The invention discloses an industrial basket type pipeline heating device and a heating method thereof, wherein the device comprises a basket type container and a customized flange plate at the top of the basket type container, wherein the basket type container and the customized flange plate are sealed and fixedly connected; a plurality of heating sleeves penetrate through the customized flange plate and are inserted into the basket-type container, and heat-conducting silicon oil and an electric heating rod are arranged in the heating sleeves; one pipeline at the bottom of the basket type container is used as an inlet pipeline of the basket type container, an inlet valve is additionally arranged on the pipeline, the other pipeline is used as an emptying pipe of the basket type container, and an emptying valve is additionally arranged on the pipeline; the diagonal top of the basket type container inlet pipe is connected with a fluid outlet pipeline on the basket type container, and an outlet valve is arranged on the pipeline; the front of an inlet valve on the basket type container inlet pipeline is communicated with the back of an outlet valve on the basket type container fluid outlet pipeline, and a bypass valve is arranged on the pipeline. The steam type industrial pipeline heater is simple to operate, easy to implement, small in later maintenance work and wide in application range, and the problem of limitation of using conditions of the steam type industrial pipeline heater is solved.

Technical Field

The industrial pipeline heater is widely applied in the technical field of engineering and is divided into three modes according to heat sources. When the steam type pipeline heater is used, a steam source with stable parameters needs to be provided, if drainage recovery is designed, the system is complex, the steam pipeline needs to be heated before the steam type pipeline heater is put into operation, the limitation conditions of long putting-in time and the like are met, and the application of the steam type pipeline heater in industrial application has limitation. The far infrared pipeline heating device is limited in industrial application due to large investment and large later maintenance cost and poor economical efficiency. The electric heating pipeline heating device is small in using condition limiting factor, fast in operation, small in later maintenance workload and widely applied to industry. But present industry pipeline heating device is mostly outer packet mode heating, wraps up electric heating net or electric heating belt in heating pipeline outside promptly, all has its heated area little, heating efficiency low grade problem. The basket type container 2 is made of carbon steel, and the effective volume of the basket type container is 1.5m3The model of the basket type container inlet pipeline and the model of the fluid outlet pipeline on the basket type container are DN200, and the model of the basket type container emptying pipe is DN 50.
The fixed flange 2 and the heating sleeve 6 are made of stainless steel 316, and the fixed flange 2 is connected with the heating sleeve 6 through welding.
And a silicon rubber sealing gasket is arranged between the basket type container 1 and the fixed flange 2.
According to the heating method of the industrial basket type pipeline heater device, the electric heating rod 4 is electrified to heat the heat conduction silicone oil 5, when the temperature of the heat conduction silicone oil 5 is measured by the point temperature gun to 90 ℃, the inlet valve 7 and the outlet valve 8 are opened, fluid to be heated enters the basket type container 1 to be heated, the point temperature gun measures the pipeline temperature behind the inlet valve 7 and in front of the outlet valve 8, and the temperature rise rate of the basket type container is measured; after the temperature of the pipeline in front of the outlet valve 8 is close to the temperature required by the heating system, the bypass valve 9 is opened, part of the heating fluid bypasses the basket container 2, the temperature of the pipeline at the back of the outlet valve 8 at the position of the tee joint is measured, the inlet valve 7 and the outlet valve 8 are closed until the temperature at the position of the tee joint reaches the set temperature of the heating system, the electric heating rod 4 is powered off, and the industrial basket pipeline heating device exits the heating system.
The invention has the following innovation points:
1) compared with the existing industrial pipeline electric heating device, the industrial pipeline electric heating device has the advantages that the heating area of the pipeline is increased by adopting the plurality of heating sleeves, the structure is simple, and the realization is easy;
2) the device has the advantages of few using condition limiting factors, small later maintenance and the like, and can be widely applied to heating of industrial pipelines;
3) the heat-conducting silicone oil has certain heat storage capacity, and after the heating device is withdrawn from operation, the waste heat of the heat-conducting silicone oil reduces the humidity of the basket-type container, so that the basket-type container is protected from corrosion;
4) the heating sleeve is made of a stainless steel 316L material, has strong corrosion resistance and can be applied to heating corrosive fluid;
5) the device has wide application range and solves the problem of limitation of the use condition of the steam type industrial pipeline heater.
