The invention discloses a phase-changing ankle protection system for basketball players, which comprises a shoe body, a protection device and a power assisting device, wherein the shoe body is divided into an upper layer, a middle layer and a lower layer, the uppermost layer is a sole accommodating layer, the other two layers are respectively provided with corresponding devices, the protection device comprises a stress piece and a support piece, the stress piece can quickly start the support piece to protect the ankles of people when the foot is sprained, and a main force device can provide opposite acting force for the ankles after the feet are sprained.
