Claims (7)

1. An integrated sandwich cake of buckwheat and edible bean products is characterized in that: the feed comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 80-90 parts of buckwheat flour, 15-30 parts of corn flour, 0.5-1.0 part of sugar, 8-10 parts of milk powder, 0.03 part of sodium bicarbonate, 1.5-2.0 parts of jam, 3.0-3.5 parts of sweetened bean paste and 60-75 parts of purified water;
A treatment process of buckwheat and edible bean product integrated sandwich cakes comprises the following steps:
the first step is as follows: adding buckwheat flour, corn flour, milk powder and sodium bicarbonate in parts by weight into a mixer, and stirring at a rotating speed of 30-40r/min for 5-10min to uniformly mix the raw materials;
the second step is that: adding sugar in the formula weight part into purified water, gradually adding the purified water added with the sugar into a mixer at the rotating speed of the mixer in the first step, continuously stirring for 5-8min, then adjusting the rotating speed of the mixer to be 110-125r/min, and stirring for 20-30min, wherein the temperature of the purified water is controlled to be 35-40 ℃;
the third step: taking out the dough from the mixer, standing and fermenting for 8-15 min;
the fourth step: rolling and cutting the dough to obtain round dough sheet with thickness of 2.0-3.5 mm;
the fifth step: placing the circular dough sheet on the surface of a forming device (1), rotating the driving device (2), utilizing the driving device (2) to make a sandwich feeding device (3) rotate, and respectively extruding the bean paste and the jam inside the sandwich feeding device (3) onto the corresponding circular dough sheet under the sandwich feeding device (3) in the rotating process of the sandwich feeding device (3) to form a bean paste ring and a jam ring;
And a sixth step: when the driving device (2) removes the driving of the sandwich feeding device (3), the sandwich feeding device (3) stops discharging, then the driving device (2) starts to drive the forming device (1) to rotate, the next dough sheet rotates to the position right below the sandwich feeding device (3), the circular dough sheets with the same size are covered on the upper layer of the circular dough sheet coated with the sweetened bean paste ring and the jam ring, and an extruder is used for realizing the extrusion forming of the upper and lower layers of circular dough sheets to form a sandwich dough cake;
the seventh step: and the fifth step and the sixth step are operated circularly, so that the batch production of the sandwich cakes can be realized.
