In one embodiment, the drying temperature in step (3) is 30-60 ℃; preferably 40-50 deg.C.
In one embodiment, the moisture content of the feed C is less than 2%.
In one embodiment, the average particle size of material D is 10-30 mesh; preferably 15-25 mesh; further preferably 20 mesh.
In one embodiment, the time of mixing in step (5) is 5 to 20min, preferably 7 to 13 min; more preferably 10 min.
In a second aspect, the invention provides a straw instant granule, which is prepared by any one of the preparation processes.
The raw materials used in the present invention are all commercially available unless otherwise specified.
Examples
Example 1
A preparation process of straw instant granules comprises the following preparation steps: (1) mixing: mixing the auxiliary materials in a multidirectional motion mixer to obtain a material A; (2) and (3) granulating: mixing the material A with water for granulation to obtain a material B; (3) and (3) drying: drying the material B to obtain a material C; (4) straightening: granulating the material C in a granulating machine to obtain a material D (5), and mixing the material D with pomegranate powder and an active material in a multidirectional motion mixer to obtain straw instant granules;
the weight ratio of the auxiliary materials to the active materials to the pomegranate powder is 76: 10: 5; the auxiliary materials are the combination of fructo-oligosaccharide, xylo-oligosaccharide, maltodextrin and erythritol, and the weight ratio of the auxiliary materials is 7: 1.5: 3: 2.5; the active material is medicinal and edible extract powder; the medicinal and edible extract powder is a Chinese date extract;
the mixing time in the step (1) is 7 min; the granulating machine in the step (2) is a boiling granulator; the air inlet temperature of the boiling granulator is 140 ℃, and the air outlet temperature is 85 ℃; the weight ratio of water to auxiliary materials is 8: 100, respectively; the average grain diameter of the material B is 15 meshes; the drying temperature in the step (3) is 40 ℃; the water content of the material C is 1.2 wt%; the average grain diameter of the material D is 15 meshes; the mixing time in the step (5) is 7 min;
the straw instant granules are prepared by the preparation process.
The fructo-oligosaccharide is purchased from bioscience and technology corporation of Bailong Chuang of Shandong; the xylo-oligosaccharide is purchased from Shandong Longli Biotechnology GmbH; the maltodextrin is purchased from Shanghai Yuanju Biotech limited; the erythritol is purchased from Saint Geobao biology GmbH; the pomegranate powder is purchased from Kunshan powder technology (Kunshan) Co., Ltd; the jujube extract is purchased from jaanxi jiahe biotechnology limited.
Example 2
A preparation process of straw instant granules comprises the following preparation steps: (1) mixing: mixing the auxiliary materials in a multidirectional motion mixer to obtain a material A; (2) and (3) granulating: mixing the material A with water for granulation to obtain a material B; (3) and (3) drying: drying the material B to obtain a material C; (4) straightening: granulating the material C in a granulating machine to obtain a material D (5), and mixing the material D with pomegranate powder and an active material in a multidirectional motion mixer to obtain straw instant granules;
the weight ratio of the auxiliary materials to the active materials to the pomegranate powder is 83: 15: 6; the auxiliary materials are the combination of fructo-oligosaccharide, xylo-oligosaccharide, maltodextrin and erythritol, and the weight ratio of the auxiliary materials is 9: 2.5: 4: 3.5; the active material is medicinal and edible extract powder; the medicinal and edible extract powder is a poria extract;
the mixing time in the step (1) is 13 min; the granulating machine in the step (2) is a boiling granulator; the air inlet temperature of the boiling granulator is 190 ℃ and the air outlet temperature is 85 ℃; the weight ratio of water to auxiliary materials is 10: 100, respectively; the average grain diameter of the material B is 25 meshes; the drying temperature in the step (3) is 50 ℃; the water content of the material C is 0.8 wt%; the average grain diameter of the material D is 25 meshes; the mixing time in the step (5) is 13 min;

the weight ratio of the auxiliary materials to the active materials to the pomegranate powder is 81.5: 13: 5.5; the auxiliary materials are the combination of fructo-oligosaccharide, xylo-oligosaccharide, maltodextrin and erythritol, and the weight ratio is 8: 2: 3.3: 3; the active material is medicinal and edible extract powder; the medicinal and edible extract powder is an astragalus extract;
the mixing time in the step (1) is 10 min; the granulating machine in the step (2) is a boiling granulator; the air inlet temperature of the boiling granulator is 160 ℃, and the air outlet temperature is 75 ℃; the weight ratio of water to auxiliary materials is 9: 100, respectively; the average grain diameter of the material B is 20 meshes; the drying temperature in the step (3) is 45 ℃; the water content of the material C is 1.5 wt%; the average grain diameter of the material D is 20 meshes; the mixing time in the step (5) is 10 min;

A straw-based instant granule, which is prepared in the same manner as in example 3, except that the mixing time in step (1) is 20 min; the mixing time in step (5) is 20 min.

A straw-based instant granule, which is prepared in the same manner as in example 3, except that the mixing time in step (1) is 30 min; the mixing time in step (5) is 30 min.
Example 8
The specific implementation manner of the instant granules for straws is the same as that in example 3, except that the air inlet temperature of the boiling granulator is 120 ℃.
Example 9
The specific implementation manner of the instant granules for straws is the same as that in example 3, except that the air inlet temperature of the boiling granulator is 100 ℃.
Example 10
The specific implementation of the straw instant granules is the same as that in example 3, except that the air outlet temperature is 90 ℃.
Example 11
The specific implementation of the straw instant granules is the same as that in example 3, except that the air outlet temperature is 100 ℃.
Performance testing
Angle of repose test
The test sample was the straw fast dissolving granule in the examples;
the funnel was fixed on an iron stand, a piece of white paper was placed at the lower end of the funnel, 5g of the sample was poured into the funnel to allow it to fall freely, the height of the sample stack and the radius of the circle formed on the paper surface were measured to obtain a tangent function value, and the angle of repose was calculated.
The test results are shown in table 1:

Claims (10)
1. A preparation process of straw instant granules is characterized by comprising the following preparation steps:
(1) mixing: mixing the auxiliary materials in a multidirectional motion mixer to obtain a material A;
(2) and (3) granulating: mixing the material A with water for granulation to obtain a material B;
(3) and (3) drying: drying the material B to obtain a material C;
(4) straightening: granulating the material C in a granulator to obtain a material D;
(5) and mixing the material D with the fruit powder and the active material in a multidirectional motion mixer to obtain the straw instant granules.
2. The preparation process of the straw instant granules according to claim 1, wherein the weight ratio of the auxiliary materials, the active materials and the fruit powder is (70-90): (5-20): (1-10).
3. The preparation process of the instant granules for straws according to claim 2, wherein the auxiliary materials are a combination of fructo-oligosaccharide, xylo-oligosaccharide, maltodextrin and erythritol, and the weight ratio of the auxiliary materials is (5-10): (1-3): (2-6): (1.5-4).
4. The process for preparing a straw-based instant granule according to claim 1, wherein the mixing time in step (1) is 5-20 min.
5. The process for preparing straw-based instant granules according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the granulation machine in step (2) is a boiling granulator.
6. The process for preparing instant granules for straw as claimed in claim 5, wherein the air inlet temperature of the boiling granulator is 120-200 ℃ and the air outlet temperature is 60-90 ℃.
7. A process for preparing a straw-based instant granule according to claim 1 or 3, wherein the weight ratio of water to excipients is (5-15): 100.
8. the process for preparing a straw-based instant granule according to claim 1, wherein the average particle size of the material B is 10-30 mesh.
9. The process for preparing a straw-based instant granule according to claim 1, wherein the mixing time in step (5) is 5-20 min.
10. A straw-based fast-dissolving granulate prepared according to the process of any one of claims 1 to 9.
