As an optional implementation manner, the integrated information display terminal includes a first data parsing module, a graph component library, a page design module, a page scheduling module, a display module, and a fourth configuration management module;
the first data analysis module is used for acquiring data to be displayed from the data integration and distribution server and analyzing the data to generate display data;
the graphic component library is used for storing graphic components;
the page design module is used for calling the graphic assembly according to the service requirement to generate an initial display page and associating the initial display page with the display data;
the page scheduling module is used for scheduling the associated initial display page and display data to generate a final display page;
the display module is used for displaying the final display page; specifically, the display module is a liquid crystal display module;
the fourth configuration management module is used for updating the graphic assembly, setting the service port and configuring the data protocol format; in addition, the fourth configuration management module is also used for communicating with the software warehouse server to update the software version and communicating with the operation and maintenance management server to realize the operation and maintenance management function of the comprehensive information display large screen.
As shown in fig. 8, in a possible design, the system further includes a data storage server, configured to obtain and store second data from the data integration and distribution server, and provide historical data query and analysis services to the data collection gateway, the display control device, the software warehouse server, the operation and maintenance management server, and/or the integrated information display terminal.
As an optional implementation, the data storage server includes: the system comprises a second data analysis module, a database, a data storage module, a data query analysis module and a fifth configuration management module;
the data analysis module is used for acquiring the second data from the data integration and distribution server and analyzing the second data;
the data storage module is used for storing the analyzed second data in the database according to a data storage rule;
the database is used for storing the analyzed second data;
the data query and analysis module is used for providing historical data query and analysis services for the data acquisition gateway, the display and control equipment, the software warehouse server, the operation and maintenance management server and/or the comprehensive information display terminal;
the fifth configuration management module is used for configuring a database, a data interface protocol format and a data storage rule; in addition, the fifth configuration management module is further configured to communicate with the software warehouse server to implement software version updating, and communicate with the operation and maintenance management server to implement an operation and maintenance management function of the data storage server.
Based on the above disclosure, by setting an industrial internet of things information integration platform, which includes a data acquisition gateway and a display control device, and further includes one or a combination of multiple of a data integration distribution server, a software warehouse server and an operation and maintenance management server, a user can configure one or multiple of the data integration distribution server, the software warehouse server and the operation and maintenance management server according to needs on the basis of configuring the data acquisition gateway and the display control device to acquire and monitor the operation data of a target physical object, so as to implement computational analysis, data distribution, software update, operation and maintenance display and intelligent decision on various internet of things devices; in addition, the transmission protocol formats among all the devices can be configured as required, so that the difficulty of upgrading and modifying the platform is low, complicated code programming is not needed, the platform is mainly realized by configuring an industrial control protocol, an internet of things protocol and the like, and various field monitoring components are supported for visual display.
In order to implement information intercommunication transmission among the devices of the information integration platform of the internet of things in the embodiment, a virtual network such as a private local area network, a public internet, a 4G/5G network, or a VPN may be used in the embodiment to implement information intercommunication.
For example, as shown in fig. 9(a), for an application scenario in which target objects in an industrial system are relatively concentrated, information transmission may be implemented in the form of a local area network, and then all the devices are connected to an enterprise local area network, so as to implement information interaction between the devices;
for example, as shown in fig. 9(b), for an industrial system having a plurality of industrial areas and no direct interconnection condition, a local area network may be constructed in each industrial area to interconnect the local area devices, and then the local area network is connected to the internet through a router, so as to implement information interconnection between the areas through the internet, and at the same time, a logically integrated information transmission network may be formed by using a VPN;
for example, as shown in fig. 9(c), for an industrial system which has a wide distribution range and cannot adopt a wired manner, a data acquisition gateway with a 4G/5G module may be arranged nearby according to the distribution situation of a target physical object, and then the data acquisition gateway realizes interconnection with other devices by using a 4G/5G network.

Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. An industrial Internet of things information integration platform is characterized by comprising a data acquisition gateway, a display control device, a data integration distribution server, a software warehouse server and an operation and maintenance management server, wherein the data integration distribution server is one or a combination of a plurality of servers;
the data acquisition gateway is used for acquiring and processing the operating data of the target physical object and sending the operating data to the display control equipment and/or the data integration and distribution server based on an agreed transmission protocol;
the display control equipment is used for calculating and processing the operation data according to a first service logic after receiving the operation data, and performing visual display;
the data integration and distribution server is used for acquiring first data in the data acquisition gateway, the display control equipment, the software warehouse server and/or the operation and maintenance management server, and returning a processing result to corresponding equipment after processing the first data;
the software warehouse server is used for regularly carrying out version detection on the software in the data acquisition gateway, the display control equipment, the data integration distribution server and/or the operation and maintenance management server, and pushing the software with the latest version to the equipment where the software is located when the software is detected to be required to be upgraded;
and the operation and maintenance management server is used for monitoring and displaying the running states of the data acquisition gateway, the display and control equipment, the data integration and distribution server and/or the software warehouse server.

The industrial internet of things information integration platform according to claim 1, further comprising an integrated information display terminal, configured to obtain data to be displayed from the data integration and distribution server, and perform integrated analysis and display on the data to be displayed according to a second service logic.
3. The industrial internet of things information integration platform according to claim 2, further comprising a data storage server, wherein the data storage server is used for acquiring and storing second data from the data integration and distribution server and providing historical data query and analysis services for the data acquisition gateway, the display and control device, the software warehouse server, the operation and maintenance management server and/or the comprehensive information display terminal.
4. The industrial internet of things information integration platform according to claim 1, wherein the data acquisition gateway comprises a first data processing module and a plurality of first interface modules;
the first data processing module is used for analyzing and calculating the operating data according to a third service logic and generating a packed file;
the first interface module is used for acquiring the operating data, sending the operating data to the first data processing module, and sending the packed file to the display control equipment and/or the data integration distribution server.
5. The industrial internet of things information integration platform according to claim 1, wherein the display and control device comprises a second data processing module and a touch screen;
the second data processing module is used for acquiring the operating data based on an agreed interface protocol and processing the operating data according to a fourth service logic;
the touch screen is used for visually displaying the processed operating data.
6. The industrial internet of things information integration platform according to claim 1, wherein the integrated distribution server comprises a second interface module, a third data processing module and a first configuration management module;
the second interface module is used for acquiring the first data;
the third data processing module is used for splitting, processing and combining the first data according to a fifth service logic and returning a processing result to the corresponding equipment through the second interface module;
the first configuration management module is used for mounting configuration and port configuration of the second interface module and is also used for configuration of data rules.
7. The industrial internet of things information integration platform according to claim 1, wherein the software warehouse server comprises a software database, a software uploading module, a detection module, a software updating module and a second configuration management module;
the software database is used for storing the running software in the data acquisition gateway, the display control equipment, the data integration distribution server and/or the operation and maintenance management server;
the software uploading module is used for acquiring various types of latest versions of software and sending the latest versions of software to the software database for storage;
the detection module is used for periodically detecting software versions in the data acquisition gateway, the display control equipment, the data integration distribution server and/or the operation and maintenance management server and comparing the software versions with the software database to judge whether software needs to be updated;
the software updating module is used for pushing the software of the latest version to the equipment needing to update the software;
the second configuration management module is used for configuring the service port number and the version detection rule.

The industrial internet of things information integration platform of claim 1, wherein the operation and maintenance management server comprises an operation and maintenance state detection module, a zabbix service module, an operation and maintenance state evaluation module, an operation and maintenance display module and a third configuration management module;
the operation and maintenance state detection module is used for periodically detecting the operation states of the data acquisition gateway, the display control equipment, the data integration and distribution server and/or the software warehouse server;
the zabbix service module is used for storing running state data;
the operation and maintenance state evaluation module is used for analyzing and evaluating the operation state data;
the operation and maintenance display module is used for displaying the running states of the data acquisition gateway, the display and control equipment, the data integration and distribution server and/or the software warehouse server;
the third configuration management module is used for configuring the operation state detection rule, the operation state data storage rule, the analysis evaluation rule and the display page layout.

The industrial internet of things information integration platform according to claim 2, wherein the integrated information display terminal comprises a first data analysis module, a graphic component library, a page design module, a page scheduling module, a display module and a fourth configuration management module;
the first data analysis module is used for acquiring data to be displayed from the data integration and distribution server and analyzing the data to generate display data;
the graphic component library is used for storing graphic components;
the page design module is used for calling the graphic assembly according to the service requirement to generate an initial display page and associating the initial display page with the display data;
the page scheduling module is used for scheduling the associated initial display page and display data to generate a final display page;
the display module is used for displaying the final display page;
the fourth configuration management module is used for updating the graphic assembly, setting the service port and configuring the data protocol format.
10. The industrial internet of things information integration platform of claim 3, wherein the data storage server comprises: the system comprises a second data analysis module, a database, a data storage module, a data query analysis module and a fifth configuration management module;
the data analysis module is used for acquiring the second data from the data integration and distribution server and analyzing the second data;
the data storage module is used for storing the analyzed second data in the database according to a data storage rule;
the database is used for storing the analyzed second data;
the data query and analysis module is used for providing historical data query and analysis services for the data acquisition gateway, the display and control equipment, the software warehouse server, the operation and maintenance management server and/or the comprehensive information display terminal;
and the fifth configuration management module is used for configuring the database, the data interface protocol format and the data storage rule.
