold air discharge port 1212 and discharge the fluid sucked in through the air intake port 122 through the hot air discharge port 1211".
Of course, the invention is not limited thereto, but the suction device 6 can also be constructed in other ways to ensure that it can fulfil the above-mentioned functions. In addition, it should be noted that the distribution positions of the first accommodating chamber 6221, the second accommodating chamber 6222, the first flow passage 6231 and the second flow passage 6232 are not limited, and for example, the first flow passage 6231 and the second flow passage 6232 may be distributed in the manner shown in the figure, and the first flow passage 6231 and the second flow passage 6232 are respectively provided as a spiral cylindrical extending flow passage to prolong the gas flow path, and enhance the gas-liquid separation effect and the cooling effect; moreover, the number and distribution of the first inlet 6211, the second inlet 6212, the first outlet 6213 and the second outlet 6214 are not limited; in addition, the types and the air outlet manners of the first impeller 632 and the second impeller 633 are not limited, for example, in the specific example shown in fig. 7, the first impeller 632 may be a centrifugal impeller, the first impeller 632 may have a plurality of circumferential air outlets 6320 to uniformly discharge air in the circumferential direction of the motor 631, so that the dewatering effect of the first impeller on the fluid may be improved, and the second impeller 633 may be an axial-flow impeller and has an axial air outlet 6330, so that the cooling effect of the second impeller on the motor 631 may be improved.
In some preferred examples of the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 4, the hot air exhaust port 1211 is located between the water tank assembly 7 and the dust cup assembly 5. Therefore, the problem that the suction device 6 discharges hot air only at the near end 111 or the far end 112 of the machine body assembly 1 can be effectively avoided, specifically, on one hand, the problem that the user experiences discomfort due to the fact that the suction device 6 discharges hot air intensively at the near end 111 of the machine body assembly 1 and the discharged hot air is close to the handle assembly 2 can be avoided, and on the other hand, the problem that the dust suction effect is affected due to the fact that the hot air is discharged intensively at the far end 112 of the machine body assembly 1 and the discharged hot air is close to the ground brush assembly 3 and blows away dust on the surface to be cleaned (such as the ground).
In some preferred examples of the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 4, the hot air exhaust port 1211 is disposed farther from the handle assembly 2 than the cool air exhaust port 1212, that is, a distance between the hot air exhaust port 1211 and the handle assembly 2 is greater than a distance between the cool air exhaust port 1212 and the handle assembly 2. Therefore, the problem that the exhausted hot wind directly blows the hands of the user can be prevented, and the user experience is improved.
In some preferred examples of the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 4, at least one of the hot air exhaust opening 1211 and the cold air exhaust opening 1212 is distributed on both sides between the water tank assembly 7 and the dust cup assembly 5, i.e., at least one of the hot air exhaust opening 1211 and the cold air exhaust opening 1212 is distributed on the left side portion 115 and the right side portion 116 of the body assembly 1. This can further improve the air discharge effect and improve the appearance of the upright vacuum cleaner 100.
In some preferred examples of the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, the first side portion 113 includes a first portion 1131 adjacent to the proximal end 111 and a second portion 1132 adjacent to the distal end 112, the suction device 6 is integrated in the first portion 1131, and the dirt cup assembly 5 is disposed outside the second portion 1132 and opposite to the first portion 1131 in a length direction of the body assembly 1 (opposite in an up-down direction as shown in fig. 1), that is, the first portion 1131 can shield a side end surface of the dirt cup assembly 5 close to the first portion 1131 (an upper end surface of the dirt cup assembly 5 as shown in fig. 1). Therefore, the vertical dust collector 100 is more compact in overall structure, more reasonable and more attractive in layout, and a user can take down the dust cup assembly 5 for cleaning more conveniently and easily.
In some preferred examples of the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the hot wind discharge ports 1211 are distributed at both sides between the second portion 1132 and the second side portion 114. Thereby, the hot air flow discharged from the suction device 6 can be effectively dispersed and prevented from blowing to the user's hand.
In some preferred examples of the present embodiment, the air inlet 122 is formed on a side surface of the first portion 1131 away from the second portion 1132 (e.g., on an upper surface of the first portion 1131 shown in fig. 4). Therefore, the cleanliness of the inlet air can be improved, the air flow for cooling the suction device 6 is prevented from polluting the suction device 6, and the air inlet 122 can be far away from the hot air outlet 1211, so that the air flow path for exchanging heat with the suction device 6 can be prolonged, and the cooling effect on the suction device 6 is improved.
In some preferred examples of the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the cool air exhaust ports 1212 are distributed on both sides between the first portion 1131 and the second side 114. Therefore, the cold air flow discharged by the suction device 6 can be effectively dispersed, the structural layout and the processing are convenient, and the exhaust noise can be effectively reduced.
In some preferred examples of this embodiment, as shown in figures 1, 2, 4 and 8, the separating apparatus 4 is integrated into the dirt cup assembly 5, and the first portion 1131 has a vent 123 on a side surface thereof facing the dirt cup assembly 5 (e.g., a lower surface of the first portion 1131 as shown in figure 4), and fluid separated by the separating apparatus 4 flows through the vent 123 toward the suction apparatus 6. Therefore, the processing and the layout are convenient, and the dust collection efficiency can be improved.
Referring to fig. 1 to 8, the operation of an exemplary upright cleaner 100 of this embodiment will be briefly described. Specifically, when the suction device 6 is operated, the fluid is sucked into the suction port 31 and enters the separating device 4 in the dust cup assembly 5 for separation, the separated clean airflow upwards enters the machine body assembly 1 through the ventilation opening 123 and enters the suction device 6, the moisture in the fluid is thrown out by the first impeller 632 of the suction device 6, the airflow with the moisture thrown out enters the first flow passage 6231 and then is discharged from the cold air exhaust ports 1212 on both sides of the first portion 1131, meanwhile, the airflow outside the machine body assembly 1 enters the working part 63 of the suction device 6 through the air inlet 122, becomes a hot airflow after exchanging heat with the motor 631, then enters the second flow passage 6232 and then flows out from the hot air exhaust ports 1211 on both sides of the second portion 1132. From this, through setting up the double flow way, can separate cold and hot air current to be favorable to reducing the air current velocity of flow, reduce the complete machine noise, promote user experience.
Of course, the present invention is not limited thereto, and in other specific examples of the embodiment, the numbers and the arrangement positions of the hot air exhaust 1211, the cold air exhaust 1212 and the air inlet 122 may be specifically arranged according to actual requirements, so as to better meet different actual requirements.
In summary, according to the upright vacuum cleaner 100 of the third embodiment of the present invention, compared to the existing wet and dry vacuum cleaner, two air outlets, namely the hot air outlet 1211 and the cold air outlet 1212, are provided to disperse and discharge two air flows of cold and hot air, and at least a portion of at least one of the cold air outlet 1212 and the hot air outlet 1211 is disposed between the dust cup assembly 5 and the water tank assembly 7, so that the air discharged from the air outlet 121 can be far away from the proximal end 111 and the distal end 112, thereby improving the user experience and the dust collection effect, and the hot air outlet 1211 is preferably disposed at a position far away from the handle assembly 2, thereby avoiding discomfort and potential safety hazard caused by directly blowing hot air to the user's hand, and further, due to the arrangement of the plurality of air outlets, the air discharge noise can be effectively reduced, and the user experience can be improved.
Next, an upright type cleaner 100 according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention will be described.
Here, it should be noted that the upright vacuum cleaner 100 described in the present embodiment is not limited to the wet and dry vacuum cleaner of the above embodiment, and may include the water tank assembly 7 or may not include the water tank assembly 7.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3 and 8, the upright type vacuum cleaner 100 further includes an air inlet pipe assembly 8, both ends of the air inlet pipe assembly 8 are respectively communicated between the floor brush assembly 3 and the separating apparatus 4 to supply the fluid sucked in the suction port 31 to the separating apparatus 4 for separation, wherein at least one end of the air inlet pipe assembly 8 is detachable. That is to say, the two ends of the air inlet pipe assembly 8 are respectively a first end and a second end, wherein the first end of the air inlet pipe assembly 8 is communicated with the suction port 31 of the floor brush assembly 3, and the second end of the air inlet pipe assembly 8 is communicated with the separating device 4, so that the air inlet pipe assembly 8 can supply the fluid sucked in by the suction port 31 to the separating device 4 for separation, and at least one of the first end and the second end of the air inlet pipe assembly 8 can be detached from the part where the air inlet pipe assembly is installed, so as to ensure that a user can contact the inside of the air inlet pipe assembly 8, and the air inlet pipe assembly 8 can be cleaned as required.
In order to communicate the first end of the air intake pipe assembly 8 with the suction port 31, the first end of the air intake pipe assembly 8 may be installed at a suitable position, for example, the first end of the air intake pipe assembly 8 may be directly installed at a position on the floor brush assembly 3 that may be communicated with the suction port 31, at this time, the first end may be detachably connected to the floor brush assembly 3 in a non-fixed manner, for example, the first end of the air intake pipe assembly 8 may also be installed at a position on the body assembly 1 that may be communicated with the suction port 31, at this time, the first end may be detachably connected to the body assembly 1 in a non-fixed manner, of course, the installation position of the first end of the air intake pipe assembly 8 is not limited thereto, and may be specifically set as needed as long as it may be communicated with the suction port 31, and details are not described herein.
Meanwhile, in order to achieve that the second end of the air inlet pipe assembly 8 is communicated with the separating device 4, an appropriate position may be selected to mount the second end of the air inlet pipe assembly 8, for example, the second end of the air inlet pipe assembly 8 may be directly mounted on the machine body assembly 1 at a position capable of being communicated with the separating device 4, at this time, the second end may be detachably connected with the machine body assembly 1 in a non-fixed manner, and for example, the second end of the air inlet pipe assembly 8 may also be mounted on the dust cup assembly 5 at a position capable of being communicated with the suction port 31, at this time, the second end may be detachably connected with the dust cup assembly 5 in a non-fixed manner, of course, the mounting position of the second end of the air inlet pipe assembly 8 is not limited thereto, and may be specifically set as required as long as it can be communicated with the separating device 4, and details thereof are not described herein.
Therefore, according to the vertical vacuum cleaner 100 of the present embodiment, the user can detach the detachable end of the air inlet pipe assembly 8 as required to clean dirt such as sewage in the air inlet pipe assembly 8, thereby improving the overall cleaning performance and user experience of the vertical vacuum cleaner 100.
Here, in another embodiment of the present invention, the upright vacuum cleaner 100 may not include the air inlet pipe assembly 8, and in this case, the floor brush assembly 3 may directly communicate with the machine body assembly 1 through a pipe joint provided in each.
In some preferred examples of the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 9, the air intake duct assembly 8 includes a hose 81 and a floor brush connector 83 (corresponding to the above first end of the air intake duct assembly 8) and a body connector 82 (corresponding to the above second end of the air intake duct assembly 8) at both ends of the hose 81, the floor brush connector 83 is detachably connected to the floor brush assembly 3 to communicate the suction port 31 with the hose 81, and the body connector 82 is detachably connected to the body assembly 1 to communicate the hose 81 with the separating apparatus 4. From this explanation, the both ends of air inlet pipe subassembly 8 set up respectively into detachable construction for the user can get off air inlet pipe subassembly 8 is whole dismantlement as required, in order to conveniently carry out more thorough cleanness, thereby improve the holistic clean effect of vertical dust catcher 100 and user experience. The material of the hose 81 is not limited, and may be, for example, a plastic material, a metal material, a soft rubber material, or the like.
In some preferred examples of this embodiment, as shown in fig. 9, the body component 1 has a connector 13, the body connector 82 is rotatably sleeved on the hose 81 and is screwed with the connector 13, that is, one of the connector 13 and the body connector 82 has an internal thread and the other has an external thread, a member having an external thread (e.g., the body connector 82) extends into a member having an internal thread (e.g., the connector 13), and then the body connector 82 is screwed to connect the two members. Therefore, when the floor brush connecting piece 83 and the floor brush component 3 are in a connecting state and the machine body connecting piece 82 needs to be detached from the machine body component 1 or the machine body connecting piece 82 needs to be installed on the machine body component 1, the hose 81 cannot rotate along with the machine body connecting piece 82, the problem that the hose 81 is distorted and deformed or even damaged is avoided, and the service life of the hose 81 is prolonged.
In some preferred examples of the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 9-11, the floor brush connecting member 83 includes a connecting member body 831 and a first locking member 832, the floor brush assembly 3 has a bottom-opened mating cavity 35 and a second locking member 36, the connecting member body 831 is embedded in the mating cavity 35, and the first locking member 832 is movably connected with the connecting member body 831 to be movable between a locking position where it is locked with the second locking member 36 and an unlocking position where it is disengaged from the second locking member 36.
Thus, after the connecting member body 831 is embedded in the mating cavity 35, when the first locking member 832 is moved to the locking position, the first locking member 832 is locked and mated with the second locking member 36, and the connecting member body 831 can be locked in the mating cavity 35 and cannot be taken out of the connecting member body 831 from the mating cavity 35; when the first locking element 832 is moved to the unlocking position, the first locking element 832 is disengaged from the second locking element 36, the connecting element body 831 is no longer locked, and the connecting element body 831 can be removed from the mating cavity 35. Therefore, the arrangement position of the floor brush connecting piece 83 is hidden, the integral aesthetic degree of the vertical dust collector 100 can be improved, and the floor brush component 3 and the air inlet pipe component 8 are easy to assemble and convenient to disassemble and assemble by a user.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 9-11, the connecting member body 831 has a sliding rail 8311 thereon, the first locking member 832 slides in cooperation with the sliding rail 8311 and has a locking pin 8321, and the second locking member 36 has a locking hole 361 formed thereon for the locking pin 8321 to extend into to achieve locking. Thus, the first latching member 832 can be simply, conveniently and reliably operated to move between the latching position and the unlocking position, and the first latching member 832 and the second latching member 36 can be effectively locked and unlocked. Of course, the present invention is not limited thereto, and the structures of the first and second locking parts 832 and 36 are not limited thereto, and the unlocking and locking manners are not limited thereto, for example, the first locking part 832 may be configured as a catch hinge-coupled with the connector body 831, the second locking part 36 may be configured as a catch, and the catch may be snap-fitted.
In some preferred examples of this embodiment, as shown in fig. 11-12, the sliding track 8311 has a first limit structure 8312 thereon, and the first locking member 832 has a second limit structure 8322 thereon, wherein the second limit structure 8322 is in limit fit with the first limit structure 8312 when the first locking member 832 moves to the locking position. Therefore, through the limit matching of the first limit structure 8312 and the second limit structure 8322, the reliability of the locking matching of the first locking piece 832 and the second locking piece 36 can be improved, the problem that the air inlet pipe assembly 8 and the floor brush assembly 3 are separated and fall off due to the fact that the first locking piece 832 and the second locking piece 36 are automatically unlocked is avoided, and the reliability of dust collection is improved.
Further, as shown in fig. 11-12, the sliding track 8311 has a third limit structure 8313 thereon, and when the first lock member 832 moves to the unlocking position, the second limit structure 8322 is in limit fit with the third limit structure 8313. Therefore, the reliability that the first locking piece 832 is separated from the second locking piece 36 can be improved through the limit matching of the second limiting structure 8322 and the third limiting structure 8313, and the problem that the first locking piece 832 swings back and forth to cause noise and the like is avoided.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 11-12, the first limit structure 8312 and the third limit structure 8313 are both limit grooves, and the second limit structure 8322 is a limit protrusion, wherein the limit protrusion has a guide surface 8323 for facilitating the limit protrusion to slide into and out of the limit groove. Therefore, the second limiting structure 8322 is conveniently matched with and separated from the first limiting structure 8312 and the third limiting structure 8313 in a limiting mode, and convenience and reliability of unlocking and locking are improved.
In some preferred examples of the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 3 and 9, the floor brush assembly 3 has a roller brush accommodating chamber 37 (i.e., a chamber for accommodating the roller brush 34) communicating with the fitting chamber 35, the bottom of the roller brush accommodating chamber 37 is open to define the suction port 31, and the floor brush connecting member 83 has a suction passage 8310 therein for communicating the roller brush accommodating chamber 37 with the hose 81, so that the suction port 31 can communicate with the hose 81 through the suction passage 8310. Therefore, the air inlet pipe assembly 8 and the floor brush assembly 3 are ingenious and simple in structure, convenient to process and assemble, capable of reliably and effectively achieving fluid communication, and compact, small and attractive in connection structure of the air inlet pipe assembly 8 and the floor brush assembly 3. Of course, the present invention is not limited thereto, and the communication between the suction port 31 and the hose 81 may be realized by other means, for example, an external connection pipeline may also be used to realize the communication therebetween.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 3 and 9, the fitting cavity 35 is provided at one side of the roller brush accommodating cavity 37, and the cross-sectional area of the fitting cavity 35 gradually decreases in a direction from the roller brush accommodating cavity 37 to the fitting cavity 35 (a front-to-rear direction as shown in fig. 3), that is, the width of the fitting cavity 35 in a direction perpendicular to the direction from the mounting cavity of the roller brush 34 to the fitting cavity 35 (a width in the left-to-right direction as shown in fig. 9 is a front-to-rear direction) gradually decreases. From this, can realize the natural screens, further avoid the in-process that scrubbing brush subassembly 3 marchd on clean surface, the problem that the scrubbing brush connecting piece 83 deviates from in the cooperation chamber 35 prevents that scrubbing brush connecting piece 83 from separating with scrubbing brush subassembly 3, improves scrubbing brush subassembly 3 and air intake pipe subassembly 8's connection reliability to improve vertical dust catcher 100's dust absorption reliability.
In some preferred examples of the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 9, the bottom of the floor brush attachment 83 has a blade mounting groove for mounting the blade 84 and provided adjacent to the suction port 31. Thus, the wiper blade 84 is shown connected to the air inlet manifold assembly 8 such that the air inlet manifold assembly 8 may be skillfully utilized as a removable structure to also facilitate cleaning, maintenance and replacement of the wiper blade 84.
In summary, according to the upright vacuum cleaner 100 of the fourth embodiment of the present invention, compared to the existing wet and dry vacuum cleaner, by configuring at least one end of the air inlet pipe assembly 8 as a detachable structure, the user can detach the detachable end of the air inlet pipe assembly 8 from the connecting portion as required, so as to clean up dirt in the air inlet pipe assembly 8 in time, thereby improving performance and user experience of the upright vacuum cleaner 100.
Next, an upright type cleaner 100 according to a fifth embodiment of the present invention will be described.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 14 to 16, the water tank assembly 7 is mounted to the floor brush assembly 3. From this, can optimize the complete machine focus, make the user can promote vertical dust catcher 100 more lightly laborsavingly and clean the operation, moreover, through setting up water tank set 7 on scrubbing brush subassembly 3, can draw close water tank set 7 and scrubbing brush subassembly 3's distance, shorten the distance that water tank set 7 supplied water to scrubbing brush subassembly 3, thereby shorten the water supply route, reduce the input cost of water supply auxiliary facilities, reduce water supply energy consumption and noise, improve the reliability and the agility that supply water.
Furthermore, it should be noted that, because the weight is heavier when the water tank subassembly 7 is full of water, when designing the water tank subassembly 7 on the organism subassembly 1, the water tank subassembly 7 is in addition to aggravating the weight of complete machine, still arouse the complete machine to empty easily, thereby lead to the water tank subassembly 7 to be broken, however, according to the water tank subassembly 7 of this embodiment, owing to set up on the scrubbing brush subassembly 3, thereby can avoid above-mentioned problem effectively, moreover, can also increase the weight of scrubbing brush subassembly 3 with the design of water tank subassembly 7 on the scrubbing brush subassembly 3, make the complete machine place time more steady, be difficult for empting, just empty carelessly, also can not fall down water tank subassembly 7, can not cause the damage of water tank subassembly 7.
Of course, the present invention is not limited to this, and in other embodiments of the present invention, the water tank assembly 7 may be mounted on other components besides the floor brush assembly 3, for example, the water tank assembly 7 may also be mounted on the body assembly 1.
In some preferred examples of this embodiment, the water tank assembly 7 is removably mounted to the floor brush assembly 3, as shown in FIG. 14, i.e., the water tank assembly 7 is removably connected to the floor brush assembly 3 in a non-fixed manner. That is to say, vertical dust catcher 100 is under normal use condition, and water tank set spare 7 is installed on scrubbing brush subassembly 3, when needs to impound or clear up under the non-use condition such as water tank set spare 7 to water tank set spare 7 in, the user can take off water tank set spare 7 from scrubbing brush subassembly 3 by oneself to convenience of customers operates, satisfies user's actual demand. Of course, the present invention is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the water tank assembly 7 may be fixedly mounted on the floor brush assembly 3.
In some preferred examples of the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 16, most of the outer surface of the water tank assembly 7 is hidden by the floor brush assembly 3, that is, at least one half of the outer surface of the water tank assembly 7 is covered by the floor brush assembly 3. From this, scrubbing brush subassembly 3 can play the effect of protection water tank set spare 7, reduces water tank set spare 7 and is collided with the hidden danger of damage, improves water tank set spare 7's life and operational reliability.
In some preferred examples of the present embodiment, the floor brush assembly 3 has an installation cavity with an open top, and the water tank assembly 7 is provided in the installation cavity with an extractable part from the top (i.e., the open top of the installation cavity) (this example is not shown). That is, the water tank assembly 7 may be lifted upward from the mounting cavity, and the water tank assembly 7 may be mounted downward into the mounting cavity. From this, make things convenient for the dismouting of water tank set spare 7, water tank set spare 7 can be protected effectively to the installation cavity moreover, avoids water tank set spare 7 to damage, and in addition, water tank set spare 7's installation reliability is high, is difficult to deviate from the installation cavity by oneself.
In some preferred examples of the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 14, the floor brush assembly 3 has a cylindrical cavity 32 with an open axial end (here, the cross section of the "cylindrical cavity" is not limited to a circle, but may be a rectangle, for example), and the water tank assembly 7 is removably provided in the cylindrical cavity 32 by the axial end (i.e., the open axial end of the cylindrical cavity 32). That is, the water tank assembly 7 may be pushed into the cylindrical cavity 32 along the axis 80 of the cylindrical cavity 32, and the water tank assembly 7 may be pulled out of the cylindrical cavity 32 along the axis of the cylindrical cavity 32. From this, make things convenient for the dismouting of water tank set spare 7, water tank set spare 7 can be protected effectively in cylindrical cavity 32 moreover, avoids water tank set spare 7 to damage, and in addition, water tank set spare 7's installation reliability is high, is difficult to deviate from in the cylindrical cavity 32 by oneself.
In some preferred examples of the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 14 to 16, the floor brush assembly 3 has a roller 33 (corresponding to a large roller of a floor brush in the related art) rolling on the surface to be cleaned, the water tank assembly 7 is mounted to the roller 33, and the water tank assembly 7 is axially penetrated through the roller 33.
Here, it should be noted that, because the water tank assembly 7 is heavy when being filled with water, when the water tank assembly 7 is designed on the machine body assembly 1, the water tank assembly 7 not only increases the weight of the whole machine, but also easily causes the whole machine to topple over, thereby causing the water tank assembly 7 to be broken, however, according to the water tank assembly 7 of the embodiment of the present invention, the above problem can be effectively avoided because the water tank assembly 7 is arranged at the position of the roller 33 of the floor brush assembly 3, and moreover, the weight at the position of the roller 33 of the floor brush assembly 3 can be increased by designing the water tank assembly 7 on the roller 33 of the floor brush assembly 3, so that the whole machine is placed more stably, and is not easy to topple over, even if not carelessly topple over, the water tank assembly 7 cannot be toppled over, and the water tank assembly 7 cannot be damaged.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 14 to 16, the cylindrical cavity 32 penetrates the roller 33 in the axial direction of the roller 33, so that the water tank assembly 7 can be pushed into the cylindrical cavity 32 in the roller 33 in the axial direction of the roller 33, that is, the axial direction of the cylindrical cavity 32, and the water tank assembly 7 can be pulled out from the cylindrical cavity 32 in the roller 33 in the axial direction of the roller 33, that is, the axial direction of the cylindrical cavity 32. Therefore, the space on the floor brush assembly 3 is fully utilized, and the structural compactness of the floor brush assembly 3 and the rolling stability of the roller 33 are improved. Of course, the invention is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments of the invention, the floor brush assembly 3 may not include the roller 33, and in this case, the floor brush assembly 3 may be moved on the surface to be cleaned by other means, such as sliding friction.
In some alternative examples of this embodiment, the water tank assembly 7 is coupled to the roller 33 (using) bearings so that the water tank assembly 7 does not roll synchronously with the roller 33 when the roller 33 rolls on the surface to be cleaned. From this, water tank set spare 7 can with the scrubbing brush subassembly 3 in except that other parts of gyro wheel 33 and round brush 34 are static relatively to supply water to scrubbing brush subassembly 3 steadily, thereby can reduce water tank set spare 7 supply water the degree of difficulty, need not consider the structural change of water tank set spare 7 and water supply pipe junction promptly, and then reduce the design degree of difficulty, reduce structural complexity, reduce the input cost.
Of course, the present invention is not limited thereto, and in other alternative examples of the present embodiment, the water tank assembly 7 is fixedly connected to the roller 33 (for example, a surface fit may be adopted, such as the cylindrical cavity 32 and the water tank assembly 7 are both configured as a square cylinder) so as to roll synchronously with the roller 33 when the roller 33 rolls on the surface to be cleaned (so that the water tank assembly 7 rolls synchronously with the roller 33). Therefore, the structure is simple, the processing and the assembly are convenient, and the input cost can be reduced.
At this time, the reliability of supplying water to the floor brush assembly 3 by the rotating water tank assembly 7 can be ensured by other means, for example, a circular through hole can be formed in the shaft side end cover of the water tank assembly 7, a circular baffle plate is arranged in the circular through hole, and a water supply line is pulled out at the axis center of the circular baffle plate, so that when the circular baffle plate and the shaft side end cover of the water tank assembly 7 are assembled by adopting a relative rotating connection relation, in the process that the water tank assembly 7 rolls along with the roller 33, the circular baffle plate and the water supply line can be relatively static with other components except the roller 33 and the rolling brush 34 in the floor brush assembly 3, so as to realize a reliable water supply function. Of course, the present invention is not limited to this, and for example, an annular stopper that moves relative to the shaft-side end cover of the water tank assembly 7 may be provided on the shaft-side end cover, and a water supply line may be provided on the annular stopper.
In some examples of the present embodiment, the dirt cup assembly 5 is provided on the machine body assembly 1 and the extension direction of the length centerline 50 of the dirt cup assembly 5 and the extension direction of the length centerline 20 of the handle assembly 2 are both the same as the extension direction of the length centerline 10 of the machine body assembly 1 (see the above explanation for details), preferably, the center of gravity of the water tank assembly 7 is located on the length centerline 20 of the handle assembly 2. Therefore, the gravity center of the whole machine can be effectively optimized, so that a user can more conveniently push the vertical type dust collector 100 to work. Or preferably, the center of gravity of the water tank assembly 7 is located between the length centerline 20 of the handle assembly 2 and the length centerline 50 of the dirt cup assembly 5. Therefore, the installation and the processing are convenient, and the gravity center of the whole machine can be optimized, so that a user can conveniently push the vertical dust collector 100 to work.
In summary, according to the upright vacuum cleaner 100 of the fifth embodiment of the present invention, compared to the existing wet and dry vacuum cleaner, by designing the water tank assembly 7 on the floor brush assembly 3, the comfort of the user using the upright vacuum cleaner 100 can be effectively improved, the user does not feel that the upright vacuum cleaner 100 is pushed up too much, and by designing the water tank assembly 7 on the roller 33, the water tank assembly 7 is not easily damaged, and the walking stability of the floor brush assembly 3 can be improved.
Next, an upright type vacuum cleaner 100 according to a sixth embodiment of the present invention will be described.
Here, it should be noted that the upright cleaner 100 described in the present embodiment is not limited to the wet and dry cleaner of the above embodiment, that is, the water tank assembly 7 may be included, or the water tank assembly 7 may not be included.
As shown in fig. 17 and 18, according to the upright type vacuum cleaner 100 of the present embodiment, the handle assembly 2 includes a handle 21 having a barb shape (i.e., a shape similar to a question mark) and a first rubber pad 22 (i.e., a rubber pad made of rubber, silicone, plastic, etc.) provided at a hooking end portion of the handle 21 (i.e., a distal end of the handle 21 for hooking to another object) and facing the proximal end 111. That is, the handle assembly 2 includes a handle 21 and a first rubber pad 22, the handle 21 being formed in a barb shape, the first rubber pad 22 being provided on a side surface of the hooking end portion facing the proximal end 111.
Thus, as shown in fig. 20 and 21, when the user needs to park the upright type vacuum cleaner 100, the user can hook the handle 21 on the platform X or the cross bar Y1 because the handle 21 is in the shape of the barb, wherein when the handle 21 is hooked on the platform X, the hooking end of the handle 21 can contact with the horizontal plane X1 of the platform X through the first rubber mat 22, so that the friction force of the first rubber mat 22 can be utilized to prevent the handle 21 from slipping off the platform X, thereby improving the reliability of hooking the handle 21 on the platform X, and when the handle 21 is hooked on the cross bar Y1, the handle 21 can be firmly hooked on the cross bar Y1 without falling off because the handle 21 is in the shape of the barb.
Therefore, according to the vertical vacuum cleaner 100 of the embodiment, the handle 21 is set to be in the shape of a barb, and the first rubber pad 22 is arranged at the hooking end of the handle 21, so that a user can park the vertical vacuum cleaner 100 on the platform X (such as a desktop) or the cross bar Y1 at any time, the workload of the user is effectively reduced, the user can flexibly use the vertical vacuum cleaner 100, the vertical vacuum cleaner 100 can be placed at any time, taken at any time and stopped at any time, the operation is convenient, and the user experience is improved.
In addition, it should be noted that in other embodiments of the present invention, the handle assembly 2 may be provided in other shapes, such as a closed loop shape (as shown in fig. 1), a gun grip shape (not shown), and so on.
In some preferred examples of the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 18 and 19, the handle 21 includes a first holding means 212 for holding a hand and a second holding means 213 for holding a hand, the first holding means 212 is connected between the body assembly 1 and the second holding means 213, and a length direction of the first holding means 212 is the same as a length direction of the body assembly 1, and the second holding means 213 intersects the first holding means 212 at an acute angle or a right angle. Therefore, the user can select proper positions (namely the first holding means 212 and the second holding means 213) to hold the handle 21 according to the operation habit of the user and the operation direction of the vertical vacuum cleaner 100, so that the vertical vacuum cleaner 100 can be operated more easily in a labor-saving manner, and the user has better use experience. Preferably, the length of the first grip means 212 is greater than the length of the second grip means 213. Therefore, the handle 21 is more reasonable in structural design and more convenient for a user to operate and use.
In some preferred examples of the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 18 and 19, the handle 21 further includes a connection section 211 and a hooking section 214 arranged in parallel with the first grip means 212, the connection section 211, the first grip means 212, the second grip means 213 and the hooking section 214 are sequentially connected to form a barb shape, and an end 2140 of the hooking section 214 remote from the second grip means 213 is tilted in a direction away from the first grip means 212 and defines a hooking opening 210 with a junction 215 of the connection section 211 and the first grip means 212 (i.e., the hooking opening 210 is defined between the end 2140 and the junction 215). Therefore, the handle 21 is simple in structure and convenient to hook.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 18 and 19, the central cross section 2120 of the first grip means 212 is located on a side of the hooking opening 210 away from the body assembly 1 (e.g., the central cross section 2120 shown in fig. 19 is located above the uppermost end of the hooking opening 210). From this, make things convenient for handle components 2 to carry out the hook, and the hook reliability is high.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 18 and 19, the central cross section 2130 of the second grip means 213 is located on a side of the hook opening 210 remote from the hook section 214 (e.g., the central cross section 2130 shown in fig. 19 is located on a front side of a foremost end of the hook opening 210). From this, make things convenient for handle components 2 to carry out the hook, and the hook reliability is high.
In some preferred examples of the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 19 and 20, the first rubber pad 22 is configured as at least one protrusion which is obliquely protruded from one end 2140 of the hooking section 214 away from the second holding means 213 toward the body assembly 1 and the first holding means 212, and here, it should be noted that the lower end of the "first rubber pad 22 configured as a protrusion" herein is downward beyond the lower surface of the hooking section 214. Thus, when the handle 21 is hooked on the platform X, the hooking end 2140 of the handle 21 may make an octagonal contact with the projection 22 and the horizontal plane X1 of the platform X, thereby preventing the handle assembly 2 from slipping in a direction away from the platform X (e.g., preventing the handle assembly 2 from moving outward as shown in fig. 20). Therefore, the first rubber mat 22 has a simple structure and good anti-slip performance. Of course, the present invention is not limited thereto, and the first rubber pad 22 may be formed in other shapes, for example, a flat pad shape, etc.
In some preferred examples of the present embodiment, referring to fig. 19 and 20, the connecting section 211 is located on a side of the first holding means 212 close to the hooking section 214, and the connecting section 211 has a second rubber pad 23 (i.e. a rubber pad made of rubber, silicone, plastic, etc.) facing the hooking section 214. Therefore, when the handle 21 is hooked on the platform X, the handle 21 may contact with the vertical plane X2 of the platform X through the second rubber pad 23, so that the handle assembly 2 may be prevented from sliding on the platform X (for example, the handle assembly 2 is prevented from moving left and right on the platform X as shown in fig. 20) by using the friction force of the second rubber pad 23, thereby improving the reliability of hooking the handle assembly 2 on the platform X.
Preferably, with reference to fig. 19 and 20, the second rubber pad 23 is at least one protrusion protruding towards the hooking section 214. Therefore, the second rubber pad 23 has a simple structure and good anti-slip performance. Preferably, when the "second rubber pad 23" configured as a protrusion projects in the vertical direction, at least a part of the second rubber pad does not fall within the projections of the machine body assembly 1, the water tank assembly 7 and the floor brush assembly 3, so as to ensure that the whole upright vacuum cleaner 100 can contact with the vertical plane X2 of the platform X through the second rubber pad 23 configured as a protrusion when the vertical plane X2 of the platform X extends downwards to the ground, thereby achieving a better anti-slip effect, and of course, if the vertical plane X2 of the platform X only has a part and does not extend downwards to the ground (as shown in fig. 22), the protrusion only needs to protrude out of the connecting section 211. Of course, the present invention is not limited thereto, and the second rubber pad 23 may be formed in other shapes, for example, a flat pad shape, etc.
Of course, the present invention is not limited thereto, and the shape of the handle assembly 2 of the present embodiment is not limited thereto, for example, in the example shown in fig. 22 and 23, the handle 21 is in a C-shape (as shown in fig. 22) or a G-shape (as shown in fig. 23) and thus can be hooked and clamped on the platform X better.
In some preferred examples of this embodiment, as shown in fig. 17 and 18, the handle assembly 2 is connected to the proximal end 111 via the push rod 14, and the push rod 14 is integrally formed with at least one of the handle 21 and the body assembly 1 (wherein, integrally formed means fixedly connected and non-detachable), that is, the push rod 14 can be detachably connected to the handle 21 and the body assembly 1 by being integrally formed with the body assembly 1, and the push rod 14 can also be detachably connected to the body assembly 1 by being integrally formed with the handle 21, and the push rod 14 can also be integrally formed with the handle 21 and the body assembly 1. Therefore, the design is flexible and convenient to realize.
In summary, according to the upright vacuum cleaner 100 of the sixth embodiment of the present invention, compared to the existing wet and dry vacuum cleaner, when the upright vacuum cleaner 100 stops working, the user can simply and directly hang the upright vacuum cleaner 100 on a wall, a table, a railing Y, etc. through the handle assembly 2, wherein when the handle assembly 2 is hooked on the platform X, the first rubber mat 22 will contact and cooperate with the horizontal plane X1 of the platform X to prevent the upright vacuum cleaner 100 from slipping outward, and meanwhile, the second rubber mat 23 will contact and cooperate with the vertical plane X2 of the platform X to prevent the upright vacuum cleaner 100 from shaking left and right, so that the handle assembly 2 can be firmly positioned, and the upright vacuum cleaner 100 is not easy to fall down and injure other objects. Therefore, the user can take the product at any time and place the product at any time when stopping.
