The airflow fruit and vegetable puffing machine according to claim 1, wherein the supporting mechanism comprises a base (21), second sliding blocks (22), connecting pieces (23) and second guide columns (24), a plurality of groups of sliding grooves are formed in the top end of the base (21), the top ends of the plurality of groups of second sliding blocks (22) are connected with the bottom end of the material box (1), the lower portions of the plurality of groups of second sliding blocks (22) can slide left and right and are respectively arranged inside the plurality of groups of sliding grooves, the bottom ends of the plurality of groups of connecting pieces (23) are respectively connected with the top end of the base (21), one ends of the plurality of groups of second guide columns (24) are respectively connected with the outer side wall of the material box (1), the other ends of the plurality of groups of second guide columns (24) can slide left and right and are respectively arranged inside the plurality of groups of connecting pieces (23), and the plurality of groups of second springs (25) are respectively installed on the outer side wall of the plurality of groups of second guide columns (24) in a matched mode.
4. The fruit and vegetable airflow puffing machine according to claim 1, further comprising a conveying plate (26), wherein the outer edge of the conveying plate (26) is connected with the inner side wall of the material box (1) and is arranged in the chamber in an inclined angle mode.

6. The fruit and vegetable airflow puffing machine as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a second closing door (28), wherein the second closing door (28) is rotatably mounted on the outer wall of the material box (1) and is communicated with the discharge opening of the chamber.
7. The fruit and vegetable airflow puffing machine as claimed in claim 3, further comprising a plurality of sets of anti-slip pads (29), wherein the plurality of sets of anti-slip pads (29) are all arranged at the bottom end of the base (21).
