Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the present invention provides a cleaning device 100, wherein the cleaning device 100 may be a suction and mopping integrated machine, a mopping robot, or other cleaning equipment with mopping function. For convenience of description, the cleaning device is only taken as an example of an all-in-one machine having both a dust collecting function and a floor mopping function. The cleaning device 100 of the present embodiment includes a body 20 and a floor brush assembly 10. Wherein the body 20 is connected with the housing 11 of the floor brush assembly 10, so that the floor brush assembly 10 is driven to operate by controlling the body 20, thereby achieving the technical effect of cleaning.
The cleaning device 100 of this embodiment further includes a clean water tank 30, the clean water tank 30 is used for supplying water to the floor brush assembly 10, and the floor brush assembly 10 is communicated with the clean water tank 30 through a water supply pipeline. The floor brush assembly 10 of the present embodiment includes a housing 11, a floor brush 12, a motor 13, and a heat pipe 14, wherein the floor brush 12 is rotatably disposed inside the housing 11 around its axis, the motor 13 is disposed inside the housing 11, and the motor 13 is used for driving the floor brush 12 to rotate. The floor brush assembly 10 of the present embodiment further includes a motor cover 17, wherein the motor cover 17 is disposed inside the housing 11 and covers the outside of the motor 13, so as to prevent the motor 13 from being affected with damp and ensure the reliability of the operation of the device. Because the motor 13 cannot radiate heat naturally and effectively due to the existence of the motor cover 17, part of the water supply pipeline is arranged inside the motor cover 17, and part of the pipeline is a heat conducting member. The heat conductive member in the present embodiment is a heat transfer pipe 14.
According to the cleaning device 100 of the present invention, by disposing a part of the water supply pipeline, which is the heat pipe 14, in the motor cover 17, when the floor brush assembly 10 is in operation, heat generated by the motor 13 is transferred to the heat pipe 14 through heat conduction, and meanwhile, clear water in the clear water tank is introduced into the interior of the heat pipe 14, and the clear water takes away the heat on the heat pipe 14 in the flowing process, so as to continuously dissipate heat from the heat pipe 14 and the motor 13, effectively reduce the temperature rise of the motor 13, and ensure the safety and reliability of the operation of the floor brush assembly 10.
Further, in order to ensure the heat radiation effect to the motor 13 and to increase the heat radiation speed of the motor 13, the heat pipe 14 in the present embodiment is attached to the outer surface of the motor 13. As shown in fig. 5, the heat pipe 14 of the present embodiment is wound and attached to the outer surface of the motor 13, so as to increase the contact area between the heat pipe 14 and the motor 13, so that the heat of the motor 13 can be more quickly transferred to the heat pipe 14, and the heat is taken away by the flow of the clean water inside the heat pipe 14, thereby achieving the purpose of effectively reducing the temperature rise of the motor 13. In order to provide the heat transfer pipe 14 with a better heat transfer performance, the heat transfer pipe 14 of the present embodiment is a copper pipe. In other embodiments of the present application, the heat conductive pipe 14 may also be an aluminum pipe or another alloy pipe. Further, in another example of the present embodiment, a plurality of heat pipes 14 may be attached to the outer surface of the motor 13, and any one of the heat pipes 14 is wound around the outer surface of the motor 13, so as to fully cover the outer surface of the motor 13, thereby achieving a maximum heat transfer area and further reducing the temperature rise of the motor 13. In other examples of the embodiment, a heat conducting plate can be attached to the outer surface of the motor 13, a channel for circulating clean water is arranged inside the heat conducting plate, the heat generated by the motor 13 during operation is absorbed by the heat conducting plate, and the heat is taken away by the flowing of the clean water inside the heat conducting plate.
Referring to fig. 3 and 5, a motor mounting position 111 is provided in the housing 11 of the floor brush assembly 10 of the present embodiment, and the motor 13 is mounted in the motor mounting position 111. The outer surface of the motor 13 is provided with two opposite mounting ends 131, and the mounting ends 131 are clamped in the motor mounting position 111, so that the motor 13 is fixed in the housing 11. The two ends of the heat conduction pipe 14 are respectively provided with the water inlet 141 and the water outlet 142, so that the clean water in the clean water tank 30 is introduced into the heat conduction pipe 14 through the water inlet 141, and the heated clean water in the heat conduction pipe 14 is discharged through the water outlet 142, so that the heat transferred to the heat conduction pipe 14 by the motor 13 is taken away in the process of introducing and discharging the clean water, and the effective cooling of the motor 13 is realized.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the floor brush assembly 10 of the present embodiment further includes a water spraying unit 15, the water spraying unit 15 is communicated with the water outlet 142 of the heat pipe 14, and the water spraying unit 15 is provided with a water spraying hole 152 facing the floor brush 12. The water spraying unit 15 is provided with a water spraying joint 151, the water spraying joint 151 is connected to the water outlet 142 of the heat conducting pipe 14 through a pipeline, and the water in the heat conducting pipe 14 is heated after the motor 13 is cooled and dissipated, and is sprayed onto the floor brush 12 through the water spraying holes 152. The warmed water can increase the temperature of the floor brush 12, thereby further enhancing the cleaning effectiveness of the floor brush assembly 10.
The cleaning device of the present embodiment further includes a water pump 16, the water pump 16 is disposed in the casing 11 of the floor brush assembly 10, the water pump 16 includes a water inlet 161 and a water outlet 162, the water inlet 161 is communicated with the clean water tank 30 through a pipeline, and the water outlet 162 is communicated with the water inlet 141 of the heat pipe 14 through a pipeline. When the motor 13 needs to be cooled and dissipated, the water in the clean water tank 30 is pumped into the heat conduction pipe 14 by operating the water pump 16, and during the flowing process of the clean water in the heat conduction pipe 14, the heat transferred to the heat conduction pipe 14 by the motor 13 is absorbed and discharged into the water spraying unit 15, and finally the water is discharged out of the floor brush assembly 10 through the water spraying holes 152. In the process, the heat generated by the motor 13 is continuously discharged through the clean water in the heat conduction pipe 14, so that the temperature rise of the motor 13 is effectively reduced, and the purpose of effectively dissipating the heat of the motor 13 is achieved.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, the floor brush assembly 10 of the present embodiment further includes a transmission unit 19. Wherein, the transmission unit 19 includes a first transmission wheel 191, a transmission belt 182 and a second transmission wheel 193, the first transmission wheel 191 is connected with the output shaft of the motor 13, the second transmission wheel 193 is connected with one end of the floor brush 12, and two ends of the transmission belt 192 are respectively sleeved on the first transmission wheel 191 and the second transmission wheel 193, so that when the motor 13 rotates, the floor brush 12 is driven to rotate together by the transmission unit 19, and the cleaning effect of the floor brush assembly 10 is further improved.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a sewage tank 50 is further disposed in the housing 11 of the floor brush assembly 10 according to the present embodiment, and the sewage tank 50 is used for collecting sewage generated after the floor brush assembly 10 is cleaned, so as to prevent secondary pollution to the environment. The cleaning device 100 of the present embodiment further includes a sewage tank 40 and a handle 60, and the sewage tank 40 is communicated with the sewage tank 50 in the housing 11 through a pipeline, so as to recover sewage in the sewage tank 50 and prevent secondary pollution to the environment. A handle 60 is provided at the top of the body 20 for facilitating manipulation of the body 20.

The connector 18 is used to connect the body 20 and the housing 11 of the floor brush assembly 10. Meanwhile, a return pipe is provided between the clean water tank 30 and the heat transfer pipe 14 to discharge the water having a temperature rise in the heat transfer pipe 14 and to ensure continuous water supply to the inside of the heat transfer pipe 14. The water pump 16 pumps the water in the clean water tank 30 to the inside of the heat conduction pipe 14, so as to perform effective heat conduction and heat dissipation on the motor 13 in the flowing process of the water liquid, and then the water with the increased temperature flows back to the clean water tank 30 through the water return pipe again, so as to meet the subsequent water supply requirement, thereby ensuring that the continuous supply of the cooling water in the heat conduction pipe 14 is met while the water is not required to be sprayed through the water spray holes 152, and achieving the purpose of continuously dissipating the heat of the motor 13.
Further, the cleaning device 100 of the present embodiment further includes a fan and a dust removal pipeline (not shown in the figure), the fan and the dust removal pipeline are disposed in the body 20, the fan is communicated with the dust removal pipeline, and the body 20 or the floor brush assembly 10 is provided with an air inlet communicated with the dust removal pipeline, so that the cleaning device 100 has a floor mopping function and a dust collection function, and achieves the effect of a multifunctional all-in-one machine.

7. The cleaning device of claim 1, wherein the floor brush assembly further comprises a water spraying unit, the water spraying unit is communicated with the water outlet of the water supply pipeline, and the water spraying unit is provided with a water spraying hole facing the floor brush.
