Abstract

Background
Along with the increasing development of economy and the change of living habits of people, the use of the beauty instrument is more and more popularized. The power supply design of the traditional hand-held beauty instrument is formed by combining a plurality of single-function chips, and 4 power supply chips and more than two control loops are required to be designed.
In the traditional hand-held beauty instrument, a power supply voltage stabilization chip for supplying 3.3V power to a singlechip is arranged; the high-frequency vibration needs a 6-9V driving power supply; the power supply boosting chip is used for boosting the voltage of the 3.7V battery to 9V; EMS circuit, which is a power supply boost chip for boosting the voltage from 3.7V battery to 12V; the ultrasonic voltage is 120V, the voltage is boosted to 12V by a 3.7V battery and then boosted by a transformer, and the frequency needs to be finely adjusted by 32 KHz; the voltage of the radio frequency instrument is 120V, and is boosted to 12V by a 3.7V battery and then boosted by a transformer.
Therefore, the power supply part and the frequency output part of the traditional handheld beauty instrument occupy larger PCB space, and research personnel also need to design a control motor part and logic parts such as micro-current, radio frequency and the like by utilizing a single chip pin, a diode, a triode and an inductor, so that the development difficulty of the power supply is increased.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims to provide a frequency output circuit and a beauty instrument with a power management chip, and aims to reduce the size of a PCB (printed circuit board) through an integrated design and reduce the development difficulty of a power supply.

the radio frequency module 31 is configured to process the power supply output by the power supply management module 20 to output a radio frequency signal;
the ultrasonic module 32 is configured to process the power supply output by the power supply management module 20 to output an ultrasonic signal;
the PWM output module 33 is configured to process the power output by the power management module 20 to output an adjustable PWM signal.
In this embodiment, the radio frequency module 31, the ultrasonic wave module 32, and the PWM output module 33 all have an oscillator and a comparator connected in series, further, the radio frequency module 31 and the ultrasonic wave module 32 output a radio frequency signal and an ultrasonic wave with a frequency of 25KHz to 1MHz, and the PWM output module 33 outputs an adjustable PWM signal with a frequency of 30Hz to 1.5 KHz. In this embodiment, the power management module 20 can output multiple voltages, and compared with the power design of the conventional handheld cosmetic instrument that requires a combination of multiple chips with single function, specifically, 4 power chips and more than two control loops need to be designed, while the power requirements and timing sequences of the CPU I/O, GPU, the memory, the communication chip and other interfaces can be realized by one unified power management chip, so as to achieve the purposes of reducing the size space of the PCB and reducing power consumption.
In an embodiment, the power management module 20 further includes an LDO (low dropout regulator) module, which can be used to supply power to the auxiliary devices of the beauty instrument.
Based on the above embodiments, the frequency output circuit 30 in the present embodiment is integrated in a power management chip of the cosmetic instrument, that is, the rf module 31, the ultrasonic module 32, and the PWM module in the frequency output circuit 30 are integrated in the power management chip; meanwhile, a power end of the power management chip is connected with a power input end, and the power management chip is integrally provided with a charging module 10 and a power management module 20 connected with the charging module 10; the whole power consumption requirement of the beauty instrument is solved through an integrated power management chip. The beauty instrument of the embodiment includes functional components such as a massage head, a motor, and a water pump.
For example, the beauty instrument has the charge management of the power supply battery 60, a 3V voltage-stabilized power supply of the singlechip, a 9V heavy-current power supply for controlling the vibration strength and the working period of the motor and high-frequency high-energy consumption, 12V voltage required by ion micro-current, two paths of fixed frequency output and one path of adjustable frequency output. the battery detection module 40 is connected between the charging module 10 and the power supply battery 60;
the battery detection module 40 is configured to detect a charging state or a remaining power of the power supply battery 60;
the battery detection module 40 is further configured to detect whether the power supply battery 60 is in a low voltage state and alarm.
In this embodiment, the battery detection module 40 may detect the charging state or the remaining power of the power supply battery 60, and simultaneously may detect whether the power supply battery 60 is in a low voltage state and alarm, and may detect the actual heating and cooling temperature of the cosmetic instrument, so as to improve the reliability of the cosmetic instrument. The detection function of the battery detection module 40 is set according to an actual application scenario, and is not particularly limited herein.
In this embodiment, the voltage of the power supply battery 60 is lower than the preset threshold voltage, which is a low voltage state. It is understood that the preset threshold voltage may be, but is not limited to, 2.5V, 2.8V, 3V, etc., and is set according to an actual application scenario, which is not limited herein. When the battery detection module 40 detects that the voltage of the power supply battery 60 is lower than the preset threshold voltage, it determines that the power supply battery 60 is in a low voltage state, and may alarm through an LED lamp. The battery detection module 40 may further be externally connected to an external MOS transistor.
The charging module 10 in the above embodiment is connected with a charging indicator lamp 50;
the charge indicator lamp 50 is used for indicating the charging state and the remaining capacity of the power supply battery 60. Further, the charge indicator lamp 50 includes a plurality of LED lamps; the plurality of LED lamps are cyclically lighted to display the charging state and the remaining capacity of the power supply battery 60.
In this embodiment, for the charging management of the charging module 10 on the 3.7V lithium battery, the charging state and the charging quantity progress are displayed through the 4 LED lamps in the charging indicator lamp 50, and meanwhile, the charging module 10 may also program the charging current, where the programmed charging current may be 0.2A, 0.5A, or 1A, and is set according to the actual application scenario.
Specifically, 4 LED lamps can be turned on cyclically at time intervals to indicate the charging, and after the power supply battery 60 is fully charged, the 4 LED lamps are constantly turned on, so as to conveniently display the charging state of the power supply battery 60 of the beauty instrument.
It should be noted that the beauty instrument can be powered by the power supply battery 60, or directly powered by an external dc power supply, so that the beauty instrument has power supply diversity and is more convenient to charge.
